Abstract: This paper presents a multi-frame super-resolution (SR) reconstruction algorithm based on diffusion tensor regularization term. Firstly, L1-norm structure is used as data fidelity term, anisotropic diffusion equation with directional smooth characteristics is introduced as a prior knowledge to optimize reconstruction result. Secondly, combined with shock filter, SR reconstruction energy functional is established. Finally, Euler-Lagrange equation based on nonlinear diffusion model is exported. Simulation results validate that the proposed algorithm enhances image edges and suppresses noise effectively, which proves better robustness.

Abstract: In this paper, we present an algorithm for voice speed changing and pitch shifting based on TD-PSOLA. MATLAB simulation results indicate this algorithm can effectively improve the precision of pitch detection and convert speech into desired one. After the algorithm being realized and optimized, a real-time system is implemented on DSP, which can produce desired fundamental frequency and duration.

Abstract: To predict dynamic targets by using tracking gains, an improved adaptive α-β filtering algorithm is presented. First, we introduce the pseudo acceleration to build generalized model for uniform linear and acceleration motions. Then, the tracking gains based on tracking index are adaptively determined. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed filtering algorithm can track both maneuvering and non-maneuvering targets with good performance.

Abstract: This paper analysis the basic principles of the genetic algorithm (GA) and simulated annealing algorithm (SA) thoroughly. According to the characteristics of mutil-objective location routing problem, the paper designs the hybrid genetic algorithm in various components, and simulate achieved the GSAA (Genetic Simulated Annealing Algorithm).Which architecture makes it possible to search the solution space easily and effectively without overpass computation. It avoids effectively the defects of premature convergence in traditional genetic algorithm, and enhances the algorithms global convergence. Also it improves the algorithms convergence rate to some extent by using the accelerating fitness function. Still, after comparing with GA and SA, the results show that the proposed Genetic Simulated Annealing Algorithm has better search ability. And the emulation experiments show that this method is valid and practicable.

Abstract: This paper presents a spectrum analysis method using recursive least square algorithm to train the weights of Fourier Basis Functions (FBF) neural network, according to the weight to obtain the signal amplitude spectrum and phase spectrum. The method does not involve complex multiplication and addition operations, convenient for software and hardware, especially suitable for DSP software and hardware implementation. The simulation results show that, this method is not only high precision, fast calculation speed, but also has the noise filtering function, is a kind of effective method for spectrum analysis.

Abstract: The solar blind NLOS ultraviolet Ad-hoc network communication bases on atmosphere scatter and absorption. An algorithm of channel sharing for the solar blind NLOS ultraviolet Ad-Hoc network is proposed to avoid conflict. The conflict nodes in the network are colorized based on the hybrid genetic algorithm, and then the network has a higher spatial reuse. The Simulation results show the algorithm of high-speed efficiency, thus having a better engineering practicability.

Abstract: The solar blind ultraviolet Ad-hoc network has extensive value in the military and civil application. A conflict of the solar blind ultraviolet Ad-Hoc network is proposed to avoid TDMA media access control protocol. The conflict nodes in the network are colorized based on the hybrid genetic algorithm, and the corresponding protocol frame structure are presented. The simulation results show that the protocol can improve the network throughput and control the end-to-end delay in the tolerance range, thus having a better engineering practicability.

Abstract: According to the existing network maintenance system and the basic principles of composition, this paper provides a terminal system scheme and network maintenance management system based on BeiDou Navigation Satellite System (BDS) compatible with GPS by analyzing the system structure, functional architecture and software architecture. Studies have shown that the BDS compatible with GPS system can manage and monitor personnel and vehicles in real time and improves the reliability and security of network systems.

Abstract: In the cognitive network, the cognitive users are allowed to utilize the licensed bands without interference to primary user. The spectrum sensing performance of cognitive user is important for protection to primary user. In this paper, we investigate the spectrum sensing problem and joint game theory to study the competition. The spectrum sensing game is applicable to more than one cognitive user who competes for the licensed channel as a game. In this model, the cognitive users use the energy detection to sense and make decisions independently. The probability of false alarm and detection are considered, the spectrum sensing time and the detection threshold is optimized to maximize the throughput of the cognitive user. Otherwise, to provide sufficient protection to the primary user and reduce the interference which is caused by the competition between cognitive users, a punishment mechanism is proposed. The simulation results show that significant improvement of cognitive user can be achieved through optimizing the detection elements and adjusting the strategies in the spectrum sensing game.
