Abstract: Lanthanum hexaboride (LaB6) films were deposited on Si (111) substrates by magnetron sputtering method. The characterization of the films was investigated by means of atom force microscopy (AFM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), four-point probe electrical resistance measurement, scratch tester and nano-indentation tester. Influence of argon pressure on physical properties, such as crystallization degree, conductivity and mechanical properties was studied. All the films were smooth and dense. The film crystallites showed a preferential orientation of (100) plane, but the films which were deposited at 2.0 Pa exhibited amorphous structures. LaB6 films which were deposited below 1.5 Pa had excellent conductivity. The bonding strength of the films which were deposited at 1.0 Pa was higher than the others due to the formation of the nano-sized crystals. The hardness and elastic modulus were investigated in connection with the crystalline of LaB6 films. As a result, the films which were deposited at 1.0 Pa had a maximal value of hardness (16.782 Gpa) and elasticity modulus (193.895 Gpa). In a word, the LaB6 films which were deposited at 1.0 Pa have a higher degree of crystalline and more excellent physical properties in comparison with the others. The obtained results will be used synthesizing LaB6 films for applications in low-temperature thermoelectric devices.

Abstract: For the free-form surface 5-axis computer numerical control processing field, we can obtain the processing route information according to the secondary development of UG , it also based on the free surface 5-axis numerical control machining tool path and synchronization of posture multi-objective optimization algorithms, then develops a software module according to the analysis comparison of features and programming instructions of the Fanuc and Siemens numerical control system, This module can be realized according to the information from the path for the two numerical control system, this module generates the proper or absolute matching G-code, it also can generate the automatic G-code for many different numerical control system .

Abstract: Solar energy as a traditional and emerging energy has been great developed in recent years. It has the features of huge reserves, clean, harmlessness which draw the world attention. Imagine if the successful application of solar energy resources in the modern Public buildings will play a great role in reducing their energy consumption levels. This article analyzes the state of office building energy consumption and energy saving way to discuss the application of solar energy technology in the overall design of Public buildings, to mainly discuss the relationship of the overall pattern of office building and the changes of solar radiation. By mathematical analysis methods to target to the questions such as the choice of office building site, shape coefficient one by one, as the fundamental basis for design.

Abstract: This paper develops a fuzzy logic controller (FLC) for the temperature. Temperature is a very popular parameter in industry, which leads an important role in industry process control. There is nonlinearity, time lag, inertia, uncertainty and so on .The advantage of this method is that the proposed FLC has the characteristics of robustness. In order to control systems that contain nonlinearities or uncertainties, control strategies must deal with the effects of these. With the development of intelligent control, Fuzzy-PID control based on Fuzzy control develops more and more popular and makes a great process in temperature control. The whole resistance furnace temperature control system design is based on PLC which Rockwell laboratory supplies and related software and hardware.

Abstract: In order to improve the teaching level of mathematics experiment of college and establish the network teaching platform and the study on the application of MATLAB on the mathematics experiment was carried out. Firstly, the MATLAB software was introduced; and then the application of the MATLAB on the mathematics experiment of college network platform was analyzed. Case study of MATLAB application was put forward.

Abstract: A group of new composite antibacterial agent was prepared by ion adsorption method, in which silver ion is the main active ingredient, with alumina and zirconia as the carriers. The influence of mixing time, content of zirconia, silver ion content and calcination temperature on the antibacterial properties of the composite powder are discussed in this paper. The results show that when the content of ZrO2 is 4%, Ag+ content is 4%,mixing temperature is 70°C,mixing time is 4h, the composite antibacterial agent has a good property. ZrO2 can be loaded in the large hole of Al2O3 as a second carrier; it can keep a larger surface area-based carrier, suitable pore structure, and also play an important role on antibacterial properties at high temperature.

Abstract: Using elastoplastic finite element method study the interface stress distribution of Sn3.5Ag0.75Cu lead-free solder at different temperatures and different strain rate. Numerical analysis results show that: when strain-rate is identical, as the temperature rises, the interface stress increased rapidly of Sn3.5Ag0.75Cu lead-free solder and the substrate binding sites, from 11 °C when 2.6MPa rose to 90 °C in 49.7MPa, so the temperature is very large have effects of the interface stress of the lead-free solder and the substrate binding sites; when the temperature is constant, as the strain rate increases, Sn3.5Ag0.75Cu lead-free solder and the substrate binding sites of the interface stress showed a slight increase, from 0.005% / S when the 49.47MPa rose to 0.005% / S when the 50.08MPa, so strain rate on lead-free solder and the substrate binding sites of the interface stress effect is very small, indicating Sn3 .5Ag0.75Cu lead-free solder has strong rate-independent nature.

Abstract: At present, the recognition ability of the service recognition technique is limited to single installation. It leads to recognition error easily and it's dangerous for the Next Generation Networks which depend on service recognition and control. This paper is based on TCP/IP architecture. With the studying of the present service recognition techniques, a model of networking service recognition system based on edge node is designed. And using the modeling recognition method, the information exchange among recognition nodes, and the second recognition, dynamic recognition of networking service flow is implemented. The testing result of the networking service recognition system model is that, at different protocol types and different ports, the recognition rate is from 99.39% to 99.89%, which indicates that the networking service recognition system based on edge nodes can meet the service recognition requirements of the Next Generation Networks.

Abstract: An influence diagram is a kind of graphical model that can represent both the probabilistic relationship between variables and can easy to make decisions. It can make full use of Bayesian Network and Decisiton Tree. Influence Diagram should be modify to inprove the effiency to express relationships among variables. Extensional model of Influence Diagrams is introduced in this paper to express the new kind influence diagrams. And this kind of new model can be applied in the area of supply chain management.

Abstract: In a network production enterprise, if some complex faults happen, it may be possible of resulting in huge economic losses. For resolving real problems in modern manufacturing enterprises, a remote B/S maintenance pattern is designed for manufacturing network equipments by adopting some core information technologies, by the use of knowledge reason and data management view, some remote maintenance support technologies of maintenance decision suitable for network equipments have been minutely analyzed and constructed, finally in some practice the advantage and efficiency for manufacturing network equipments about this network maintenance way have been tested and verified with improved and better services.
