Abstract: This paper discussed a conventional fast median filtering algorithm for FPGA implementation. An improved way -- Quasi-median filtering algorithm -- have been proposed to reduce the occupancy rate of FPGA resources on the premise of ensuring the result of median filtering. Through the detailed analysis and comparison of results of simulation and experiments, conclusions can be drawn that such improvements can achieve better filtering results, and can reduce FPGA resource utilization. It offers some value for the application of design which requires more FPGA resources.

Abstract: The Von Neumann Model on national economical system is investigated. A new discrete-time input-output model on national economic system based on the classic Von Neumann Model is provided and the stability of this kind of model is researched. This new system belongs to the singular system. By the new mathematic method, this singular linear system will not be converted into the general linear system. Finally, a sufficient stability condition under which the discrete-time singular Extended Von Neumann Model is admissible is proved.

Abstract: In karst area, geology condition is complex, karst phenomena develop, underground water is prolific, even underground river and channel exist, rock surface fluctuates up and down in a large level, which will seriously influence type of pile foundation, construction quality as well as pile foundation safety. Pile foundation construction is considerably difficult and severe hidden quality fault may occur. If rock-embedded end-bearing pile on hard rock or limestone can satisfy design requirement depends mainly on integrity of bedrock beneath pile end, pile body concrete quality and settled material beneath pile end, which are the key items for rock-embedded pile test. Using acoustic wave transmission method and core sample method, integrity of bedrock beneath pile end, pile body concrete quality and settled material beneath pile end can be tested, which can not only reflect quality and bearing capacity of single pile, but also assess bearing capacity of all foundation piles in the whole ground.

Abstract: As an application of vibration technique, dynamic molding technology has been applied to the injection molding field due to its effectiveness in practice. In order to simulate this technique in numerical analysis field of the injection molding, a Visual Basic procedure was successfully developed on the basis of the Moldflow Plastics Insight Application Programming Interface. This procedure has been used to simulate filling process of dynamic injection molding of a disk-shaped mould. The results show that dynamic injection molding technology can effectively improve the melt flow characteristics, reducing energy consumption.

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of poor real-time ability of Normalized Cut (NC), this paper suggests a remote sensing image segmentation algorithm based on region-split and graph cut within human visual system (HVS). According to the features of HVS, the algorithm uses region-split method to segment the remote sensing image into a large number of small regions. By integrating gray feature and spatial location of each region, NC is used to segment the image among regions from global view, by which the final segmented image can be generated. Experimental results show that comparing with the traditional NC, operating speed is significantly improved as getting close segmentation quality, and this is a kind of effective method of image segmentation.

Abstract: Mobile computing is thought as one of four technologies that have a great effect on the future. First, Analying major technology of traditional mobile agent based on JAVA, such as migration technology, communication mechanism ,and etc, a new model of mobile agent on WinCE platform of Microsoft, WinMas, is presented. Next, the advantage of the mobile agent system-WinMas by comparing with the mobile agent system-Aglet is introduced. A new migration mechanism for mobile agents, namely, the utility of RPC Serialization and the far thread insertion mechanism has proposed. Finally, Application example has given, WinMas is successfully applied to Wireless Real Time Supervisor System in Oil-gas field.

Discrete Element Simulation of Composite Geomaterial Talus Deposit Based on Digital Image Technology
Abstract: Talus deposit is often seen in the hydropower projects in the southwest of China. Its mechanical properties are so complex that microscopic structure study is often used to reveal the essence of deformation and damage. The digital image processing technology (DIPT) is introduced to the discrete element simulation of talus deposits. Based on the study of DIPT, a Photo-To-PFC (PTP) automodeling program is developed. It is able to realize the whole process: analyzing and processing the digital image, acquiring the information and establishing the model files. The discrete element model of talus deposit can be established fast and correctly by the PTP from the digital photo on-site. A new way is opened up for the study of the talus deposit. As an example, some talus deposit data of Gushui hydropower station is used, structure model and mechanical properties of talus deposit are studied based on DIPT and PTP. The mechanical properties are studied by the numerical simulation of biaxial compression test. The results show that the gravels and soil mass compress with each other to form a corporate load-carrying body for sharing the external forces. The stress-strain curves show a strain-hardening stage obviously due to the impact of gravels. With the increasing of bond strength among soil particles, the initial elastic modulus and peak strength of talus deposit go up at a certain level; the initial elastic modulus and peak strength increase a lot as the existence of gravels.

Abstract: The people counting algorithms are widely applied in many areas. The algorithms may have lower counting accuracy or higher time complexity. To improve that, a new and high-accuracy people counting algorithm is proposed in this paper. It analyzes a background image and series population original images to calculate an average proportion for one person and create a two-dimensional table. Then it uses the average proportion and the two-dimensional table to count the number of people in test images. And two thresholds are adopted to regulate accuracy in counting.

Abstract: A high-purity (C2F5COO)3Nd(Phen) (tripentafluoropropionic acid one-1,10-Phenanthroline of Nd) in Methyl sulfoxide-d6(DMSO-d6) was synthesized. The structure and elemental compositions were examined by IR spectrum, elemental analysis, NMR(1H,12C spectrum) three measurements; The XRF was used to investigate its exciting and fluorescence spectrum. A strong emission at 1060nm of Nd(III) has been successfully got. According to the research, the high purity and less C-H bond in the complex can well protect the lanthanide Nd(III) which is helpful to get a narrow and strong fluorescence spectrum.

Abstract: In order to select the optimal modification method of fire-retardant preservative formulationtion ratio for glued structural lumber of wood-based bridge deck by analysing the bonding strength of experimental samples. Through range analysis, the experiment results showed that: the mode of the best fire-retardant preservative formulationtion ratio was 45ml/(40cm×40cm) preservative, 1g/(40cm×40cm) flame retardant and 18h soaking time of adhesion. And the glued structural lumber had enough bonding strength under high flame-retardant properties, which was fit to make glued structural lumber for wood bridge.
