Abstract: Today, the zoom air was widely used in top grade sport-shoes. Firstly, the function of zoom air, including shock absorption, energy return, light quantization and ornament results were introduced. Secondly, the problem of using the zoom air nowadays was brought forward, through testing the compression and rebounding of the zoom air in sport-shoes, the shock absorption and the energy return of it were researched. The factors of influencing the compression and rebounding of the zoom air were discussed from speed of the athletics and the aging of the zoom air. The speed had effect on the shock absorption performance and energy return performance. The faster the speed was, the smaller the protection the zoom air could offer and the energy feedback were. Ageing would not make the material of the zoom air produce essential change, but may cause the reduction of the gas in the zoom air. All performances of the zoom air were improved after ageing, which means the zoom air in the market was not optimum at present, all this contributed to the lack of united standard. Finally, the method of testing and the standard of evaluation were put forward, which did some early work for the standard of zoom air in producing and testing.

Abstract: Extracting product concept is the foundation to establish the model of mechanical product knowledge representation based on ontology. User demand documentation contains a number of domain knowledge. In allusion to this characteristic, the paper, using improved domain concept acquisition method of domain relevance and domain consensus, acquires machine concepts from requirements book of mechanical design domain automatically, to set up a complete mechanical knowledge expression model. Experiment results show that this method has good effect.

Abstract: The control of particle size and its distribution has become more and more important both in theory and in practice of emulsion polymerization field. In this study, cationic styrene-acrylate copolymer containing functional monomer was converted into water-soluble polymers by reaction with quaternising agents and acids with the free-soap emulsion polymerization method. The latex was obtained at the existence of nitrogen by the copolymerization of hydrophobic monomer styrene and 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, hydrophilic monomer dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate, modified PVA-0588 as the emulsifiers. The influences of the amount of azoisobutyronitrile initiator, the amount of dimethyl sulphate quaternising agent, reactivity ratio between monomers, charge density and pH value on the preparation process were discussed. The particle size and particle distribution was strongly affected by these factors. The results showed that the latex with narrow particle distribution and mean particle size about 100nm was obtained under redox system by adjusting 33% monomer to become precursor and dropping the rest of 67% monomer, after polymerization, N,N-dimethylamino groups were fully quaternised with dimethyl sulphate to improve the stability of the solutions. The glass temperature of polymer was 58.1°C, as pH values range of solution was 3~5, the stability and charge density of polymer emulsion could improve.

Abstract: A new method is presented in this paper in order to depict the effective effort level of the managers in quantity. The concept, model, and specific calculation method of management effectiveness are given through performance evaluation analysis in different time. As an example, government management effectiveness is calculated. The results indicate that this method is fair and effective.

Abstract: The problem that principal can effectively supervise the agent has not been solved. Based on principal-agent relationship, mathematical game model is constructed and backward induction method in game theory is used to obtain the equilibrium between the principal and agent. Discussion of the equilibrium solution will reveal some features of the principals about monitoring behavior. The supervision of the principal will be increased with the strength of institutional constraints. When the institutional constraints are complete, principal will choose complete supervision to the agent. But when the institutional constraints are not fully complete, the principal's supervision is not entirely complete. The principal and agent tend to choose collusion to some extent. Therefore, certain measures should be taken to improve the supervision motive from principal and reduce the degree of collusion.

Abstract: This paper used Pro/E and ADAMS to build the virtual prototype of a hydraulic excavator. After the co-simulation, which joined ADAMS with Pro/E, forces of the bucket’s joints were recorded. This study succeeded in the application of Virtual Prototyping Technology and laid a basis for further studies of the excavator.

Abstract: Supplier evaluation and selection is always the key problem in supply chain management, and models and algorithms are various. AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) model is one of them. For the evaluation and selection problem’s weakness of a supplier, this paper proposes an improved AHP model which uses the information entropy to establish each weight of evaluating criteria’ objectively and determines the projects’ evaluation weight based on the criteria with exponential transformation. At last, one case result shows that the model is scientific and effective.

Abstract: In order to overcome some technical problems in 3D modeling and model interaction operation, a new geological reserves calculation method is proposed based on 3D entity model. Firstly, this paper discusses how to infer and link mine rock boundary lines and generate geological profile map with it the 3D entity model of ore body can be constructed. Then, the principle of geological reserves calculation is discussed in detail. The calculation results show that this method is of characteristic of high precision and easy operation compared with the traditional empirical formula and provides a new operation and design platform for engineering designers.

Abstract: Discriminant analysis is an important multivariate statistical analysis, and plays an important part in pattern classification, data mining, machine learning et al. In this paper, based on principle of progressively statistical discriminant analysis under Fisher rule, a progressively statistical discriminant model is set up. The authors analyzed the data about the occurrence of the second generation of the corn borer in 21 years from 1985 to 2006 (except 1990) at Linyi, Shandong Province, and then set up three graded recognition pattern. The results tested the pest data showed that the fitting rate is 95.24%, 92.31% and 100% respectively, and that accuracy of forecast is satisfactory.

Abstract: In this paper, the influence of chemical compositon on the formability of γ-fibre texture, and the hot band microstrcture has been studied. Experiments have been conducted to investigate the effect of hot rolling conditions. Nb-Ti added and Nb-Ti free specimens hot rolled in differencd hot rolling conditions have been compared. The results show that, the change in band width is dependent on hot rolling tempreture. When the hot band are rolled at the temperature of 1150-950 °C, large sizes on ferrite grain are observed, and this character is presented more obviously in the specimen with no Nb-Ti. As the incresaing of the hot rolling temperature, the intensity of γ-fibre texture decreases. γ-fibre texture presented in Nb-Ti added specimen is stronger under three hot rolling conditions.
