Abstract: Rural migrant workers in cities exist as a special group and its social security issue attracts much attention from the country and the government. Despite of it, there emerges a serious of problems in the process of social security completion toward rural migrant workers. For example, significant discrepancy between rural migrant workers’ economic contribution and social security policy; low positivity and little awareness of participation in the social security system; lagging behind of Endowment insurance ; disparity between rural areas and urban areas; The shortage of rural migrant workers’ medical security; Difficulties in implementing rural migrant workers’ social security, and so on . This essay, through analyzing causes of these problems, bring up suggestions on: reforming the census register policy and land policy and eliminating the disparity between the rural and the urban; Systematizing rural migrant workers’ social security net; Building the social relief system for rural migrant workers concentrating on ensuring a minimum standard of living and their medical insurance system; completing social security system, and the like.

Abstract: The randomness of communication requirements and communication capabilities is the main reason that causes congestion as well as randomness of communication system service efficiency. Based on the analysis on effect of random factor on communication system requirements as well as random factors, such as interference, weather, accidents, on communication capabilities, the paper analyzed on randomness of communication requirements and communication capabilities and established functional function model of communication channel. Referring to reliability theory, the channel unblocked reliability index was defined. Through evaluation on congestion probability, the reliability of communication system running status was also analyzed. The research can provide reliability reference to design and planning of communication system.

Abstract: Continuous change of business environment of information system requires it timely respond and support these changes. A major challenge faced by information system is system reconfiguration, namely capability to quickly respond to changes of the system. Based on description of the concept of reconfigurable information systems, the idea of component was introduced into design and implementation of Reconfigurable Information System (RIS). Overall architecture and implementation method of reconfigurable information system based on component was analyzed in detail. Specific design of RIS based on component was provided combining with design and development of specific document transmitting system based on CORBA middleware platform.

Abstract: This paper investigates the performance and stability of a virtual microphone feedback controller for local control of sound through theoretical analysis and simulations. A novel method to design a stable feedback controller for the local control system is also presented in this paper. The local control system is designed to attenuate a broadband disturbance at a point near the listener’s ear, i.e. the virtual microphone, rather than at the control microphone, i.e. the physical microphone. The results showed that if a good performance was to be achieved the controller would be unstable. This is because the magnitude of the response of the virtual plant is lower than that of the physical plant. The feedback controller in this work is designed to minimize the noise at the virtual microphone, with a virtual plant response used in the performance objective. However the physical plant is used in the stability constraint. Therefore there is a trade-off between the performance and controller stability.

Abstract: Based on the wavelet scalogram obtained by Morlet wavelet transform and hard threshold de-noising filtering for typical acoustic emission signals, region segmented location method is introduced to get the number and accurate values of the characteristic frequencies, therefore the error induced by misjudgment and misreading can be avoided effectively. Then considering the weakness of large characteristic frequency error in Morlet wavelet scalogram, the feature extraction accuracy has been improved by combing region segmented location method and reassigned wavelet scalogram. Simulation results show that the proposed method has the merits of well rapidity, high reliability and briefness, hence can realize high precision feature extraction and has great practical value.

Abstract: This paper presents a new method that use the library function offered by Pro/TOOLKIT and on account of Visual C++ development platform to achieve the recognition of Pro/ENGINEER solid model of mechanical components and extraction of geometry information. Motion attribute is set according to requirements, and analytical mode of three-dimensional discrete element method is built, therefore, Pro/ENGINEER software and the performance analysis software of three-dimensional discrete element method developed autonomously are integrated. A kind of new method and new tool is offered to three-dimensional discrete element method performance analysis and optimization design, and three-dimensional discrete element method belongs to relevant mechanical components contacted and acted with granular materials. What’s more, the correctness and effectiveness of boundary modeling method of three-dimensional discrete element method and developed software are tested and verified through real examples.

Abstract: Product innovation is the pivotal factor for enterprise to keep advantages of competition, and the effective product innovation management is the impetus for the enterprise about keeping having the energy of innovation. The situation, research background and requirement of product innovation management as well as lean management are introduced firstly. Based on the wonderful applied foreground and predominance of lean management in product innovation, a lean product innovation framework is proposed in this article. The framework is in favor of establishing the lean management mode and evaluation system of lean innovation, which helps to promote the innovation capability of enterprise finally.

Abstract: The development of internet promotes the Agent technology. It makes Agent technology become a powerful tool that breaks the bottlenecks of the supply chain management skills. With the guidance of systems engineering and methods of thinking, using Agent technology of artificial intelligence, we study on the supply chain management systems to build a model for applications. The results indicate that the application of Multi-Agent skill in the ASCM model is a feasible way of thinking and approaches.

Abstract: The forward displacement analysis of parallel mechanism is transformed into find the solutions of complicated nonlinear equations and it is a very difficult process. Taking chaotic sequences as the initial values of the three-step iterative method, we can find all the solutions of equations quickly. Making use of existing chaos system and discovering new chaos system to generate chaotic sequences with good properties is the key to the three-step iterative method based on Chaos sequences. Based on utilizing hyper-chaotic Hénon mapping to obtain initial points, a new method of finding all real number solutions of the nonlinear questions is proposed. Using cosine matrix method, the author established the mathematical model of forward displacement for the generalized 3SPS-3CCS parallel robot mechanism and a numerical example is given. Compared to the quaternion method building mathematical model, the result shows cosine matrix method building mathematical model and hyper-chaotic three-step iterative method to find solution is brief and high calculation efficiency as the calculation is done in real number range. The proposed method has universality which can be used in forward displacement of other parallel mechanism.
