Abstract: A distributed ATE based on Virtual Instrument technology and Universal Serial Bus is introduced in this paper. This system is used for on-the-ground testing of a certain equipment of the space craft, to measure its power supply, signal, communication and etc. Because of the advantage of USB being used, this system provided an adaptive test bench for various testing requirement and can be well advanced in testing function.

Abstract: This paper makes a summary of pattern matching algorithm in Intrusion Detection System: KMP algorithm, BM algorithm and BMH algorithm algorithm. The performances of various algorithms are analyzed, and then through the experiment data is verified. Last an improved algorithm based on the BM algorithm: BMD is proposed. BMD algorithm can reduce the space complexity and maintain the time complexity by reducing a pretreatment function and recording the number of times that a bad char found in the pattern.

Abstract: Neural network technology is widely applied due to its computational simplicity and versatility. But, this method has some weak points, for example, slow convergence, less accurate and easy to fall into local minimum points. Combined ant colony algorithm and neural network for fault diagnosis, it can overcome the limitations of a single fault diagnosis method. Ant colony neural network method is applied to gearbox fault diagnosis, the results show that the diagnosis with characteristics of high precision, strong scientific and practical wider.

Introduced a "zero crossing" fitting method, Make a simulation in the MATLAB simulation environment by using the improved algorithm, then make a analysis for the simulation. Abstract: The shield based on charging pile port can ensure safe use of charging pile, and it is an important device. For achieving to recognize and process the stuck state of the shield between the shield open and closed, This paper puts forward a method to detect the stuck state, which based on velocity feedback, and designs detection circuit including the limit position and the speed, and determination procedures of the shield’s state of motion. the limit position is detected by photoelectric sensor, and the speed is detected by magnetic sensor. Test result shows that the system can feedback the limit position and the stuck state of the shield instantaneously, and achieve automatic control between the shield open and closed with control correctly and safely.

Abstract: In traditional grating auto-stereoscopic displays,the head movement would lead to the crosstalk of 3D images. There is a way to minimize the crosstalk from utilizing eyes’ position to rearrang the RGB sub-pixels.In this paper, a method to detect the center of eyes which is based on black and white binary grating projection is proposed. After projecting periodic grating composed by black and white stripes from projector,the CCD intakes deformed stripes,using the offset which is compared the deformed fringe with the reference to restore facial contours. Recover the morphology conveniently from encoding every deformed stripe with an unique code. Experimental results show that this method requires less image,has strong anti-interference abilitity.It is easy to get the position of eyes’center after getting the face contour,so this method could be applied as a new way in the nose and face recognition and tracking fields.

Abstract: This paper expounded the principle of using Fast Fourier transform measuring the phase difference and completed the simulation of measuring the phase differences of a plurality of signal. The simulation results show that the method can rapidly and accurately realize the phase difference measurement without considering the AD quantization error and noise interference. In considering the AD quantization error and random noise, Fast Fourier transform measuring the phase difference still has high measurement accuracy, and the measurement error can be controlled within 0.01°. The method can be applied in practical engineering.

Abstract: GPS can’t detect the signal because of the cell complex environment in the outdoor and poor radio wave propagation conditions, so that the positioning result is not ideal. However, the positioning method using the ray tracing prediction of radio waves, the tracking point of the scene from all the source radiation, record the relevant parameters, and then positioned within the microcell environment can satisfy the demand. The principle of ray tracing was firstly introduced in this paper, then an outdoor positioning model was set up, finally, the corresponding simulation experiments was implemented to demonstrate the effectiveness of ray tracing positioning in the outdoor environments.

Abstract: The regional transfer of production factors was the foundation of regional economy, which was connected with non-balance-development theory. The paper, from the angle of regional economy, made a deep study and established the transfer measurements of the production factors of the High-tech zones.Empirical study of the panel data of the High-tech Zone, results showed that the clustering rate in the zones is already good, but the clustering quality of production factors was not ideal.
