Abstract: Researches have been conducted into the technology of data transmission and position detection based on induction radio to realize positioning control in mobile locomotive location, and the locomotives positioning control systems by induction radio have been designed. The principles and methods of induction radio technology are mainly analyzed. The reliable information transmission systems between locomotives and center control room are built, and the mobile locomotive location can be acquired by detecting the phase and amplitude of induced emf. The basic principles of data transmission by induction radio are discussed in this paper. The technology of co-channel interference in data transmission is described, and the hardware circuit of data transmission by induction radio is also provided. The system principle mentioned in this paper is easy, and the design methods are reasonable, which can meet the requirements of positioning control in mobile locomotive location.

Abstract: Photogrammetry is one of the new method for measuring the hull‘s deformation. It’s simple in structure and complex in algorithm. In this paper, the system is discussed and the angle measuring algorithm is presented. To verify the accuracy of the proposed method, both static and dynamic experiments are carried out. Results show that no matter in the static or in the dynamic state, its accuracy is better than 5".

Abstract: Aiming at cluster control methods existing network fragmentation, formations loss and poor tracking performance problems in mobile sensor network target tracking, a novel adaptive cluster control method is proposed to track moving target in a dynamic environment. In the proposed method, each agent gets parameters of the network in a decentralized way in order to determine the range of the network. Therefore, connectivity of the network, formation and tracking performance can be improved when it meets obstacles. In addition, in order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, some experiments have been performed to compare the proposed method with other existing methods. And experiments have demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Abstract: crankshaft is one of the most important parts and crankshaft fatigue fracture is a major failure. In order to alert fatigue fracture of crankshaft to prevent accidents, diesel engine crankshaft dynamic monitoring based on the actual situations of diesel engines, significance of dynamic balance for marine diesel engine crankshaft system is discussed and as well vibration monitoring and field dynamic balance system for diesel engine crankshaft system is constructed. The least square method is applied to fit fundamental frequency vibration signals of crankshaft system and the field dynamic balance strategy is designed on the basis of the influence coefficient method. The feasibility of the dynamic balance system is tested through experiments in the paper.

Abstract: Aero-engine pipeline is the cardiovascular of aero-engine, which directly affects the safety and reliability of planes. However, the pipeline has complex structure and is easily broken by the harsh operation environment. Therefore, the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of aero-engine pipeline play one of the most important role to ensure the aero-engine safe and reliable. Fiber Bragg Grating Sensor (FBGS) owns several characteristics, such as anti-electromagnetic interference, corrosion resistance, small size, performance stability, long lifecycle, as well as easy to constitute distributed multi-point system. In this paper, a condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system for aero-engine pipeline, including online monitoring and offline diagnosis, is proposed. Moreover, online monitoring based on temperature and strain signals and offline fault diagnosis based on simulated vibration signals of aero-engine pipeline are explained in details. According to the experimental results, the proposed system is useful and effective.

Abstract: his paper deals with the cooperative navigation problem of multiple autonomous underwater vehicles (AUV). A novel method which does not depend on a beacon network like in long baseline positioning system is proposed. The principle of this approach is to realize the cooperative localization of AUVs by using relative range measurements between the leader and the follower vehicles by means of an extended Kalman filter. Simulation results that validate the effectiveness of this approach are presented.

Abstract: A measurement method based on digital MEMS’ acceleration sensor is proposed. The paper analyzes the working principle of capacitive acceleration sensor. According to the coordinate space transformation theory, a mathematical model of the measurement method was built, and the mathematical expressions of the angle displacement of aircraft rudder was deduced; A measurement system of aircraft tail wing inclined was established using MEMS’ acceleration ADXL345, and taken STM32 as controller. Setting different angles in 3D turntable and aiming at a typical inclination angles, the aircraft tail rotation angle experiment was simulated, and experiment achieved angle measurement arranging from-90°-90°. Experiment results demonstrate that when the inclination is close to the real inclination of aircraft tail wing, the maximum error is 0.277°, less than 0.3°, which meets the requirement of measurement. For aircraft currently being used, the measurement method can achieve the angle measurement of aircraft tail wing rotating effectively.

Abstract: Transformers is one of the most important power system components, its role is to carry power conversion and transmission, transformer manufacturing technology continues to develop, but there is a surge of its problems, factors that have caused the transformer inrush load switching, transformers string parallel operation and fault lines, etc, as a transformer inrush phenomenon often can lead to malfunction of its protection, the correct identification is particularly important means of this paper, the combination of EMD and TEO transformer inrush and fault operation effective identification, theory and simulation confirms the validity and reliability of the algorithm.

Abstract: The fault diagnosis of vehicle power system that the structure and characteristics of components are complex, each module and internal modules exist coupling, cross-linked mutual relations and the uncertainties, the system status and working conditions are difficult to describe by precisely mathematical model, and test cost expensive, less fault samples. Thus its fault diagnosis is the decision problem of uncertain information in a small sample. it is proposed that combining multi-signal flow graph model with Bayesian network fault diagnosis method. The fault diagnosis model of power system and the corresponding Bayesian network structure are built, which achieve the fault diagnosis of power system, Diagnosis example shows that the method of the vehicle power has a higher failure troubleshooting capabilities of the system single and multiple faults.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the common faults in the magnetization process of CJW-3000 Magnetic Flaw Detection Machine and gives exclusion methods. In line with the principles of the easier issues first, by starting the analysis from Circuit Drawings, we can increase maintenance efficiency and avoid doing too much exercise in futility.
