Abstract: Based on the impact of some horizontal filtering tank’s instability in operation process on production, the present paper discusses the optimal design scheme for horizontal filtering tank structure with the help of finite element. Theoretical guidance will be given to enterprise from the perspective of finite element for the purpose of improving the horizontal filtering tank through constructing the finite element model for horizontal filtering tank with Creo parametric software, conducting simulation with workbench software[1] and finally arriving at the reasonable design scheme after analysis, thus avoiding the structural instability caused by the over-constraint of structural leg support beam and filter plate under-constraint.

Abstract: An energy saving control system of Mining Street LED light is designed Based on SCM, improving the lights wastage in the process of coal mine production. The energy-saving LED is used suitable for the vehicle past situation and environment. The overall design and module analysis is described .The Practice has proved that the control system has a good economic and practical value designed by SCM as the core, LED light source as energy-saving lamps.

Abstract: This paper presents a new control method for three-phase voltage source rectifier to achieve a good system output response. The design process of fuzzy immune PI controller was described in detail. Moreover, a simulation model was built by the matlab toolbox to prove that rectifiers based on immune fuzzy PI controller have better performance in respond speed, stability and robustness ability, compared with rectifiers based on conventional PI controller.

Abstract: In the current, people pay more attention on food nutrition and security issues. In some places, the lack of farming land and land pollution leads to serious problem that people could not eat fresh vegetables. In order to solve these problems, "LED smart plant growth cabinet "came into being. As temperature is one of the most important control parameter that has the impact on plant growth, this paper describes a new type of temperature control system, and proposes simple, stable, precise temperature control method. In this paper we propose a new original two-dimensional temperature control strategy, which makes this cabinet has advantage over other domestic products. This paper describes the relationship between environment temperature and plant growth, and illustrates how the temperature control device works. In the experiment, we evaluated the advantages and disadvantages of this temperature control device.

Abstract: In order to improve the reliability of the control system, and to reduce the uncertainty of control process, this paper presents an excellent algorithm to control the induction motor speed using series estimator technology. The physical speed sensor is not used to detect speed of the motor, while applying the vector analysis method, through the stator current and the rotor flux are calculated to estimate motor speed. Corresponding to sensorless control drawbacks, the self-tuning control scheme is proposed through control scheme reformed. The double estimator technology is applied to reform scheme, the first order estimator is used to identify the system parameters, the second order estimator is used to calculate the parameters of the controller on-line, and control function is given real-time to control the speed of the motor, the simulation results show that the given control technology is advanced.

Abstract: In the complex heating systems, higher order, large inertia, large delay and uncertainty typically exist. This work introduces generalized predictive PID control algorithm to adjust the system. The purpose of the control algorithm is to achieve a steady state in a shorter time. On the basis of analyzing PID control algorithm and Generalized Predictive Control (GPC), configuring a given performance function index control-weighted sequences to GPC control. Derived form of generalized predictive control algorithm with PID. The Matlab simulation shows that using generalized predictive PID control algorithm can produce better results in shorter time than simple using PID or GPC in the heating system.

Abstract: This thesis proposes a design of digital stepper motor control system, with FPGA as control core, communicates with LabVIEW host computer system via RS232 serial port. The host computer control system is programmed in LabVIEW, and can be used to choose working mode, rotation direction, run or stop, steps and angles for rotation. The slave computer system takes EP2C8Q208C8N chip of Altera Corporation’s Cyclone II series as the core, to construct the hardware environment of the system. And it could driver stepper motor correspondingly according to the received commands that sent by host computer. This design provides a new idea for development and application of embedded system, and has a certain reference value for the development of new product.

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to design and construct a marine self-balancing table with two-axis motion control system. This table has two degrees of freedom, is fixed in an ocean-going ship and can be self-balanced when the ship is moving in the sea. Control of the table is based on fuzzy logic control. A prototype of the marine self-balancing table is also manufactured in this research. Experimental results show that this table can be self-balanced with a tolerance of 10.

Abstract: In order to obtain engine emission data, one engine data acquisition platform was built, NOx data which in exhaust was obtained respectively by exhaust gas sampling analysis and sensor real-time measure, verified the feasibility of real-time platform after comparison and analysis.

Abstract: Various combination optimization algorithms have been designed to solve the problem of robot path planning, but every algorithm has some limitation. The artificial potential field method has superiorities in positive feedback, flexibility and collaboration, which convert it into adapt to the trend of path planning algorithms in the intelligent and bionic direction. Artificial potential field method is advanced in the environment of static grid in this paper. Then the feasibility and practicability of the algorithm are backed by a simulation experiment.
