Abstract: Express industry is currently one of the fastest-growing industries; the transition of express industry is now a trend of development in express enterprises. A theory analysis method of system engineering is applied in this paper, then we can treat the express logistics as a systems engineering to research. According to the express logistics system in China, to build the Hoare three-dimensional structure model to analyze the process development and transformation trends of modern operation mode, to be combined with the core concept of competitiveness to analysis China's modern mode of operation .The text can guide for the transformation of the China express companies at different levels, and provide a practical basis for the reorganization of the express industry.

Abstract: The Ramp Metering (RM) control has been proven to be an effective measure for improving the efficiency of expressway operations. However, due to the complexity of network-wide coordinated RM control strategies, the model parameters in the control model requires to be carefully calibrated and optimized using the local traffic data. Establishing a quantitative evaluation method with reliable Measurement of Effectiveness (MOE)s is also a crucial step for optimizing of the control strategy. In this research, the author presents the procedures of optimizing the RM control strategy for implementing network-wide coordinated control as well as its evaluation methods. A field-data based microscopic simulation site was built to reproduce the traffic environment and implement the optimized control strategies. It was proved that the optimized control strategy can substantially improve the efficiency of traffic operations in the implemented network. Therefore, the proposed control strategy optimization and evaluation process is validated.

Abstract: Digital photographic visibility system (DPVS) based on binocular targets is a method using digital camera and image processing technology for visibility detection. In order to obtain accurate results, the function and installation methods for main components of video visibility detection system including artificial objects, cameras and other parts are designed delicately. Also the article explains the image processing algorithm. From this analysis, the detection system engineering and implementation are not complicated. In 2013, this video visibility detection method has been applied to enhance foggy area security system in Anhui Province, Bengbu - Huainan expressway, and achieved good results.

Abstract: The researched object of this paper is the main intersections in Hohhot. The HCM model is chosen to estimate the delay of signal intersection after comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various delay models. Use the spotting sample method to collect field data, then compare the results with the results caculated by the HCM model, and modify the model by using the least squares method. So the delay calculation model consistent with intersection in Hohhot can be built, and it can provide a theoretical basis for the analysis and evaluation of intersections and road system in Hohhot .

Abstract: Oversaturation in the modern urban traffic often happens. In order to describe the degree of oversaturation, the indexes of intersection oversaturation degree are put forward include dissipation time, stranded queue, overflow queue and travel speed. On the basis of selected indexes, the genetic algorithm support vector machine (GA-SVM) model was proposed to quantify the degree of oversaturation. In this method the genetic algorithm is used to select the model parameters. The GA-SVM model built is used to quantify the degree of oversaturation. Combining with the volume of intersections in Guangzhou city the method is calculated and simulated through programming. The simulation results show that GA-SVM method is effective and the accuracy of GA-SVM is higher than support vector machine (SVM).This method provides a theoretical basis for the analysis of traffic system under over-saturated traffic conditions.

Abstract: This paper developed a GIS-based traffic management and analysis platform designed to enable accident analysis process is fast, convenient and intuitive analysis and comprehensive; while black spots investigation aspect, there is provided a certain basis for the conclusion of the investigation for the black spots, governance provide supplementary information. Based on the above analysis, combined with the actual situation, the system uses the scan of thematic maps, vector maps as baseline. Based on this development system, mainly the following functions: map management functions, basic map operation, information inquiry, the accident entry, statistical function, black spot investigation model.

Abstract: With the rapid development of the city in Hohhot, new road has increased year by year. The full use of road resources will be achieved and the traffic congestion in future will be prevented by the traffic organization optimization of new road intersection. In this paper, through the investigation on new road intersection in Hohhot, the characteristics of new road intersection are conducted, and the existing problems are pointed out, and then some corresponding improvement measures are put forward. Take the intersection of Wuliying road in Xilinguole South road, one of new trunk roads, as an example to construct the intersection simulation model by using VISSIM software, and then compare and analysis the traffic evaluation parameters before and after the implementation of related measures. The simulation results show that through the reasonable optimization measures, the level of service of the intersection and the utilization rate of road resources can be improved to a certain extent, which will contribute to the prevention of traffic congestion in the future.

Abstract: Considering the fact that the amount of traffic incident data is rare compared to the large amount of normal traffic state data in the real word, we proposed an Automatic Incident Detection (AID) algorithm based on subsampling method. First, an improved subsampling method based on Edited Nearest Neighbor Rule (ENN) algorithm was used to reconstruct the training set to get a balanced dataset. Then, the Support Vector Machine (SVM) was adopted as a classifier to detect traffic incidents. The real traffic data collected from the I-880 freeway in American was used to build the model and test the performance of the proposed AID algorithm. In addition, we made a comparison of the detection performances between the AID algorithm obtained by the original training set and the one by the relatively balanced training set. The experimental results show that the proposed AID algorithm based on subsampling is suitable for imbalanced dataset and can obtain a better detection performance.

Abstract: Reasonable urban rail transit can not only make urban rail transit an effective way to relieve traffic jam in the city, but also achieve both the public benefit and economic benefit. The elastic pricing model based on the Ramsey model is researched and verified through an example in this paper, which lays a theoretical basis for implementation of the congestion-based pricing policy. Finally, some reasonable proposals for the development of urban rail ticket pricing are put forward.
