Abstract: In some cities, the zoning operation in taxi service leads to the difference in load ratio and empty return rate in their limited zones. Therefore, some negative phenomena appear such as the instability of drivers’ income and drivers negotiate the price without taximeter. In order to keep a balance between enhancing the drivers’ profit and protecting the passengers’ interests, establishing a differential pricing model based on the characteristics of taxi service in different zones. The operation areas, trip intensity and trip distribution have been taken into consideration about different taxi service zones in the model.

Abstract: In this paper, through the analysis of emergency’s impact on passengers’ route choice, a passengers’ route choice model was found of urban rail transit net and based on the model to analysis the instance. Through comparative analysis the impact of offering guidance by supplying information, the result showed that under the guidance by supplying information, the passengers is divided due to their own preferences on different paths property, comparing to no information to guide, the system has been optimized.

Abstract: This paper studied the influence of Bohai Strait Tunnel project on freight transportation system in Bohai Economic Rim by considering different transportation routes and modes. The model of modified Negative Exponent Network Flow Assignment was introduced in the paper. The market share of three transport routes in 2050, including Tonghua-Yantai, Chifeng-Yantai and Dalian-Yantai, was predicted. Results indicated that Bohai Strait Tunnel can shorten transportation distance and reduce transportation cost, and the two transportation modes of highway transportation and railway transportation through tunnel are economical and have larger market share better than that of the other transportation modes. It is very necessary to construct a transoceanic tunnel across the Bohai Strait.

Abstract: This paper mainly introduces the SVR method in the application of the railway freight volume forecasting. The paper analyzed the railway freight volume of eight major social and economic factors. Then, the paper selected learning samples and test method validation samples, through the normalized processing. It is concluded that the SVR to the effectiveness of the railway freight volume forecasting.

Abstract: In this paper, there is a study on the effect of the lack of coordination between trains in the network, such as waiting aggravation, travel time extension. Through the study of the practical operation process and passenger transfer characteristics of urban rail transit, according to the types of line crossing, taking the minimized waiting time of all transfer passengers in station as the object function, the optimization model was designed for three lines with two intersections, solve the model by using the Lingo, and transfer stations, Xidan and Dongdan station, from lines No.1 No.4 and No.5 of Beijing Subway Network are chosen as an example to validate its rationality and availability. The result shows that the model is of important significance to reduce the travel time for transfer passengers.

Abstract: Based on the concept of “integrated transportation”, this paper utilizes the collaborative theory, complex system theory and transport economics theory to analyze the matching relationship between the transportation hub and corridor from a macro perspective. Meanwhile, it also explores the coordination of their transport capability, transport organization, etc., from the microscopic point of view, ultimately achieving the theoretical integration and harmonization of the connection and layout of the integrated transport hub and corridor.

Abstract: the selection of project trade mode is usually considered as factors on the level of project management. And ignore the influence of the factors associated with the project management level. So the result in Build-Transfer (BT) mode project transaction efficiency is low. This paper introduce project management theory, and puts forward control strength shall be according to the project in the BT project contract and matching the effectiveness of the risk sharing divided into strong BT, standard BT and weak BT trading modes. It’s according to the project control and risk sharing the BT mode matching the selection process, and through the case study analysis of the effect, of the three operating modes of the BT mode innovation and optimization for urban rail transit project to provide the basis.

Abstract: Zoning indices are important reference for highway zoning. Therefore, the analysis and calculation method of zoning indices is the key to objectivity and scientific of the highway natural regionalization. In the analysis and calculation process of comprehensive index, strong fuzziness and randomness of factors description is the main obstacle to achieve reasonable conversion between qualitative and quantitative. At the same time, the weight determination of each factor mainly relies on the subjective experience, is lack of objective and quantitative analysis method. In previous study on Natural Zoning for Highways in China, zoning indices were not comprehensive ones, but usually single physical geographical element. This paper combined the cloud model and Delphi theory to put forward the comprehensive zoning index analysis method. Highway Engineering Difficulty Index (HEDI) was analyzed with this method and got the weights of the factors to calibrate the analysis model to calculate HEDI of China. The map of HEDI reflects the influence degree of surface configuration on highway engineering in different regions of China correctly. Analysis result shows that the method improves the quantization degree of comprehensive zoning indices analysis, realizes the optimal utilization of the fundamental spatial data.

Abstract: Lintong Metro Line is one intercity railway transit line of the “Xi’an urban rail transit network (revision)”. This line forms an important link between Xi’an and Lintong. The main modes of this link are cars, buses, subway and intercity railway. To determine different modes of traffic corridors sharing ratio, this paper determines the logit model coefficients by analyzes the characteristics of different traffic modes, according to the person trip survey of Xi’an. Then finalizing the sharing ratio range of different traffic modes as well as the shared variability when the intercity railway is not repaired.
