Abstract: As a result of the urgency of runway reconstruction and the inevitability of taking non-suspending reconstruction, time, cost and quality are taken as three basic objectives of the optimization with the complex environment of the runway, and the special related constraints are taken into consideration as well. Combining the other two objectives with the time objective and quantifying three objectives in the same way help to present the multi-objective model that is based on the multi-attribute utility function theory. Establishing the project network of asphalt repaving project and using the critical path method contribute to dealing with the uncertainty and randomness based on the distribution of process time by the three-point estimation method. Particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm helps solve the model and offers a scheduling plan of the critical path. In the end, one non-suspending the construction project of the runway is taken as an example and it proves the validity of the model compared with the related researches and the actual applied schedule.

Abstract: In order to realize the accurate accounting, accurate tracking and effective control of the cost of drop and pull transport enterprises, this paper established the costing model based on TDABC and combined with relevant cases to explain its implementation process. The cost accounting model makes cost accounting more convenient and economic, resource allocation and activitiy process more intuitive and clear, effectively improves the accuracy of cost accounting of drop and pull transport enterprise. TDABC will avoid the offset of costs and benefits in the traditional cost method, help enterprises to understand the overall development of its own operating characteristics and provide new ideas.

Abstract: This study focuses on Network optimization of Cluster Supply Chain and the reliability of evolution control technology. We adopt the method of dynamic simulation and a series of model construction and statistical validation of Dynamic Control Technology to carry on analytical investigation, to split apart the statistics and the separation degree polymerization of the supply chain network in the evolutionary process, to put forward a kind of practical application requirement which is based on SOA framework and meet the limit of radiation area of industrial cluster and to integrate optimization control technology of intersecting resources in the cluster.

Abstract: In order to realize scale economy of shipping and promote development of container transportation system of the Yangtze River, this paper established the model of transport organization based on theory of hub and spoke, and applied the model to container transportation system of the Yangtze River.The results show that if hub k is Wuhan Port, so the model can play the advantages of scale economy, reduce unit transportation costs and achieve the purpose of reducing the total cost and the social cost of logistics network.

Abstract: This paper discussed the analysis of the regional airport air volume forecast based on the classic GM (1, 1) model in the grey system theory. Focused on the impact of predict of the data by application of the original data sequence after preprocessing by the strengthen operator and weakening operator in sequence operator. Through the analysis and comparison of the concrete prediction of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region airport aviation data, found that in the process of predicting of the region Airport air volume, introduction of weakening/strengthen operator by combination with the area practical situation, as the result of the regional airport aviation prediction is conformity with the practical situation and forecasting precision is better.

Abstract: The reliability of supply chain network system design and optimization based on the industrial cluster was discussed, that is, the operational platform of multi-objective supply chain network was moved to industrial cluster, so the platform has the effects of both regional radiation and scale of economy. Instead of some static research methods such as former traditional mathematic planning, systematic and dynamic analysis, this paper put forward a coordinative mechenism construction, this mechenism used dynamic simulation method which combined the supply chain system with industrial cluster multi-objective weighing in the region, the mechenism should be cost efficient and satisfy the application in the industrial cluster radiation region, the mechenism should integrate all possible resources in the industrial cluster and consider heterogeneity, layout, nonlinear, limitation and dynamics of the supply chain network system.

Abstract: As a modern large Railway station,Beijing South Railway station is an important city infrastructure in Beijing, it is a large public service establishments with a large number of passengers distribution activities. It’s meaningful to do some research on how to develop some emergency passenger safety evacuation plan scientifically, which can improve its security emergency ability. Based on the analysis of present situation home and abroad, this paper made deep analysis and researches on characteristics of elevated layer and emergency within it and the methods of large passenger safely evacuate simulation. Based on the situation of elevated layer of Beijing South Railway station, this paper chose AnyLogic software to establish the elevated layer of Beijing South Railway station emergency evacuation model and analysis the evacuation success rate. Provide optimization suggestions for the emergency safety management of Beijing South Railway station.

Abstract: In April 2007, Ministry of Transport promulgated Planning of National Highway Transportation Hub, in which 196 cities were included in the city of national highway transportation hub, and those cities would gain financial support and policy support from Ministry of Transport and local Department of Transport. However, particularity of highway transportation hub development in ethnic minority areas was not took into account in the Planning of National Highway Transportation Hub, in accordance with features of economic and social development in ethnic minority areas, analysis of problems existing in the development of highway transportation hub and in conjunction with layout of Yanbian national highway transport hub, this paper discussed the ideas of highway transportation hub development in ethnic minority areas.

Abstract: At present, the integration of public transport has become an important measure of the development of urban public transport system. To achieve this goal, we must have a systematic, holistic, comprehensive understanding and evaluation of public transport situation. From planning and construction coordination, operational coordination and institutional coordination, a preliminary evaluation index system is established with APH. Then the final evaluation index is determined by the use of Delphi method. With the comparison of the evaluation index value and the evaluation standards, the degree of the coordination of urban rail transit and bus network is evaluated.
