Abstract: This article deals with the problems of the need for the required volume and flow rate in the circuit with underpressure in the design of the gripping effector with active suction cups. It presents a process of designing a vacuum generator which is required to power such effector so that it guarantees a quick and secure fixation of handling objects (OM) at handling it with a robot. The article displays a means of determining of so-called evacuation times in the process of gripping of OM during the handling tasks.

Abstract: Article deals with the methodology of designing modules, which use is expected particularly in the industrial and service robotics handling superstructures. The article describes a methodology to preliminary calculations by which it is possible to speed up the design process drives. Since the proposal drives occurs in the early stages of the proposal for which no clear information about the structure of the module, this methodology helps us to appropriate power components.

Abstract: Rotary axis of positioning and handling unit or rotary positioning module is autonomous, functional and construction module for rotary positioning axes. It has integration function with intelligence for mechanic and driving ability to connect with other modules into one higher function machinery systems. Rotary positioning module is node of device, which must perform driving rotary movement with required to speed and precision of positioning. This node of device can be located in vertical position or horizontal position and it can consist from construction with one axis or more axes. RPMs are built-in and used in areas of manufacture, robotic, and other areas like rotary positioning axis of action mechanisms machinery systems.

Abstract: Article deals with the analysis of design exoskeleton for people with disabilities, in order to analyze significant events that are currently crucial in the creation or modification of various visual styles in design. The exoskeleton is carryable robotic device connected to the human body. Its design and of course its functionality modified and improved in time. Aesthetics of exoskeletons was influenced by on which elements they are based in designing - the predominance of a particular element decides how it is eventually perceived. An important part of creating ideas is to establish criteria that will set the direction and certain limits. The objective is also to find the most important connectins of shape, color and material features that make up a coherent design.

Abstract: The article deals with the problem of the collision condition of robotic device, which is possible to be revealed by spatial simulation. In addressing the collision condition, RobotStudio program was used. It includes collision detection functions. Collision detection function automatically monitors objects and indicates the collision, which may arise during the operation of the robot. In my case, collision condition occurs between the stationary part, which is a component part and moving part, which is a burner.

Abstract: For an accepted physical model with allowance of cutting "on a trace" phenomena, the initial mathematical model for want of processing deep hole is considered. In the work has been presented principal assumption to modeling of vibrating process of deep hole drilling. To implement the process were used specially developed construction of waveguide transducer to generate the self-excited vibrations. The use of the transducer was aimed at increasing the efficiency of the process and improve the quality of performed hole. Performed model was used to process numerical researches to obtain the amplitude-phase characteristics of the drilling parameters. Then they were compared with the appropriate characteristics obtained from experimental studies.

Abstract: Ecology is among the most important challenges facing humankind in the 21st century. The depletion of energy sources compels us to search for alternative methods of electricity generation. One of the most common methods is to use photovoltaic panels that utilize solar energy for generating electric current. Photovoltaic panels should be positioned perpendicularly to the solar radiation incidence direction. Their efficiency is then the highest. Special frames are constructed to support the photovoltaic panel and allow it to rotate. A frame structure developed at the Institute of Machines Technology of the Czestochowa University of Technology is equipped with an advanced system that tracks the apparent motion of the sun. For its construction, steel sections and a micro-processor control system were used. The control program uses a hybrid algorithm that counts the sun position according to the date and time and reads out the indications of a differential sensor built from photoresistors. The position of the photovoltaic panel relative to the sun is corrected with stepper motors with N-encoders allowing rotation in the perpendicular axis parallel to do the earth surface. The developed frame structure and the control system are versatile and enable commercial photovoltaic panels to be mounted. They provide an alternative to expensive solutions offered by installing companies and are possible to be used in the conditions of a typical household.

Abstract: The article shows the video-optical system for to recognition of location and size of weld groove. Was used special system equipped with two USB cameras (VGA resolution) and red laser laser. First of camera was used to recognition of groove location and second one with laser as mobile scanner was used to size of groove analyse. For proposed conception was prepared in Visual Basic 6.0 special software WELD_REC, which calculate the angle of groove location and the groove parameters: width, depth and angle of opening. Presented system is used for experiments using PC controlled IRb –60 industrial robot. The differences of location of groove: between well-known and video-optical measured have the highest of 3% .
