Abstract: This system taking into account the actual situation on the basis of laboratory chose ZigBee and 485 two transmission methods designed Internet of Things in the specific application of laboratory management system, the system sends to the gateway module for laboratory equipment state data on the LCD screen to scroll the display, then the gateway module 485 sends the data to the client module; client module receives the data after the data is sent to the server module, while the data stored in the database system.

Abstract: In recent years, the abrupt public affairs occur frequently. Emergency resources as a kind of special resource which have a key role in the rescue after disaster happen suddenly. Then whether emergency resource management is high efficiency directly affect the emergency rescue work can achieve the desired results. In this article we analysis each phase of emergency resources supply chain based on the four stages of emergency rescue process theory. Then integrate the emergency resources management with various stages. At last, we will find a way which satisfying emergency management in different stages and the whole process of emergency resource management. Meanwhile, we combine the current situation that emergency resource often more than enough for the emergency rescue arousing the public’s attention and mainly analysis how to recycle the resource that is in the recovery stage.

Abstract: The remanufacturing after-sales service of green supply chain requires OEM (original equipment manufacturer) and remanufacturer (his dealer) to collaborate closely. In this paper, two after-sales service models were proposed with an OEM and a remanufacturer. The optimal remanufacturing technology transfer and the influence mechanism were analyzed. The results suggested that: in dual channel model, the rising proportion of technology transfer promoted the development of remanufacturing market. Technology transfer ratio of single channel model rising resulted in different development tendencies of the remanufacturing market. For dual channel model, the Chinese government should not only encourage manufacturers to transfer manufacturing technology, but also encourage OEM to shift profit model from traditional profit model of the new-part sales to technology development and services. However, in single channel model, the government should encourage OEM to transfer more manufacturing technology to promote the remanufacturing market prosperity.

Abstract: With the global and integrated development of economy and intense market competition, the competition between enterprises has become the competition between supply chains. Besides, the lean and agile development has made supply chain more unstable. As a result, the stability of supply chain is becoming especially important. The study of stability theory provides a new way in the study of supply chain stability. In this paper, an integrated supply chain model, whose core is manufacturing enterprise, is established based on Cobb-Douglas production function, then its stability is judged by Lyapunov exponent criteria to get the range of key index, the input funding of re-production, which can provide decision-making reference for manufacturing enterprise.

Abstract: As the development of the Internet of things and the application of M2M, smarter campus ushers in new era. This paper proposes the smarter campus system architecture based on the mobile phone M2M. It consists of four levels, two systems, two platforms and N APP. And points out the key technologies of this system construction: sensing and communication, storage and security and system integration and application services. aims to explore a kind of mode of digital campus as "if we have mobile phone all in one, we can walk through the campus", so as to realize the ubiquitous network study, the integration innovation of scientific research, transparent and efficient school management, rich and colorful campus culture, convenient and thoughtful campus life.

Abstract: Achieving the greatest flexibility is the key objective for a manufacturing enterprise to design and install a Flexible Manufacturing System (FMS). Unfortunately, before the contents of “flexibility” is explicitly defined and commonly accepted within the company, the design effectiveness of an FMS will never be formally justified; not to mention evaluating its production performance once the FMS is implemented. The objective of this paper is twofold: first it presents a practical and quantitative measure of performance for an FMS by introducing the Machine Flexibility (MF) and the subsequent System Flexibility (SF). The second objective of this paper is then to develop a generic architecture for optimally designing an FMS which considers not just manufacturing and economic constraints but also dynamic perturbations from the shop floor. Machine flexibility comprises two parts: 1) the descriptive segment provides the operation type information and 2) the quantitative segment uses a weighted relative scaling (WRS) method to evaluate the flexibility based on machine power generation, operation cycle time, machine design mechanics, working volume, machining precision, and controller performance. System flexibility contains five attributes for an FMS: power generation, system design mechanics, working volume, system precision, and dynamic performance. Abstract: The utilization of reconfigurable numerically controlled tooling is important for flexible fuselage assembly. An online programming and simulation system for flexible tooling is presented, which is composed of two modules. The online programming module generates NC code from an adjustment sequence and path, taking into consideration the process and device parameters. This paper details the second module, the visualized simulation module, which validates and optimizes the related adjustment process. This module covers three steps, those are, the creation of a virtual simulation environment based on the light-weight 3D model, the loading of the key feature points related to the adjustment and process information, and the adjustment simulation. The system can rapidly response to “one fixture with more models” and “one fixture with more states” deep flexibility demands for digital fuselage assembly, enable the flexible tooling to a have better capacity for independent adaptability. An example of flexible fuselage assembly process is used to illustrate the detail and advantages of the system. The three-step simulation strategy is proposed and detailed in this paper.

Abstract: With the rapid development of agricultural machinery, forecasting the demand for spare parts is essential to ensure timely maintenance of agricultural machinery. Based on features of spare parts, BP neural network is chosen to forecast the demand. First, this paper analyzes factors that affect the demand for spare parts. Second, steps and processes of neural network prediction are described. The third part of this paper is case study based on certain brand of agricultural machinery spare parts. BP neural network turns out suitable for forecasting the demand for spare parts.

Abstract: According to the statically indeterminate structure feature of RV reducer, the assembly relation between the parts such as support flange, crankshaft, cycloid gear, pin wheel, pin gear, sun gear and planet gear was analysed in order to meet the assembly condition and the meshing clearance, the assembly dimension chain of RV reducer was established. The conditions which should be met about upper deviation, lower deviation and tolerance of the close-chain and compositive rings among the assembly dimension chain was put forward based on extreme value method, it is very important for the product design, manufacture and assembly of RV reducer.
