Abstract: In view of the current situation of being unable to simulate repair time in virtual maintenance simulation, decomposing the repair process to repair therblig layer, and the new concept of repair therblig standard time is introduced, then developing the repair therblig time auxiliary system used for Jack, which realizes the statistical product repair time in virtual environment. This method provides significant reference value for paralleling maintainability quantitative parameters verification in product development stage.

Abstract: This paper considers the problem of single-machine batch delivery scheduling with an assignable common due date where all jobs have identical processing times. Finished jobs are delivered in batches and the cost per batch delivery is fixed and independent of the number of jobs in the batch. For our problem, the penalties of earliness-tardiness are assumed to be arbitrarily weighted but the holding costs are equally weighted. The objective is to determine the common due date and find an optimal schedule to minimize the sum of total weighted earliness, tardiness, holding, due date, and delivery costs. We present some basic properties of the structure of the optimal schedule for the problem, and provide a polynomial dynamic programming algorithm.

Abstract: In order to reduce fuel consumption and ensure dynamic performance of the car, an automotive powertrain optimization algorithm was presented in the paper. Firstly, the evaluation index of automobile dynamic performance and fuel economy were introduced. Then, the objective function was built, and the transmission and main reducer transmission ratios were designed as variables, and parameters of the vehicle transmission system were optimized by using the genetic algorithm. Finally, a vehicle simulation model by SimulationX software was established, and the power and economy performance before and after optimization were compared and analyzed.

Abstract: Human error is a main factor causing the engine assembly quality defects. This paper presented the application of the Root Cause Retrospective Analysis (RCRA) of the Cognitive Reliability and Error Analysis Method (CREAM) in the engine assembly process, proposed a new model of the RCRA for engine assembly failure within the framework of HRA (Human Reliability Analysis) service system for the engine assembly. The application of the model was illustrated by an example. The research belongs to one of the core functions of HRA service system, which can be used to perform the human error analysis in the process of the engine assembly, so as to provide guidance for production.

Abstract: This paper evaluated the equipment’s dependability by the way of analytical method, and built the model of it. Combined the equipment’s historical data of use and detection with the current condition, it predicted the mission reliability of units by the way of fuzzy predictive. Then the equipment was departed into the part which is repairable and the part which could not. After all of this, the dependability of the two parts was evaluated. In the last, an example was showed.

Abstract: Topic forum always contains abundant product information such as requirement, quality, and evaluation. It is very significant to use these information in product development and management. Aiming at the product quality issues during its use, a method of extracting product quality information expressed by customers from web forum was presented. The content and its hybrid structure of product forum were analyzed. And the parse form in XML was presented as well. On the basis of these, the technology architecture of extracting product quality feature words from forum was proposed. In addition, the chronological characteristic and probabilistic characteristic among feature words were researched with the consideration of the position, time, and its number of feature word in sentence or forum respectively, and the calculation models of them were constructed as well. Then the connectivity relations among feature words were established. As a result, the key factors that affect product quality can be inferred based on it.

Abstract: This paper searches mixed model two-sided assembly line type I balancing problem based on Y automobile manufacturing company. According to the characteristics and balance constraints of mixed model two-sided assembly line, the actual problem is abstracted as the mathematical model. The three minimal objectives are the station number, the balance index and the wait time. In this study, an advanced multi-objective genetic algorithm is proposed for analyzing and solving the satisfactory solution set of multi-objective optimization problem and example application shows its validity.

Abstract: This article deals with the possibility of using ERP-systems on Russian construction sites, the need for such a system, how to influence the work of the system in the construction process or increase the introduction of ERP-system efficiency of the enterprise. Also in this paper the question of compliance with established standards. It is shown that the ERP-system should be introduced to the Russian construction, if an investor wants to build your object with the required quality and in time. For the ERP-system in Russia is necessary to create a foundation that would be based on monitoring of standards by means of algorithms and information systems by filling out electronic forms. ERP-system provides objective information to make competent management solutions.

Abstract: This work aims to improve the information flow diagram of the bidding process of a work in progress of an University Federal (UF) from Brazil aimed at obtaining environmental LEED certification. The research was divided into two parts, the first a review of literature regarding the LEED certification was made and in the second part of field research was conducted in the site of UF. The conclusion of study indicates that the government is able to make buildings with more sustainable criteria, even the systems of environmental certification. However, the main intervention must come from changing interest by managers of UF and especially their awareness regarding the importance of the subject.
