Abstract: As an essential role in determination of condition-based maintenance (CBM) objects ,necessity and applicability analysis are both important. Necessity analysis is first and applicability analysis is second is proposed. Due to shortcoming of traditional methods, a quantitative is proposed. The key of method are criticality evaluation based on Monte Carlo simulation and applicability analysis based on regression analysis, which can solve the problem short of unite standard and influence by subjective factors. The result shows the model works well.

Abstract: There is a great number of historic and cultural monuments on the territory of Montenegro, which should be preserved and maintained. Their distance from centralized networks and the lack of conditions for restoration make difficult to maintain them properly. The article puts forward the options for architectural incorporation of solar power systems into the appearance of historic buildings and structures. In the article is proposing the configuration of electrical systems based on the results of the calculation of one energy source (solar/diesel plant) and their combination.

Abstract: Under the condition of global energy crisis and environmental degradation, the electric power industry which supports the development of economics and society is facing the unprecedented challenges and opportunities. There is no doubt that we should save energy and decrease the emission. A method to study the tiered tap electricity based on the price packet service is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the analysis of tiered tap electricity price without any constraints .is introduced. Then, we set a mathematical model combining the research on the tiered tap electricity with the price packet service of communication industry. In this part, we set some proper parameters in order to set the mechanism of price packet service . Finally, we give an example to illustrate the effectiveness of the models built in this paper.

Abstract: With This study investigated and analyzed the income levels and purchasing methods of home appliance buyers in order to obtain implications for the distribution of high-efficiency appliances. A questionnaire survey was conducted for 2,250 households in Korea. As a result, there was no difference in online and offline purchasing ratio by income. However, when the purchasing patterns of all consumers were examined, the online purchase rate had increased more than the offline one. It was shown that consumers had high reliability on online purchase. Moreover, according to online purchasing patterns (internet shopping and others), the online purchase rate of high-efficiency appliances was relatively higher than the offline one.

Abstract: At present, the situation of world economic is grim. On the one hand, countries constantly adjust strategic policies to promote economic growth. Regression of the manufacturing is put forward in developed countries for the increase of employment. On the other hand, countries actively cultivate new economic growth points and compete for strategic high ground. Then the trade protectionism is increasing. The export products of our country suffer the anti-dumping and anti-subsidy and the friction has spread to the high technology fields. In reaction to this phenomenon, the reason would be analyzed in this paper, and the countermeasure and suggestion for the trade friction will be put forward. Therefore, the innovation ability need promote and the industrial transformation need realize. Meanwhile, a good environment for innovation need create and enterprises innovation need encourage.

Abstract: Plastering works are a sophisticated technology and using of a large amount of manual methods. Despite the development of mechanization, the amount of manual operations of plastering work remains significant and in some cases up to 60%. The article describes the methods of production of plaster works, as well as promising directions of development that improve the efficiency of finishing work in the construction of residential and public buildings.

Abstract: Currently, a problem of the deterioration of housing stock exists and more and more buildings require reconstruction and renovation. Therefore, there is the need for specialists of the international level in the reconstruction and renovation of residential buildings in the labor market. To meet the need the distant learning course “Energy efficient refurbishment management” is offered. Implementation of the project is carried out by international organizations from different countries. The course is aimed at improving energy efficiency in new buildings and old residential buildings under the renovation in Russia, Belarus and Ukraine. The main objective of the project is the development of a program that will allow a manager to plan and implement energy efficiency measures of reconstruction. It is assumed that this course will be used both for self-education and for professional development and will be available for people who do not have special knowledge in this area. The program will provide the society with experts in the field of energy efficient renovation.

Abstract: This article first defines the meaning of educational technology and the ability of educational technology is divided into five levels, and the hierarchical structure of a rational argument; then to primary and secondary schools in the region for the sample of students and teachers conducted a survey to find out the ability of educational technology in the school and their teachers feedback on the training focuses on the training mode, this proposed training program for school teachers. Discussion on the training mode, the paper proposes a "complex method" training mode from the macro, in the form of centralized training and school-based training combined with training and noted that currently favored by teachers is still focused on face-linear form of training, but with the development of technological capabilities to improve teacher education and online education, the paper forecasts the network remote training will become a mainstream mode of training.

Abstract: Engineering education in China’s colleges has been progressing rapidly, while there is a wide gap between the students’ engineering abilities and the requirements from enterprises. Consequently, engineering education should be guided by professional evaluation, centered on strengthening college students’ aptitudes and qualities. This paper analyses the concepts of college engineering education and an effective approach to improve current college engineering education in China.

Abstract: The advanced talents with applied technique should be composite, creative talents in the background of macroscopic engineering. Whereas some engineering training center have not transformed from the metalworking practice mode which can not adapt itself to the requirements of talents cultivation in 21 century, our university reform the contents of practice teaching and innovate the teaching mode of engineering training, integrate and optimize the internal teaching resources and strength the deep cooperation with enterprises under the guidance of the conception of “Macroscopic Engineering”. We structure the engineering training practice teaching platform with intercross of many subjects in order to cultivate the engineering quality of students in muti-measures.
