Abstract: The accidents of substation can cause great losses, and human errors are the major factor that affect the safe operation of the substation, so study on human errors is of great significance for the safety management department to formulate countermeasures to prevent malignant electric operation accidents. General Error Model System (GEMS) is a dynamic model that study Cognitive processes of human performance, it has a certain value in terms of human reliability assessment, forecasting and optimization, etc. It offers prediction of human performance under certain operating conditions, it has a certain significance in improving cultivation of designer and strengthening human performance.

Abstract: One of the prevalent methods in air traffic control is ground holding based on traffic flow management. The thesis is studied from the restriction of departure capacity and some air control rules which bring to a programming method of the same route departure. That is to take the best way to line up a group of departure aircrafts in designated times which hold for take off,and it to modify airlines timetable to smooth traffic peaks at airport during rush-hours. Also in the thesis it brings to some simple checking computations and judgments,including a kind of calculating method for the system in complicated conditions which is made to be the form of technological process chart.

Abstract: Explaining how to set up configuration model from the Angle of product family, for the composition of product configuration model of product family structure was analyzed, put forward the definition of product family configuration unit, and used it as the basic elements of product family configuration model. Using various granularity of product family configuration units set to do the unified expression for function, the principle and structure of all products contained in the product family. And did further analyze for the characteristic, types, and associated constraints of product family configuration units. Finally, described the modeling process of product family configuration model. Abstract: Complexity and reuse-ability are found in process of design and product oil purification equipment, reconfigurable design and study the product and resources reuse are of practical significance. By fuzzy theory and reconfigurable design method, oil purification equipment reconfigurable design system function modules are built; Modular construction techniques for each equipment system configuration module product demand are utilized. By the method of object-oriented programming, reconfigurable design platform is built, the efficiency of product design is proved, and the resource reuse is realized.

Abstract: In the future, if we can be able to eat tasty rice at any time and if it can be to save space will be the decisive standards of a rice cooker. Nowadays, the Market need for a new portable rice cooker to improve the lives of office workers. First, to understand all various parts of the rice cooker in the structure, thereby conducted a survey on office workers to understand the style feature needs of their rice cooker. Finally we will design a new kind of rice cooker that is easy to use and carry.

Abstract: Technical condition parameters prediction is one of key steps in CBM (Condition based Maintenance). As disadvantage of traditional methods, Base on theory of combination prediction, combining with Delay Time and two-stage prediction model, multi-stage combination prediction model is proposed. The model can solve the problem that complicated rule of variation in equipment condition and uncertainty characteristic. Through lubricating oil analysis and correlated prescribing, operation phase of equipment is parted. At the same time, every method adapt to every stage is found. The result shows the model works well and effectively.

Abstract: The paper from the practical needs of a heavy machinery enterprise, investigated the mine hoist process design and management process and in-depth analysed of the main problems existing, proposed the solution of mine hoist process management system based on B / S structure, and used IDEF0 method to establish the overall functional model of the system, designed system function modules and database, finally usedASP technology to achieve the system.

Abstract: Among the literature on the impact of different capital sources on economy, most of them focus on one capital source or study this impact from a perspective of factors of production. Therefore, we plans to classify those capital factors according to their sources, and study empirically the specific impact of different capital sources on our country’s economic development. The results suggest that from the contribution of various funding sources to GDP appears, the linear relation between self-financing and other investment and GDP are most significant, and their contribution to GDP are also the most; for GDP of the whole country, the contribution to GDP of national investment is positive, while domestic loan’s contribution to GDP presents negative.
