Abstract: Firstly, the concept of the probability of spares sufficiency is present. Considering of the probability of spares sufficiency of a single spare, an optimized mathematical model of the probability of spares sufficiency of system is set up by the way of flow (Poisson process) composition. The model indicates that the affect of spare sufficiency is correlative with the failure rate of parts by weight coefficient. Lastly, applicability of the model in equipment system is further discussed.

Abstract: Green manufacturing is a comprehensive consideration of environmental impact and resource efficiency of modern manufacturing mode. Remanufacturing is a typical application of green manufacturing. This paper establishes an evaluation indicator system for heavy machine tool remanufacturing scheme which contains 5 first-grade indicators and 13 second-grade indicators, and evaluation model for heavy machine tool remanufacturing scheme based on Analytic Network Process (ANP). Taking heavy machine tool remanufacturing scheme optimization for example, the weight and ranking results for heavy machine tool remanufacturing scheme can be obtained through the super matrix. Then it analyzes the impact of node sensitivity on the evaluation of machine tool remanufacturing scheme.

Abstract: This paper presents a methodology for diagnostics of fixture failures in multistation assembly processes. Diagnosis matrix equation is established by state space equation and measurement equation, which study the conditions of deviation source diagnosis. The determination method of deviation source diagnosis is obtained. 3-D scanner is used to measure the key data. A case study illustrates the proposed method.

Abstract: With the increasing competition in the market, more and more enterprises change their manufacturing policy from MTS to MTO, which gives rise to the challenge to generate suitable order planning and scheduling rapidly and economically. In the paper, based on the analysis of order processing procedure, a system framework of order planning and scheduling for MTO enterprise is presented. The system’s validity is indicated by a case study. It is shown that the planning and scheduling system can provide comprehensive management for the production process of order.

Abstract: Based on the enterprise ecosystem theory and brittleness of complex systems theory, to propose the enterprise life-cycle manufacturing enterprise ecosystem health evaluation index system, from the growth, the stability, the resistance to brittle, the recoverability and the adaptability five dimensions, building enterprise ecosystem health index, applying Projection Pursuit Principal Component Analysis to achieve ecosystem health index calculation. By the example of Tianjin manufacturing enterprise ecosystem health evaluation, to verify an index system and algorithm reliability and operability constructed in the paper.

Abstract: This paper describes the composition and working principle of aircraft parts flexible automatic assembly platform, and gives the detailed analysis and design of flexible automatic assembly platform of mechanical structure and motion adjusting control system. The two types of multi plane assembly shows that automatic assembly platform automatic adjusting is reliable, operation control system and motion mechanism runs stable, this system can meet the various needs of automatic assembly platform of aircraft components, and it realizes the work mode of assembly and products in one to many during the aircraft components Assembly process.

Abstract: Aiming at the diversity and heterogeneity of manufacturing resources in cloud manufacturing, the multi-hierarchy relevance model (MHRM) based on category and environmental level was proposed. Moreover, the OWL was used to describe the cloud manufacturing resources. Finally, cloud manufacturing resource ontology instance was built by Protégé.

Abstract: For the problem of modeling high-mix and variable-batch flow manufacturing system, the thesis focus on method of mixed processing task and mechanism of constructing manufacture unit. First, decompose the processing task into Manufacturing Task Tree (MTT for short) according to the level of ‘orders-products-components-fittings-parts’. Then decompose each level node of the MTT to task cell. Then on the basis of processing task, we construct the framework of processing tasks management for group mixed flow manufacturing and analyze the mechanisms of building manufacturing unit for high-mix and variable-batch flow manufacturing system. Finally, we established the model of high-mix and variable-batch flow manufacturing system.
