Abstract: This article presents an analysis of the main reference models of Product Development Process (PDP) and specificities of the telecommunications industry. The research instruments used to collect the data was semi-structured interviews, direct observation and document analysis in two companies, in order to map and analyze their PDP. It was noticed that there was similarity of the steps of the Case Studies PDP with the reference models, especially the model of [4]. The main differences were the feasibility analysis, the assessment by the customer of the preliminary product concepts, and the emphasis on commercial and operational development. It was also noted that the PDP of the companies had no strong influence of practices and business processes. Their PDP were more involved in the ​​strategy area, infrastructure and with the product of eTOM framework.

Abstract: According to manufacturing characteristics of mixed private cloud enterprise, production operation management requirements of mixed private cloud enterprise are analysed. Function of production operation management in mixed private cloud enterprise is summarized. Specific content of production operation management is inducted based on mixed cloud enterprise. The process of production operation management are designed in detail. Object model diagram of production operation management are elaborated. It is analysed that the content of the reform of production order and the specific process are obtained. It is researched that production order form to be queried and finally end process has been preliminaryly discussed.It has laid a basis for optimal and reasonable application of production operation management.

Abstract: This paper summarizes the application of virtual simulation in the shipbuilding industry, especially points out research status of the key resources of shipbuilding (Ship Dock). Finally, the idea is put forward that a virtual simulation based on both intelligent algorithm and QUEST to improve the efficiency of ship dock.

Abstract: To analyze the machining performance of grinding machine and improve the quality of tooth surface, this paper proposes an integrated model of processing performance evaluation of computer numerical control gear grinding machine. Based on the gear profile grinding machine kinematics principles, the topology modification formulas of tooth surface were deduced. Calculated the process capability index according to experimental data and found that the tooth surface errors were followed normal distribution. The main reason of formation errors was analyzed by cause and effect diagram. Finally, the validity of this integrated model of processing performance evaluation is numerically demonstrated using CNC gear grinding machine.

Abstract: On the basis of the electronic components business processes and the analysis of the quality data related, a model based on the object entity of the product life cycle is proposed. Object entity as the carrier of the related data this model mergers and reorganizes the related business, meanwhile links the entity through the revolved information of the quality data model thus achieving the integrity of the business in both time and space. This data model as the basis, can effectively realize the integration and sharing of quality data, facilitates the quality data analysis and quality traceability, and improve the capabilities of quality data management for the enterprise.

Abstract: Based on the principal concepts of streamline balance, this paper analyses the issue of the line balancing, through analyzing traditional assembly line balance method and having the bottleneck work processes to amend the parameters of the Workplace design, and then building up a multi-variety small-batch production line balancing mixed-model.

Abstract: Integrated construction technology is widely applied for offshore modules these years, which contains multiple disciplines works such as structure, mechanism, piping, coating, electricity and instrument, etc.. Herein, this technology puts forward new requirements in pallet transportation and lifting process due to uncertainty factors. Therefore, it is highly significant to come up for a detailed discussion at application of offshore module integrated construction technology. This paper particularly depicts some key technologies in transportation and lifting process, including synchronous jacking system, trailer, confirmation of pallet weight and center of gravity, padeyes, clash check of lifting and so on. This paper proposes referring transportation and lifting methods in integrated construction, and it will greatly benefit for offshore module construction.

Abstract: As we all know, the whole life cycle of product knowledge reuse is the key to responded to market demanding, according to knowledge reuse of current research situation, this paper propose the idea of green of knowledge reuse and designs a green framework for the whole life cycle of knowledge reuse system. Accordance with operating mechanism of knowledge reuse system, we put forward a newly feasible structural framework for the knowledge reuse system. Applying for the software development platform of PowerBuilder and the database platform of SQL Server 2005 , we develop a prototype system of knowledge reuse.

Abstract: In today's era of the pursuit of personalization, the range of product is greatly enriched. Thus, enhancing the level of product innovation and design capabilities is the inevitable requirements of the new era. Based on the bifurcation theory, people’s thinking state in the innovative design process of a product was analyzed. Some innovative design methods that commonly used in modern design theory were introduced.Based on a product design example, two innovative design methods were respectively carried out to realize the design of new products.
