Abstract: The overhung spindle system is studied as the object after remanufacturing, the spindle simplified cantilever and the mathematical model was established based on the simplified equivalent device. The simulation analysis of the dual cantilever was carried out by using ANSYS.The vibration mode and inherent frequency of the cantilever, the deformation caused by the applied loads was given in this paper. It is designed by the linear quadratic optimal control of two state regulator through analyzing the vibration form and loading condition, use of independent modal control algorithm based on the detection of the position feedback control,It is inhibited effectively when a cantilever beam subjected to external transient pulse disturbance caused by two order and higher order system mode vibration, and using the Matlab software programming for active vibration control effects simulation. In addition.Matlab software gave the image result of response of vibration system. Both the brief solution program and the accurate image data which corresponded with vibration theory showed the feasibility and superiority during solving these responses of the spindle vibration system after remanufacturing.Thereby, this research provided an easy and effective method to solve the response of general mechanical vibration system.

Abstract: In this paper, calculating fluid dynamics (CFD) method is utilized for analyzing the precision compound sand control screen internal flow field so as to establish appropriate models. During this numerical calculation, by using the - turbulence model is used to simulate the resistance characteristics under different working conditions when crude oil flows through precision compound sand control screen, analyze its speed change rule, flow path and pressure distribution, etc. The use of porous media model to simulate the resistance of the oil screen effect, the oil screen is replaced by the porous jump surface to simulate the strainer of pressure drop. To screen sand control performance and reduce the flow resistance to provide theoretical support, make the reservoir production losses to a minimum.

Abstract: Numerical simulations of Rayleigh wave with a source on the free surface are achieved by using FEM(finite element method). Artificial viscous boundary conditions are used to weaken boundary reflections. Modeling results are proved by comparison between analytic and numerical solutions in homogeneous half-space and layered media. Surface wave field of homogeneous half-space with rectangular cavities are modeled and analyzed. The results show that the velocity of converted wave above cavity is less than which in homogeneous media and energy is concentrated obviously in the area when the depth of cavity is relatively smaller than surface wave length. The cavity can be located by characteristics in time domain and frequency domain of surface wave. Dispersion characteristics of waves above cavity are mainly influenced by the top depth of the cavity instead of bottom depth and consistent with Lamb wave of slab with corresponding height and same media.

Abstract: In this paper, we design and implement workflows in Office Automation (OA) systems by using MVC pattern for enterprise routine business processes. Based on the layered design theory of the MVC design pattern, our implementation is separated in the Model, View and Controller components. Four major functions in our system are the workflow creation, collaboration, automatic document delivery and work flow search. The system consists of a front end and a back end. The front end is developed as a View layer; while the back end is comprised of a Model layer and a Controller layer. SQL Server 2005 is selected as the backend database management system. The database connections and operations are established and performed by the back end. Every module in our system accesses data by using dedicated interfaces, which create data channels from databases to the front and back ends and keep data consistency in the system.

Abstract: Reinforced panel is prone to serious damage and its life becomes shorter under the influence of vibration and noise. It is necessary to test its dynamic strength. In this paper, firstly, using ANSYS to set finite element model of stiffened panels and make a modal analysis to extract the natural modal frequency and vibration type, then conducting frequency response analysis according to the experiment with the boundary conditions and the set frequency range, finally through ANSYS stress analysis, pointing out the maximum point of structural stress response. The research provides a reference for checking the dynamic strength experiments conducted to improve the design and structural strength of stiffened panel.

Abstract: The proposed super-efficient C2GS2 quality control model in this article aims at simplifying the assessment of efficient C2GS2 decision making units (DUMs) during the process of quality control in camouflage materials project development. Firstly, based on the establishment of quality control index system, DUM itself are removed in reference set. Then DUMs could be sufficiently ranked, according to the compare among every DUM itself and other ones’ linear combinations. Simultaneously, projections of C2GS2 quality control model are analyzed to complement the super-efficient theories and several experimental examples are provided.

Abstract: Li2-xFeSiO4/C (x=0.01, 0.05, 0.1) were successfully synthesized by a traditional solid-state method and systematically investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and the charge-discharge test, respectively. The results demonstrated that Li2-xFeSiO4 exhibited the best electrochemical performance among the three as-synthsied samples. it delivered a specific discharge capacity of 142 mAh g-1, 112 mAh g-1 at 0.2 C and 2 C, respectively. After 100 cycles at the rate of 1 C, the discharge capacity remained 95.1% of its initial value.

Abstract: China is a country with a large production of industrial electric detonator, whose annual production capacity has reached 3.7 billion, but its level of production technology is still low especially in industrial electric detonator assembly production and most of processes are by manual operation, leading to its low techniques and poor production conditions. Through in-depth analysis of the current status of the production process of electric detonators£¬this article summed up the bottleneck problem of industrial electric detonator assembly automation, compared the degree of automation of industrial electric detonator production at home and abroad, finally this paper discusses the development trend of industrial electric detonator production.

Abstract: In hypersonic environments, the development of aircraft engine presents the mitigation of the extreme thermal environment inside the combustion chamber. This paper establishes the capabilities for combustor panel design. By given the key loading and boundary conditions of the panel structure, the thermal structural analysis determines temperatures and stresses and the optimization improves panel’s robustness subject to thermal mechanical loads. A parametric sweep analysis is carried and the results give the optimal value of the panel face thickness.
