Abstract: The curved surface of friction forging mould parts is a smooth surface which consist of circular arc camber and slope surface. Using UG as a platform, we can Carry on the processing programming and tool path simulation for the friction forging mould parts. According to the same parts we can use different cutting ways and methods to processing programming. By comparing the different cutting ways,we can obtained the optimal tool path and the ways to solve round knife phenomenon. In this way, we can Complete the programming of the forging mould parts and improve the correctness of the programming efficiency. The program's establishment method and thought Can act as a reference for the parts which has the same characteristics.

Abstract: Based on complex body parts structure, the characteristics of batch processing and high accuracy requirement, in order to improve the efficiency of its alignment, put forward about the case accessories are the method of study the origin. During the study, in order to type boring and milling machining center for processing platform, build online detecting system for the body parts. By mathematical modeling and knowledge of analytic geometry, the rotary table any position of body parts in machining center is to find the origin, and determine the size of the work-piece origin of coordinates and the deflection angle. Checked by practice, this method is suitable for composite boring and milling machining center mass production of body parts in work, improve the efficiency of the box body parts processing precision and alignment.

Abstract: According to the structure and construction characteristics of prestressed concrete (PC) continuous beam bridge and combined with the construction monitoring method of continuous beam bridge, this paper introduces the girder deflection test technology and method of prestressed concrete continuous box girder bridge, also analyzes the various factors which affect the linear monitoring. And draw the conclusion through the analysis of the deflection and linear monitoring of LinGang big bridge.

Abstract: In the calculation of the reliability of hydraulic, due to extensive uncertainties, there are lots of errors in probabilistic reliability analysis. In this paper, by comparing the non-probabilistic reliability index of different function, we get the advantages and disadvantages of one-dimensional optimization algorithm and method of Monte Carlo, and compare the functions of each variable of main beam to obtain the influence of the precision of the variables.

Abstract: In order to study expansive soil (rock) retaining of Yun Gui railway, based on experience of existing railway, mass in site shear tests, including the tests in condition of underwater and without water, are carried out. In situ lateral swelling force tests of middle-strong and weak-middle expansion soil ( rock ) ,and model tests of lateral swelling force are also carried out. The following results are obtained by tests: water have great influence on the cohesion of expansion soil ( rock ), but its influence on angle of internal friction is limited. A empirical formulas for swelling pressure and moisture content are obtained by tests. The effect of sand cushion to reduce swelling force is obtained by tests.

Abstract: This paper completed a reinforced test of eight aging damaged old wooden beams of CFRP, studied the different layers of the CFRP reinforced rectangular failure pattern of the old wooden beams, the bending bearing capacity, load-deflection curve. The results show that reinforced aging old wooden beam repaired with CFRP not only improve the flexural bearing capacity and its failure mode changed from brittle tensile damage to compression of ductile damage.

Abstract: By applying the model in a case, two methods of linear and curved alignment are analyzed and compared. Besides, the main existing problems and the solutions to solve them are studied. The results show that curved alignment method has obvious advantages in highway design, interchange design, and other complex terrain conditions. With a variety of computer-aided design software line appears, curved alignment method will be widely used.

Abstract: In this paper the initial finite element model (IFEM) of the Jing Yue Yangtze River Highway Bridge was established and achieved the reasonable finished state of the bridge, which was the large-span, unequal height pylons and mixed beam cable-stayed bridge. The three-dimensional IFEM of the bridge accurately reflected its mechanical behavior under the static loading, and the structure physical parameters and stiffness of the IFEM didn’t need updating through the static loading test. The boundary condition parameters of the IFEM were updated through comparing the measured modal results of the dynamic loading test with the modal analysis results of the IFEM. The updated finite element model can truly reflect the dynamic characteristics of the bridge structure, and the model can be used as the benchmark finite element model, which can provide reliable calculation benchmark of the long term status assessment during the service stage.

Abstract: In this paper, temperature field analysis of concrete filled steel tube reinforced concrete columns in fire has been carried on. A finite element model for concrete filled steel tube reinforced concrete columns in fire is developed by ABAQUS. The cross-sectional temperature field distribution regularity of concrete filled steel tube reinforced concrete columns in fire has been obtained. Parameter analysis such as fire duration time and steel ratio on the column section temperature field is conducted, and this provide the reference for the further analysis of concrete filled steel tube reinforced concrete columns.
