Abstract: As the core of modern economy, finance plays a vital role in the development of strategic emerging industries. A rapid progress of these industries demands a well formed financial support system and a full play given to the role financial support. According to emerging industries life cycle theory, the characteristics of new industry and its law of development determine its funding requirement in various stages of development. This paper analyzes the characteristics of strategic emerging material industries and proposes financing policy in its different stage.

Abstract: Double Circuit Steel Tube Tower has a large size structural and a heavy weight of components, so the construction of tower becomes more difficult. This article uses the Midas software to simulate the Process of Inside Pulling Wire for Double Circuit Steel Tube Tower erection in windy weather and no windy weather, Researching the influence of the new lifting system and the original lifting system on the whole of lifting system. Through the stress analysis and simulation formajor rigging, we can know which lifting ways can be used when the horizontal displacement of the derrick has or has not strict restrictions, or the lifting weight has been restricted when the Wind load is too strong. New lifting system can lift very heavy tower material and has little affect by windy weather, especially suite for assembling large size structural and heavy weight of components tower.

Abstract: Colossal magnetoresistance of La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 compounds (x=0~0.18) were prepared by the sol-gel technique. Partial Mn atoms were replaced by Fe atoms and its influence on the structure, magnetic properties and colossal magnetoresistance were also studied. Our results show that the Curie temperature decreases fast, the ferromagnetic property is weakened, the electric conductivity is decreased and the colossal magnetoresistance is enhanced as an increase of replacing Mn by Fe atoms. It was convinced by the theory of molecular field that doping Fe atoms can decrease the ferromagnetic exchange coupling of La0.7Sr0.3MnO3

Abstract: This paper based on the regenerative braking system, which developed in the '863' project, designed pressure control method for RBS system in the condition of active pressurization state and conduct Bench experiments. The results show that, under the condition of high frequency, through modulation frequency of the pulse signal and duty ratio method can coordinate the regenerative braking and hydraulic braking force, meet target pressure and the pressurization rate requirements of RBS.

Abstract: With the intensive construction and development of the city, especially the increasing demands on power transmission, the application of cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) material becomes wider, with large-scale application on cable manufacturing. An excellent life prediction system of XLPE cable means a lot to improve power supply reliability, raise economic efficiency, and ensure grid security, economy and stable operation.

Abstract: Two-phase titanium alloy sample which initial microstructure is equiaxed have been tested by the Gleeble-3500 thermo-analogue machine with the isothermal and constant strain rate, the constitutive relationship of the titanium alloy was constructed by analyzing true stress-strain curve under different hot deformation conditions and considering the effect of the strain rate, deformation temperature and strain on flow stress synthetically. Error analysis shows that the constructed constitutive relationship has good accuracy, in the range of 900 ~ 1150 °C the error is less than 10% of the data points are accounted for 97.4% of all data points, can conform the requirements of plastic processing.

Abstract: By utilizing the fire dynamics simulation software FDS, simulate the fire extinguishing process of the diesel oil fire and gasoline fire with the compressed air foam agent, and compare it with the actual fire extinguishing test. Verify the reliability and the accuracy of the simulation implemented by FDS software on compressed air foam agent fire extinguishing process under the direct injection.

Abstract: We investigate the electronic structure and magnetism of DO3-type Heusler alloys Rh3M (M = Al, Ga, In, Si) using the first-principle calculations. The Rh3Si have been predicted to be half-metallic ferromagent at their equilibrium lattice constants. The effect of lattice parameters on the electronic structure and magnetic properties is also discussed in detail.

Abstract: In this paper, cationic surfactant and anionic surfactant form worm-like micelles by self-assembly. The cationic surfactant is acryloxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride (DAC). The anionic surfactant is potassium erucic (KEU). Mixed the cationic surfactant and anionic surfactant, because the DAC molecule contain a double bond, then, polymerized the solution with VA - 044. By contrast many experiments, the purpose is to get the highest apparent viscosity. After comparing, when the molar ratio of n (KEU) : n (DAC) = 5:1, the largest viscosity of worm-like micelles is 1450mPa•s.
