Abstract: This paper proposes a new rolling algorithm for path plan of mobile robot based on automatically shunt the ant algorithm.The goal node is mapped to the node nearby the boundary in the eyeshot of the robot, and make out the best partial path, which the robot goes ahead for a step. The algorithm will iterate one time when the robot arrives at the goal node. The robot will reach the destination along the optimal path. Simulation experiments illustrate that the algorithm can be used to plan the optimal path for mobile robot even in the complex and unknown static environment.

Abstract: Ranking data points with respect to a given preference criterion is an example of a preference learning task. In this paper, we investigate the generalization performance of the regularized ranking algorithm associated with least square ranking loss in a reproducing kernel Hilbert space, and use the method of computing hold-out estimates for the proposed algorithm. Based on using the hold-out method, we obtain fast learning rate for this algorithm.

Abstract: In the cloud computing environment, resources of services encapsulation extend from initial computing resources to all other encapsulated social resources, such as manufacturing resources, financial resources, etc. Increasingly, services are reflecting the agent characteristics. This paper proposes that the cloud computing environment is a complex adaptive system of which the service is the service agent. With the emergence of its core, the model of interactions between service agents has been established by synthesizing theories and technologies of various disciplines like System Science, Economics, Management and Computer Science. By using the CAS theory as the technical route of cloud computing environment and its service agents, we can draw the conclusion that virtual organizations will spring up because of the combination of service agents.

Abstract: According to the datas of CPI in different areas of Chinese mainland in the years of 2001 to 2012, eight factors had been selected, namely, food, alcohol, tobacco and supplies, clothing, household appliances and maintenance services, medical care and personal products, transportation and communications, entertainment, education, culture, service and living that consist of CPI to conduct stepwise regression analysis by the software of MATLAB. And the main effect factors were selected. Results suggested that the factors of food, clothing, household appliances and maintenance services, medical care and personal products, entertainment, education, culture, service and living had a strong impact on the CPI, alcoholic, tobacco and supplies could be eliminated, which illustrated the consumption trend of Chinese residents in the past 12 years.
