Abstract: Training neural network by spline weight function (SWF) has overcomed many defects of traditional neural networks (such as local minima, slow convergence and so on). It becomes more important because of its simply topological structure, fast learning speed and high accuracy. To generalize the SWF algorithm, this paper introduces a kind of rational spline weight function neural network and analyzes the performance of approximation for this neural network.

Abstract: With the promotion of social information construction and the rapid update and replacement of large capacity storage equipment, the amount of data from every field grows exponentially. Reportedly, the amount of the data accumulated by Shandong Hi-speed Group is very large. These data can satisfy us some daily usefulness, such as query, retrieval, statistics, statements etc. But what is more important is that how can we discover some useful information from the information ocean. This information can be used in real life such as auxiliary decision. This paper is proposed in this historical background. Data mining is a powerful tool for acquiring knowledge from massive data. Some methods of data mining, such as decision tree, support vector machine, Bayesian decision theory, artificial neural network, k-nearest neighbor, association rule mining etc, are commonly used. In this paper, we design a recommendation system of highway ETC card by using the theory of decision tree. The recommendation system can predict whether a car owner is a potential ETC customer or not through the analysis of the vehicle information. Experiments proved that the accuracy rate of the recommendation system is larger than 90%, so it can provide effective information for the extension of China's ETC card.

Abstract: Uncertain factors in information bring us serious challenges. In order to apply information effectively, many researchers are committed to the research on uncertain information processing. Generalized set theories are widely used in the research. Several kinds of theories such as Fuzzy sets, Intuitionistic fuzzy sets, Vague sets, Rough sets and Extension sets are introduced in this paper. And a comparation and analysis of them is given in the following.

Abstract: Information theory and information methods are first introduced. And then information methods are applied into information management system of equipment, which can show relation and character of management processes, and provide scientific support for information management system. Finally, information entropy is used for measurement of information capacity, which can achieve rational and economic equipment management plan.

Abstract: The objective of this work is to do theoretically investigation about the solar fraction changing laws affected by some factors, so that we can do optimization for solar system designing, specially for household solar water heating system. The calculation of solar fraction was established on a more effective day-to-day simulation model rather than traditional method. It is found that the collector area and the water storage tank volume are the main influence factors. Economic analysis by means of lifecycle cost savings evaluation was carried out based on the calculated model.

Abstract: Encryption of information is getting increasingly large attention, due to the popularity of internet and the advance of technology. One of the encryption algorithms, MD5, is commonly used in data encryption nowadays. In this paper, MD5 algorithm was briefly described and used to construct a dynamic password encryption technique with time parameters. This dynamic password has no internal relevance, which means the new password can not be derived using previous passwords. Generation of password also takes a relative short time frame, such that in theory the encryption system can not be breached.

Abstract: The conventional music retrieval system is mostly based on accurate matching of keywords, and it is difficult to satisfy the demand of intelligent retrieval. This paper presents a system of music retrieval based on the frequently-used rules of Chinese text. The system not only retains the conventional retrieval, but also is added the frequently-used rules of Chinese text that is “the attribute of the entity” (such as “the singer of the song”) into it. Firstly, the system segments the words of user’s query requests and checks that whether the user’s inputs comply with the rule of “the attribute of the entity”, and then it decides to adopt what kind of retrieval that is retrieval of text rules or conventional retrieval. The experiment proves that the system is better to satisfy the demand of user’s query requests than conventional music retrieval system while coping with the text rule of “the attribute of the entity”.

Abstract: In this paper, the global exponential stability is discussed for static neural networks with time varying delays. On the basis of the linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) technique, and Lyapunov functional method, we have obtained the main condition to ensure the global exponential stability of the equilibrium point for this system, which is dependent on the change rate of time varying delays. The proposed result is less restrictive than those given in the earlier literatures, easier to check in practice. Remarks are made with other previous works to show the superiority of the obtained results, and the simulation examples are used to demonstrate the effectiveness of our results.

Abstract: Based on the ansys finite element method, the ring’s strain of a high precision angle sensor was analysed. The method which translates the rotation of the sensor ring into the rotation of the direction of gravity in ansys was used, and the rotation of the gravity direction was translated into the trigonometric function decomposition of gravity acceleration on the X axis and Z axis directions. The strain was measured at every degree from 0 to 90, and finally the curve graph between angle and strain was draw using matlab software.
