Abstract: The quantitative classification of transformer supervision can improve the quality of transformer supervision. For the contents of transformer supervision, this paper establishes an index system of transformer supervision. Example results show that the extension matter-element theory which is applied to transformer supervision quantitative evaluation is more reasonable. According to the categories of transformer supervision, this paper quantifies the uncertainty and builds the evaluation system of transformer supervision. It realizes the evaluation of transformer supervision and gets the key factors which influence the transformer supervision. This evaluation system is conducive to guide the transformer supervision to be more scientific and effective.

Abstract: In order to input graphics of NC machining parts efficiently, now take the turning IGES rotary parts graphic input for example, it introduced the manual input and methods of obtaining the feature information of the parts generated from UG5.0 IGES file. The feature information contains geometry information (such as line, arc, spline curve, etc) and process information (such as size tolerance, form tolerance, technical conditions and the title bar, etc). In VC++6.0, it set up three modules, that’s the IGES file information input, data processing and data output. Feature extraction and input were realized by using intersection algorithm of graphic elements. Through data processing module, the read pixel information could be transformed into the feature information of the parts, generating the system data structure. OpenGL technologies were used to realize the IGES graphics display, finally offering supports for NC turning visualization of virtual machining.

Abstract: According to the characteristics of maintenance service for agricultural machinery, the combinational optimization problem about uncertain number and travel routes of maintenance vehicles was studied. In order to improve the quality of maintenance service for agricultural machinery while reduce the total cost of maintenance service, a mathematical model of maintenance vehicles scheduling was constructed by considering both the constraint of customer’s need and maintenance cost. To solve specific problem of predicting the number of maintenance vehicles, a scheduling method based on genetic algorithm was proposed, including new chromosome coding scheme about uncertain number of vehicles and new crossover and mutation strategies that are used to ensure the diversity of the population. Then the coordination of customer satisfaction and maintenance cost was achieved by punitive action. Finally, compared with different cost parameters in the numerical case, the algorithm performance was analyzed. The experiment results showed that the algorithm could provide effective advices to agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises about the number and routes of dispatching maintenance vehicles in field maintenance service especially in real-time environment.

Abstract: In the uncertain environment, the cycle re-claimer and logistics distribution cross warehouse scheduling is important and it should be optimized. The mathematical programming model is constructed, and the proposed two-stage heuristic algorithm is proposed, the optimal solution of heuristic algorithm is used as the initial value. And the taboo search algorithm is designed to improve the initial solution. In order to verify the availability of the method, the Monte Carlo simulation method is used for numerical experiment. The experiment results show that the new method can solve the suboptimal solution which close to the optimal solution in fast, and the taboo searching algorithm can improve the solution of heuristic algorithm, it has significantly improvement performance for new method, and it has good application value in practice.

Abstract: This paper according to the actual situation of the Liaohe river basin, and from its physical characteristics , impact on social economy, natural environment, ecological environment build the evaluation database including fourteen evaluation indexes,and then combine with the Fuzzy-AHP algorithm build the comprehensive evaluation modelin. For different scheduling scenarios, and give a set of scheduling scheme and realize the evaluation system which can protect the water feature, improve and regulate the water environmental capacity.

Abstract: The rapid development of economy and science and technology is quite obvious, which makes cars becoming more and more widely into the general family life. With the rapid development of economics and technology; the number of vehicles has largely increased. In this paper, there is the basic organizational framework for intelligent transportation, intelligent transportation network proposed model and its data storage structure, and the important influence on optimal path trajectory intelligent transportation planning. This paper analyzes intersection road network in the distribution based on computer graphics language, type and grade roads. The dynamic mathematical model of single vehicle is used vehicle planning algorithm based on period, effectively avoided the traffic road, reduce vehicle travel cost, improve the real-time effect and accuracy of the vehicle dynamic path. We hope the results and researches could combine with reality in order to reduce traffic congestion.

Abstract: The traffic flow, existing signal timing, lane arrangement and other field survey data were analyzed and computed in the paper first. Next, the traffic capacity and service level of Weigong village intersection were evaluated. Finally, Using Webster method to calculate the related data of signal timing, and Vissim are used to simulate the traffic conditions of the intersection. The result of simulation indicated that the optimized traffic control scheme reached the goal improving the operational condition of Weigong village intersection and unobstructed degree of road.

Abstract: High-speed railway is recognized as a fast, safe, comfortable, low-power, and large volumes of new transportation mode. This paper proposes a dominate transport distance model with the consideration of origin-destination distance, travelling purpose, income, time value and transport preference. A numerical experiment indicates that km is the most attractive distance for the high-speed railway. In km, the air plane occupies most passenger market. The high-speed railway has no advantage when the distance is longer than 1600 km.

Abstract: This paper proposed a kind of mandatory lane change model from the different three aspects. At the same time, it also researched the time delay of the vehicle under this situation and gave the reification of the time delay. The simulational results showed that the model was effectively and the analysis of the time delay was reasonable.
