Abstract: Web 2.0 provides richer user experiences by allowing online collaboration and sharing among users. We gleaned from science citation index expanded (SCI-EXPANED) and Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI) database on web of science, concerning advances in collaboration research in Web 2.0. The result indicates that the number of citation literature on this topic mainly distributes in recent 7 years, reaching climax of 4 in 2012. The main research territory is China, accounting for 22.222%. Accordingly the organization is city univ Hong Kong. And from the analysis of research area, research on information science library and computer science account for more than 50%. Overall, the related research topics can be classified into Web 2.0 in education, Web 2.0 in research, collaborative product development, climate reconstruction, public value in E-Government.

Abstract: Nowadays, the E-payment system can be extensively used in the ecommerce applications through the Internet as a payment method. So the E-payment system’s security is very important. In this paper, the E-payment based on proxy blind signature is discussed, and an E-payment system applying to auto insurance based on proxy blind signature is proposed. The system solves the problem that the central bank can easily cancel the signing power of issuing banks and resist collusion attack. Meanwhile, anonymity of the banks and withdrawer can be protected in our system. The trace of e-cash and withdrawer can be realized. By security analyzing, it shows the new scheme is an efficient and safe e-payment system with multi-banks applying to purchase auto insurance system.

Abstract: In this paper, we introduce a statistical machine learning classifier and a LSH page similarity detector as the network security situation awareness mechanism to detect the spear phishing that has been widely used in the Advanced Persistent Threats. Then, a number of comprehensive experiments show that our proposed method achieves high accuracy over a balanced dataset. The accuracy is no less than 92% while the recall is more than 97%.

Abstract: At present, in many large supermarkets, the trolley management mainly rely on manual, which increases management costs and the burden of work, therefore, the supermarket trolley positioning system is proposed to solve this problem. The positioning system takes full advantage of ZigBee technology’s low power consumption, low cost and ad hoc network, the node module is embedded into the supermarket trolley and positioned by positioning engine, using PC interface developed by VB6.0 to display its real-time position. Field experiments show that its positioning accuracy is less than 3m, The staffs easily know the location of trolleys when they sit in the monitor room. It can reduce the costs and the burden of work.

Abstract: Most of the exiting discovery algorithms focus on the functional properties calculation, and the process model has not been taken into account which leads to the low recall and precision of web service. In the similarity computation of service functional properties, the input and output parameters are divided into pairs by their relationships and process model is transformed into corresponding directed trees, and we can get the similarity between processes by the isomorphism of the directed trees and the similarity computation of tree’s nodes and edges. As experiments state, the cache-based discovery algorithm will significantly improve web service discovery in precision and time consumed.

Abstract: With the substantial investment from government and enterprises, the community information system is playing a more and more important role in citizens’ life. It is therefore important to measure the usage intention of CIS system from the different perspectives. By using theory of planned behavior, this paper wants to derive useful variables to address the problem of the low usage intention of CIS by citizens. The primary purpose of this study was to examine beliefs contributing to the public’s intention behavior to use community information system in their daily life. The secondary purpose was to investigate the efficacy of the decomposition of planned behavior model for such behaviors.

Abstract: To the problem of Chinese micro-blogging topic tracking, a method combined LDA model and Bagging of ensemble learning was proposed. The method firstly used the LDA hidden topic modeling, effectively solved the issue that the dataset’s sparsity of the short text, then made the C4.5 decision tree as a weak classifier, through examples resampling to obtain multiple training set, compounding the training sets according to the voting rule, and ultimately getting the similarity of the micro-blogging topic. Experiments show that, compared with the model based on single vector model, classical TF-IDF and the tracking method of C.45Bagging similarity computing, this method have a better performance on precision, recall ratio and F1 value.
