Abstract: This paper presents the advantage of behavior model. This is useful for the SOC fast verification. A 14 bit pipeline ADC is constructed with simulation of behavior model and the noise model. A comparison of result is illustrated, between the ideal 14 bit ADC behavior model and the 14 bit pipeline ADC with non-idealities.

Abstract: Current protective device against direct and indirect electric shock as well as effective protection against electrical fires has been widely used in the rural power grid, but there is also a more prominent issue. Residual current protection device in use often appearing malfunction, tripping phenomenon has seriously affected the security and stability and reliability of power supply and low voltage distribution systems. In this paper, it should be from a low-voltage distribution systems and wiring protection devices, power grid maintenance operation, standardized management products, technical training and promotion of social workers and other aspects of a comprehensive solution to this problem; and presented on the remaining current protection device applications, some of the views.

Abstract: A multiplexer with split devices for high channel isolation was proposed in this paper. The multiplexer is the most essential circuitry for multi-channel video signal acquisition systems. In the multi-channel applications, high isolation performance is required basically for the efficient signal processing. The noise propagation between channels is unexpected. The split devices technique is employed in the design work. Redundant transistors are inserted between the split cells to realize the noise grounded. This multiplexer is simulated and verified in the commercial CMOS process, and the isolation of more than 70dB was achieved. It has been embedded in a multi-channel analog signal processing system.

Abstract: An integrated ramp generator is presented in this paper. For traditional implementations, the amplitude clamp is realized with zener diode to limit the output voltage to ±VZ, while the zener diode is not available for standard CMOS process. The transmission gate is utilized to make the output voltage in the determined range. The reference voltage is provided by a bandgap voltage reference with temperature compensation, which guarantees the temperature stabilization of the frequency of the ramp generator. The ramp generator was fabricated in a commercial CMOS process. The frequency of 44kHz is achieved under the power supply of 3.5V, and the frequency variation of 41kH to 46kHz with the power supply of 3.3V to 5V.

The system through the electronic tag and barcode for pork food raw material source, production and processing, logistics, and real-time tracking, the terminal sales each link of each link and data transmission through the network to the system server. Consumers on the basis of tracing the source through the computer and mobile terminal can be convenient and quick query ginseng food traceability information.

Abstract: The variable-frequency regulating speed technology is a new type of ac motor non-polar regulating speed technology, with the continuous development of power electronic technology, the variable-frequency regulating speed technology is becoming more and more perfect. With frequency control as the core, the application of water supply control system under constant pressure is more and more widely. Taking PLC as the control center, this article uses sensor technology and digital PID control to realize the water supply system under variable frequency constant pressure, and uses the MCGS software to design system to monitor the man-machine interactive interface.
