Abstract: Against drunk driving, this paper puts forward a kind of design scheme of vehicular system to prevent drunk driving based on GPS/GSM technology. The system is at the core of a single chip processor with the use of the alcohol sensor to test the driver's alcohol concentration.alcohol sensor.If alcohol is beyond the limit, cars are banned running and drunk driving information will be sent to the traffic police command monitoring platform through the GPS/GSM technology. The system has the characteristics of integration, human nature, and intelligence.

Abstract: First, through analysis on the smart card development environment about the smart card chip structure and chip physical characteristics .Second,it chooses three different chips as the research object to parse out the common ground of inner architecture between the three chips ,to abstract the virtual model of chip, and to design an interface of the COS underlying driver that encapsulates the smart card. Finally it implements driven interface of smart card hardware through function lists.

Abstract: In order to simulate the thermal influence on springback property of O-ring, based on elastic-plastic contact analysis method of finite element analysis (FEA), numerical simulation of compression-springback course of O-ring was carried out by ANSYS software. The results show that it causes a sharp decrease in the peak force applied on O-ring, corresponding to a decline on the contact stress distribution which may influence the seal ability of the O-ring. The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.

Abstract: A system based on STM32F103 chip is designed to simulate the hybrid wind and PV wind power generation control process. The simulation system consists an electric motor with stepless rotational speed regulating feature to simulate wind turbine power generation, a light intensity sensor to simulate PV power generation with its measure results, the electrical source of chip microcomputer to simulate the current output from storage batteries, and two electric motors with different power to simulate the direct-current loads. The control strategy and the corresponding programs are developed based on certain hardware composition and the control system is implemented and operates well.

Abstract: The Distributed Generation can enhance the system power supply reliability and alleviate the pitch peak and restricted transmission capacity caused by large-scale wind power grid connection and other problems. In Fuxin, the system power supply is inadequate; the wind power integration is restricted and there are rich wind power reserves. Based on the current situation, this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of developing the distributed wind power in Fuxin and provides advisory opinions on the development sites and mode of wind power generation.

Abstract: Along with the development of wind power in Fuxin, the electric network composition will be bound to incline towards acceptance of wind power. Meanwhile, the accurate estimation of wind power installed capacity will directly affect the development and planning of electric network composition. This paper, based on the actual operating data of the existing wind farms in Fuxin, in analogy to the overall wind resource in this region, estimates the relatively accurate limit value of wind power installed capacity through theoretical calculation and provides theoretical basis for the planning and transformation of the electric network in Fuxin.

Abstract: Aiming at the demand of circuit board fault general detection, a experimental platform whose excitation source design scheme optimized, based on the ASA(analog signature analysis, short for ‘ASA’) technology, has been built on. Then to take some discrete components and a typical PCB as the experimental objects, the corresponding VI curves were obtained with this platform.The results show that this platform can realize general fault detection through the comparison and analysis of the VI curves before and after fault settings.

Abstract: The paper introduced the basic characteristics, maintenance requirements and backward cell processing method of Valve Regulated Lead Acid Battery (VRLA) based on the practice of substation communication, elaborated the charge-discharge test battery requirements. This paper discussed the test of battery operation and maintenance, charge and discharge risk. Through the test methods of battery communication charging and discharging and the steps of analysis, we find out the possible dangerous points in processing of charging and discharging, and at the same time, we list the typical examples on safety risk and carry on the analysis on accident cause to put forward the pre-control measures.

And complete the interaction with the server through the RF433MHz wireless communication mode, the server finish background analysis and notify the user by the client software.

Abstract: μOS, the operating system of microkernel wireless sensor network, is a real-time multi-tasking operating system; and its main function modules include task management, time management, interrupt management, energy conservation mechanism and communication protocol. Thereinto, its time management and interrupt management is the basis of other functional modules. The author designs and realizes clock management and interrupt management for microkernel wireless sensor network operating system μOS. It is shown from system performance tests such the time management and interrupt management are capable of satisfying real-time requirements in the system.
