Abstract: The reliability assessment is a key function that should be performed in advance of any security deployment. Since the reliability of electric power communication channel is influenced by many factors, modification factor set for telecommunication channel of electric power system is needed. According to past research, the confidence for equipment reliability would decline caused by the lack of failure data. Therefore, the paper modified each initial index calculated only by the failure data to obtain the reliability. Comprehensive modification factor is obtained according to the weight of each index calculated with Hierarchy Process whose computing standard is the importance of the modification factor in the actual operation. Finally, an instance communication network of power control system is modeling to test the validity of reliability assessment. The result supports the usefulness of the reliability assessment.

Abstract: One kind of structure condition identification method based on Independent Component Analysis (ICA) is proposed in this paper. The change of structure condition is identified by the feature index extracted from structure vibration signals. It is effectual to identify the structure condition by transforming the test signals into the statistic characteristic space. The correlation coefficient is introduced to measure the correlative degree between the statistical characteristic of two structure conditions and the damage characteristic extraction index based on ICA is constructed. Considering the structure actual situation, assume the undamaged condition or small damaged condition as the benchmark condition. The analysis of structure vibration experiment indicate that the ICA characteristic index can identify the difference between damaged and benchmark condition and this method of ICA is practicable.

Abstract: A new SLNR-based precoding is proposed for multiuser MIMO downlinks, which pursues the goal that minimizes total transmit power under each user’s SLNR constraint. The goal problems can be successfully solved by using semidefinite relaxation (SDR) techniques, and power constraint condition added in goal problems can efficiently reduce total transmit power of the base station. Simulation results show that our proposed scheme is almost feasible for users with one antenna, and it has better bit error rate (BER) and lower total transmit power than the maximal-SLNR based precoding method, when it satisfies large SLNR thretholds.

Abstract: CCD aerial camera is one of the important means of obtaining the image information on the ground, it is through the collection, archiving, and reading to achieved the images acquisition. As the very large amounts of data of the images, it takes a lot of time far more than analysis and processing when archiving and reading, so that not only difficult achieve real-time detection and processing, but also causing a waste of storage space. Therefore, the research of image compression and other processing technology has become important particularly.This paper use the wavelet coding to get images compression for the problem, and design the image processing system of aerial camera manipulator. This system designed by embedded modular, and ARINC 429 bus to achieve communications between the camera and the aircraft systems, make compression to the images which captured by the camera, and deal with the compressed image as stored, local zoom in and out, etc.

Abstract: Aerial cameras are widely used in resource surveys, topographic mapping, military reconnaissance and many other fields. This paper introduced the sort of aerial camera, the development in our country and abroad about the theory of secondary spectrum. In order to meet the requirement for simple structure and high-resolution, the optical design of the apochromatism objective lens of aerial camera is achieved by common optical material. Objective’s focal length is 400mm, relative aperture is F/4 and work waveband is 420nm~850nm. Designing results show that the MTF of every field above 0.75 in 60lp/mm and satisfy the requirements of imaging for large frame array CCD whose effective size is 36mm×48mm.

Abstract: In order to overcome the defects that the face recognition rate can be greatly reduced in the existing uncontrolled environments, Bayesian robust coding for face recognition based on new dictionary was proposed. In this proposed algorithm, firstly a binary image is gained by gray threshold transformation and a more clear image without some isolated points can be obtained via smoothing, secondly a new dictionary can be reconstructed via fusing the binary image with the original training dictionary, finally the test image can be classified as the existing class via Bayesian robust coding. The experimental results based on AR face database show that the proposed algorithm has higher face recognition rate comparison with RRC and RSC algorithm.

Abstract: Existing ship electronic equipment are based on serial interfaces in accordance with NEMA0183 Protocol for the exchange of information, complex low transfer rates, lines, nodes exist, poor reliability shortcomings. Fieldbus (CAN) to its high anti-interference ability and higher traffic rates made up for these shortcomings, has been widely applied to automotive electronics, but in application of ship data communication has not been very good. CAN bus technology with outstanding reliability, timeliness and flexibility for the development of modern marine communication system offers a new way.

Abstract: This article on inter-process communication mechanism has conducted in-depth research and analysis of traditional UNIX system under the environment of the inter process communication mechanism and existing mechanisms for process communication in distributed environment. And on that basis propose new interprocess communication mechanism in distributed environment. Given interprocess communication semaphores and Message Queuing design ideas and implementation details, and compare it with the traditional way, we concluded that in the case of performance does not deteriorate, provides better user interfaces and location transparency and access higher transparency.

Abstract: The split ring resonators (SRR) is designed to work at X band and its equivalent medium parameters are estimated by using the equivalent analysis method. The high gain microstrip antenna, which is based on Photonic BandGap (PBG) structure, is also studied. To make the scattering wave deviates mirror direction and reduce the out-band Radar Cross Section (RCS) without affecting the performance of antenna, the designed SRR is used as the cover of PBG structure microstrip antenna. The results show that the forward gain of PBG structure antenna is 0.8 dB higher than the tradition antenna. After the SRR covers on the PBG structure antenna, the gain of antenna is unchanged and the RCS of the mirror direction decreases for all incident angles, and the most decrement is 21.05 dB.

Abstract: Under the different client scales, distributed parallel computing were employed in the two-dimensional reconstruction for digital human images. Through this way, the speed ratio for reconstruction could be greatly improved but the serial processing and communication overhead restricted the further parallelize scale.
