Abstract: In this paper, the digital new media technology is introduced into the dance creation process, and it has designed a new dance creation system. The system combines the image mosaic technology and Matlab software, two kinds of methods and tools, which fuses the modern multimedia technology and choreography together. With the background of digital multimedia, the designed dance movement has more artistic appeal. Use of the image processing system recognizes a group of dance movements, and the dance movements are redesigned after being decomposed. The method of using background rendering has obtained a good artistic effect. Through the statistics of the system processing residual, it can be found that in the process of image processing, the existed residual is low, which meets the needs of system design, and provides a software design method for dance creation.

Abstract: College English learning now has attracted a great deal of attention, but many non-English majors students have major problems in terms of English learning, and how to improve the non-English majors' autonomous learning efficiency is the problem that the majority of English educators can not ignore. Through a college non-English major students' English learning science test survey, usual English learning and English language proficiency scores for tracking and monitoring, and data for scientific analysis, and monitoring results, this article indicates that by increasing the non-English majors' autonomous learning teaching mode, the students' efficiency and academic performance have improved significantly. From subsequent cognitive satisfaction survey for self-acceptance, this teaching mode's performance is quite satisfactory.

Abstract: The paper studies the dancing gestures evaluation method based on images features comparison. The current methods for dancing gestures are according to the people’s vision, which are usually not accurate. Once the dancing is more complex, the conventional methods have the defects of low accuracy. Therefore, this paper proposes an optimized algorithm based on image features comparison for dancing gestures evaluation in which the dancing gestures images are collected. The features in the dancing images are extracted and compared based on the Scale Invariant Feature Transform algorithm (SIFT). The experimental results show that the improved algorithm can increase the accuracy for dancing gestures evaluation greatly.

Abstract: P-sets is a set pair composed of internal P-set and outer P-set, which has the dynamic characteristic. The generation concept, camouflage measure theorem and reduction theorem of F- information camouflage are given, and next the reduction-identification criterion and identification method of F-information camouflage. Using the above theory results, the application of the identification-reduction of F-information camouflage.

Mappings from Binary Variables to QAM Symbols and Improvement of Peak Envelope Power of OFDM Systems
Abstract: This paper establishes a mapping relationship from independent binary variables to QAM symbols. By these proposed mappings square QAM constellation can be produced by binary signals rather than quaternary signals, which is advantageous to operation of those apparatuses driven only by binary signals. As one of applications of these presented mappings, we give an example to verify improvement of upper bounds of peak envelope power in an OFDM communication system employing QAM complementary sequences.

Abstract: We propose in this paper a novel cross-view gait recognition method based on gravity center trajectory (GCT). Inspired by the finding that if the GCT of human in walking process has regularity, the representation coefficients of the trajectory are generally consistent across different views. We propose to project the coefficients of GCT to different view plane (VP) which is the normal plane of view angle direction vector to achieve view-invariant features for gait recognition. Firstly, we obtain the GCT under different views by summation of pixel coordinates in body area. Then, we use the least square method to eliminate the upward or downward trend of GCT caused by view variance. Then, we project the GCT function to the corresponding VP. Lastly, we perform recognition by using a simple cluster method. Experimental results on the widely used CASIA-B gait database demonstrate the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method.

Abstract: First of all, we investigate adaptive matrix projective synchronization of the chaotic system. Finally, this method is applied to secure communication through improved chaotic masking. The information signal is mixed with the chaotic signal before being transmitted, and is recovered without distortion through the synchronized receiver. Simulation results show that the scheme has a good performance.

Abstract: The wideband signals in most important applications are sparse or compressible in some sense. A multi-channel scheme for random demodulator without integrator is introduced in this paper. This architecture is based on compressive sensing (CS) and random demodulator (RD), and overcomes the problem of the integrator’s switching scheme injects noise into the signal and deteriorates the reconstructed signal of the RD, which has the same reconstruction guarantees by similar algorithms with the basic RD because the measurement matrix between their is identical, and which resolves some of the practical issues present in prior work. The results of simulation indicate that multi-tone signal can be successful reconstructed at sampling rate downs to 1/10 of the Nyquist-rate, which represents an up to 90% savings in the bandwidth and the storage memory.

Abstract: A simple preprocessing method for interference fringe of holograms generated between spherical object wave fronts and plane wave reference is suggested. The formulae to calculate the diameters of the interference concentric circle and then to get the radius of spherical wave are deduced strictly and the flowchart for the algorithm is given clearly. By using the proposed method the characteristics of a spherical object wave can be achieved directly with only one recording frame and then a simulated one can be gained by numerical simulation. The corresponding experiments show that this technique is simple, effective and convenient for use.

Abstract: Image blind restoration is very important in our life. The image restoration is a ill-posed question so the regularization is much better method. For the regularization method, the most important is to select the regularization parameter [1]. If the parameter is bigger, to be smooth the edge or detail, but smaller, not to be smooth the noise [2], In this paper, we present a new method. Firstly, decomposing the image using wavelet transform, the high frequency information is corresponding to the edge and noise, the low frequency is the flat .We denoise using the bi-spectral reconstruction in high frequency, for the low frequency, we recover by the regularization method .This method has advantage in holding the edge and is simple to choose the parameter of regularization .Experimental results show the good performance, this method is very effective for the image polluted by the symmetry noise.
