Abstract: A large number of historical data shows, equipment condition of high-speed railway showing a bathtub curve shape. Data on equipment state stored in different management departments, and the infrastructure management of railway design, construction stage and operation stage are disjointed. The above problems make the exploration of the equipment lifetime distribution difficulty, make equipment repair cycle is difficult to forecast. This paper presents the whole life cycle of equipment management based on the theory of high speed railway and present a personalized modeling for high speed railway equipment condition deterioration, and application in the high-speed rail grid management information system.

Abstract: The construction of new rural community is to satisfy these demands by rural residents to gradually break the urban-rural dual structure, thereby allowing them to share the physical and spiritual civilization achievements caused by economic development and social progress. In this paper, on the basis of summarizing the practical experiences of foreign such as Germany, England, USA, France, Japan and South Korea, and some cities of China rural construction, it explores the deep-seated problems of planning and construction of new rural community, in order to smoothly promote the planning and construction progress of the new rural community in our country.

Abstract: The excavation engineering in jointed rock masses, due to the changes in its original stress state, the preexisting fissures will expand and new fissures may emerge, which will degrade its mechanical and strength properties. This paper uses the DDARF method to preinstall fissures of different numbers and spacing in the rock block, then studies the crack initiation, expansion, transfixion and the destruction process by numerical modeling experiment, and finds the relevant stress strain curve. It also studies the influence of the numbers of fissures and different spacing and the influence of lateral compression on the test specimen to find the strength envelope of the test specimen. The parameters are applied in a case study. The differences in the failure behaviors of the intact and jointed rock masses after cavern excavation are analyzed and compared.

Abstract: This paper conducts an analysis on the driving factors of the intensive use of urban land on the basis of defining the connotation of using intensive land use; constructs a evaluation system of the use intensity of urban downtown land from the aspects of quantity structure of land us, the land input intensity, the land use intensity and the efficiency and sustainable development of land use; applies the method of AHP to confirm the weights of evaluation indexes; makes weighted summation of each index based on the standardization of original data and index weight, in order to get the comprehensive index of land use intensity, aiming at quantitatively confirming the level of land use intensity in urban downtown and exploring the quantitative evaluation method of land use intensity in downtown area. This paper selects the downtown area of Zaozhuang as the example to apply for and examine this evaluation method.

Abstract: This Currently, researches on formwork supporting system are mostly based on integrated stability, while the contribution of the cooperative bearing effects of the formwork supporting system and the concrete floor to the reliability of a structure is ignored. In this paper, the necessity of the existence of the formwork supporting system in the construction process of a structure’s roof boards is established by analyzing the cooperative effects of the formwork supporting system and the concrete floor of a subway transfer station under construction through double nonlinear numerical method.It is also concluded that flat paraboloid is the shape of the trend of the horizontal displacement of supporting formwork system under two-way load by using finite element analysis, and the open side of the paraboloid is opposite to the direction of the force, which is completely different to the decreasing trend from the top to the bottom of the horizontal displacement of the formwork supporting system under one-way load.

Abstract: A number of different semi-rigid pavement structure models are established to perform calculation and the results are led into the calculation software nSoft to analyze and acquire the fatigue property of different semi-rigid pavement structure models. The grey relational analysis of different semi-rigid pavement structure models fatigue properties are done based on the grey system theory to gain the key influence parameter on semi-rigid pavement structure fatigue performance. The research conclusion has certain instruction function to design pavement structure with excellent anti-fatigue performance.

Abstract: In the present code, the embedded depth is determined on the multi-pivot support structure to consider the impact of seepage less, and it is verified by anti-seepage stability for single layer aquifer, while the embedded depth is determined not expressly provide for heterogeneity aquifer of the coefficient of permeability difference. However, in the northwest loess areas, the formation is complex, permeability coefficient is variations. To solve this problem, the arctic investigates change law that the impacts of embedded depth variation change on bending moment, the vertical displacement of bottom and maximum flow velocity under seepage, and made a qualitative research model. And the impact of seepage on the embedded depth cannot be ignored and a greater impact on the stability of the pit.

Influence of Surface Preparation on Bond Performance of Externally-Bonded FRP to Concrete Interfaces
Abstract: In this paper, the bond performance of externally-bonded FRP (EB-FRP) joints was experimentally investigated by employing the single shear pull-off test on three EB-FRP specimens with different surface preparation. Experimental testing is reported for performance of the interfacial bond of the EB-FRP joints. The test results indicate the importance of careful specimen preparation as the failure mode can be significantly affected.
