Abstract: The background,development status and chemical composition controls technologies of IF steel smelting was introduced. In China, IF steel production has reached a certain scale, but is still in the primary stage of development.Liquid steel composition characteristics of IF steel is ultra-low carbon and nitrogen, micro alloying and pure steel. The automobile panel with defect free surface is produced, that must be accurate control of IF steel in carbon, nitrogen and other elements.According to the operating state, IF Steel process characteristics and chemical composition controls technologies weresummarized.

Abstract: This paper describes a wire composite method which consists of the use of a cast-penetrated-heat treatment process to elaborate cast iron and titanium silk. After 12 h at 1138 °C heat preservation and oven cooling, the cast iron matrix in situ generated a titanium carbide particle beam that reinforced the iron matrix composites as a whole. By XRD, the SEM (EDS) on the overall composite material of the macro and micro structure and composition distribution were studied. The results showed that the titanium was fully reflected and it generated fascicles in the titanium carbide hard phase of particles and uniform distribution. Analysis of single wire on the composition and morphology observation found that the titanium carbide particle beam presents three characteristics: uniform dispersion, long strips, and an aggregation phase. The ML-100 abrasive wearing-testing machine, with two bodies of titanium carbide, reinforced iron matrix composites overall the wearing experiment that was carried out: the result shows that its wearing resistance is about 4.2 times greater than the cast iron standard sample.

Abstract: In order to superpolish fused silica surface, a non-contact polishing method is applied, which is called as computer numerical-controlled (CNC) micro-jet polishing (MJP) technology developed on the base of the hydrodynamic mechanism. In this paper, both the theory and the techniques about this new polishing technology are introduced in detail, and the curved surface of fused silica was polished. The results demonstrate that no new scratches were produced when the nanoparticles removed the atoms away from the surface. The roughness decreased monotonously with the removal of subsurface damage layer. And ideal Ultrasmooth surface without scratches was achieved by MJP with waveness less than 0.2nmrmsRMS while the high-spatial frequency roughness less than 0.1nmrmsRMS (sub-angstrom).

Abstract: Dissolution process of polystyrene in decahydronaphthalene solution was conducted and compared under different conditions. The effects of dissolution time and temperature on the dissolution ratio of polystyrene were performed with the assistance of ultrasonic and mechanical agitation, respectively. The dissolution ratio of polystyrene increased with the increment of dissolution time and dissolution temperature, polystyrene dissolved faster under ultrasonic-assisted process. The polystyrene dissolution kinetic model was developed and used to calculate the dissolution rate constant. The kinetic model showed good agreement with the experimental data, and the dissolution rate constant indicated that ultrasonic can obviously enhance the dissolution process of polystyrene in decahydronaphthalene solution.

Abstract: Uniform hematite (α-Fe2O3) hexagonal nanodisks with dominant (001) facets have been synthesized via hydrothermal route assisted with ethylene glycol (EG). XRD, SEM, TEM, HRTEM and SAED were employed to characterize the synthesized samples. The results show that the moderate addition of EG in the hydrothermal system creates an equilibrium condition for the crystal nucleation and growth, resulting in the uniform α-Fe2O3 hexagonal nanodisks with dominant (001) facets. Due to the exposition of the special facets of (001) and (110), the α-Fe2O3 nanodisks express superior catalytic activity for the decomposition of ammonium perchlorate (AP).

Abstract: Adding different kinds of additives will change rheological properties of cement slurry, same to the concrete. The relationship between fluid shear stress (Γ) and the shear rate (Ds) called rheological properties. In this paper we studied the influence of different additives (Olyacryamide, polycarboxylate superplasticizer , nanoCaCO3) on the slurry rheological properties and the effects of polyacrylamide on cement mortar liquidity.

Abstract: In this study the iron tailing was tested whether it can be used in the civil construction, Furthermore, specimen were made to test the mechanical properties of cement mortar with iron tailings substitute for part of cement. iron tailing sand has been ball mailed to specific fineness. The fineness of experimental iron tailing (sieve residue for the 200 mesh sieve) is 0.45%, 3%, 4.9%, 5.65%, 6.50%, 8.70%, 11.10% respectively.This paper show the influence law of different finesses of iron tailing powder on the Mechanical properties of cement mortar.

Abstract: Based on the combination of UV curing and injection molding, a new concept named "chemical manufacturing" is proposed in this paper. A cylinder with a diameter of 6mm and a height of 10mm was used as the molding sample;A single factor analysis was used to determine the effects of the intensity of ultraviolet, the duration of ultraviolet irradiation and the distance between UVLED device and product surface on the formability of UV-curing injection molding. The experimental results showed that the intensity of UV radiation, the UV irradiation duration and the distance between UVLED device and product surface have a significant effect on the UV-curing molding of the product. With the increase of ultraviolet radiation intensity and UV irradiation duration, the forming quality of the products increases, while with the increase of the distance between UVLED device and product surface the forming quality of products declines.
