Abstract: In this paper, we present sufficient conditions in term of the restricted isometry property (RIP) to guarantee perfect recovery of sparse signal in the noiseless case and stable recovery in the noisy case via Lq-minimization, especially for nonconvex case 0<q<1. Using RIP condition, we present sufficient conditions to guarantee perfect recovery of sparse signal in the noiseless case and stable recovery in the noisy case via Lq-minimization.

Abstract: the accurate data mining problem is studied in this paper. With the increasing of data attributes, degree of complexity of the data storage is also increased, resulting in that in data mining process, the complexity of computation is too high, reducing the convergence of the data mining method, thereby reducing the efficiency of data mining. To this end, this paper presents a data mining method based on association rules algorithm. The data is made simplified processing, to obtain the association rules between data which provides the basis for data mining. According to the association rules between the data, the data in line with the minimum support degree is calculated, to achieve accurate data mining. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm for data mining, can improve mining efficiency, and achieve the desired results.

Abstract: Region growth is an important method based on regional information, and its gridding process also is an important problem. This research is satisfied with the needs of the remote sensing massive data real time and fast transmission and processing, and developed of the theory and methods research of remote sensing processing based on grid operation. This paper starts with basic principle and mathematical models of region growth. Then some new serial region growth algorithms proposed in recent years are classified and analyzed, based on which their related gridding strategies are emphatically discussed. Then this research analyze and put forward the algorithm, which should be feasible when designing gridding parallel segmentation, and give an evaluation of the parallel regional segment algorithm. Finally, the problems and challenges of future research were pointed out.

Abstract: This article discussed the compound function of the integrability from three kinds of integrable function. Two function constitute a composite function ,one of them is the Riemann integrable, through another continuity of function or its derivative continuity, boundedness to get a conclusion whether composite function Riemann is integrable, and the conclusion of literature [1] are generalized.

Abstract: Due to its fast query speed and reduced storage cost, hashing, which tries to learn binary code representation for data with the expectation of preserving the neighborhood structure in the original data space, has been widely used in a large variety of applications like image retrieval. For most existing image retrieval methods with hashing, there are two main steps: describe images with feature vectors, and then use hashing methods to encode the feature vectors. In this paper, we make two research contributions. First, we creatively propose to use simhash which can be intrinsically combined with the popular image representation method, Bag-of-visual-words (BoW) for image retrieval. Second, we novelly incorporate “locality-sensitive” hashing into simhash to take the correlation of the visual words of BoW into consideration to make similar visual words have similar fingerprint. Extensive experiments have verified the superiority of our method over some state-of-the-art methods for image retrieval task.

Abstract: Generalized strictly diagonally dominant matrix is very important in computing mathematics and matrix theory, many articles are searching simple and practical identification of generalized strictly diagonally dominant matrix. In this paper, using the concept of diagonal dominance, some sufficient conditions for generalized strictly diagonally dominant matrices are given.

Abstract: In order to further integrate the content of Linear Algebra, and deeply reveal the equivalence relationship of matrix, this paper discusses the three equivalence relationships on the set of matrices: matrix equivalence、matrix similarity and matrix contract, and gives the corresponding equivalence classes, which further enriches the theory of Linear Algebra.

Abstract: In the calculation or certification of the matrix, it often thinks of order one matrix as a real number. However, there is no strict proof of that in the algebra textbooks. This paper gives the proof of the identity between order one matrix and the real number from the angle of the equivalence relationship.
