Abstract: The 3D model retrieval technology has been widely used in many fields, then the 3D model retrieval based on content is proposed, feature extraction becomes the key to retrieve accurate or not, using wavelet transform combined with wave frequency method of feature extraction can partly solve the problem of ambiguity, the experiment proved that the algorithm improve the efficiency and accuracy of retrieval.

Abstract: In non-parametric signal denoising area, empirical mode decomposition is potentially useful. In this paper, the wavelet thresholding principle is directly used in EMD-based denoising. The basic principle of the method is to reconstruct the signal with IMFs previously thresholded. A novel threshold function is proposed to improve denoising effect by exploiting the special characteristics of the hard and soft thresholding method. The denoising method is validated through experiments on the “Doppler” signal and a real ECG signal from MIT-BIH databases corrupted by additive white Gaussian random noise. The simulations show that the proposed EMD-based method provides very good results for denoising.

Abstract: In this paper, a novel approach to detect note onset was proposed. At the signal transform stage of the note onset detection, a new musical signal decomposition method based on musical wavelet was bring forward according to the frequency structure of the musical note. At the feature extraction stage, the partial flux feature was proposed in light of the point that some of the partials must change at the time of the onsets. The experimental results indicted that the proposed approach was theoretically feasible and practically effective.

Abstract: In this paper, a class of completely generalized set-valued quasi-variational inclusions for fuzzy mappings are introduced and studied. The equivalence between these kinds of variational inclusion and a fixed point problem is established. Based on this equivalence, some algorithms for this problem are suggested and analyzed.

Abstract: In this paper, it takes digital matrix on the integral ring as an example, to investigate that the division algorithm can work in the scalar matrix, row matrix, invertible matrix, the same type of matrix, and the general matrix. Secondly, the conclusions of division algorithm are extended to the general number field.

Abstract: This paper, a new class of augmented Lagrange functions with the new NCP function is proposed for the minimization of a smooth function subject to inequality constraints. Under some conditions, we prove of the equivalences of the KKT point and local point and globe point between primal constrained nonlinear programming problem and the new unconstrained problem. By the character of augmented Lagrange function, the algorithm which uses alternating direction method is constructed and proved convergence.

Abstract: Cross efficiency evaluation is an effective method for ranking decision marking units in data envelopment analysis (DEA) and can be performed with different secondary goals. This paper proposes new alternative models and algorithm for DEA cross efficiency evaluation to provide more methodological options for the decision marker to choose then. The model is illustrated with examples.

Abstract: In the aid of sinc sum function and matrix equation a new 2D window function is obtained. It is as simple as a 2D cosine window function. Comparison shows that the new 2D window function can provide much better 2D FIR filters than 2D Hamming window function. Maximum passband ripples are about 2.5-3.5 times smaller and maximum stopband ripples are about 1.5 times smaller with equal or very small different passband and stopband edge frequencies.

Abstract: In this paper, according to the characteristics of permutation flow shop scheduling problem. A Novel Firefly Algorithm was used to solve the permutation flow shop scheduling problem, the algorithm was experimented and the experimental results show that the new algorithm to be successful in locating multiple solutions and better accuracy. The experimental result demonstrates that the Improve firefly algorithm can get better solutions to permutation flow shop scheduling problem.
