Abstract: Most of the signal in the communication system have the cyclostationary property. Many algorithms based on the cyclostationary of the signal in the array signal processing have been exploited. They can well work without knowing the steering vector of interested signal, thus they all belong to the blind algorithms. When there is cycle frequency error, a mathematical analysis of gradient decent-based algorithm is provided in this paper. It pointed out that due to the zero point effect of the sinc function, the above approach have periodic deterioration as the number of snapshot increasing. Hence, in this paper a novel robust algorithm based on conjugate gradient, which can be used to extract signals with cyclostationarity with the cycle frequency error, is proposed. Because of its fast convergence, periodic nulls can be circumvented, and the steering vector of interested signal is estimated. Then we use traditional beamformer to avoid the influence of cycle frequency error. Simulation experiments show that our new algorithm performs well under cycle frequency mismatches.

Abstract: This paper proposed a chaotic genetic algorithm (CGA) to solve the mixed integer programming problem (MIPP). The basic idea of this algorithm is to overcome the deficiency of genetic algorithm (GA) by introducing chaotic disturbances into the genetic search process. Two typical MIPP problems are used to evaluate the performances of the proposed CGA. Experimental results show that performances of the algorithm have been improved by the chaotic disturbances, such as, search ability, precision, stability and convergence speed or calculation efficiency. The proposed CGA algorithm is suitable for solving complicated practical MIPP problem.

Abstract: In order to have a better understanding of cloud precipitation physics process, cloud particles images features extraction is needed. This paper puts forward a solution, which is based on LabVIEW platform and the NI Vision Development Module. LabVIEW and NI Vision reduce the development period and improve the efficiency of development. It can real-time process cloud particle images, display area, contour and the number of cloud particles. It also makes further statistical analysis and histogram representation of features. Test results show that: it can be used to test different types of cloud particles images, and has simple interface with good usability and reliability.

Abstract: In the computer vision recognition of incomplete symbols in Russian symbols, the traditional identification methods can only identify a small number of complete Russian symbols, and have a low recognition rate of the incomplete Russian symbols. To this end, this paper presents a method for computer vision recognition of incomplete symbols in Russian symbols based on Hough transform algorithm. According to the mapping from the image space to the parameter space, the complex edge feature information in image space is transformed into the clustering problem in the parameter space, and the discrimination function and the rules are developed and employed to recognize the image need to be recognized. Experiments show that with Hough transform algorithm to identify incomplete symbols in Russian symbols, the incomplete symbol in Russian symbols can be identified quickly and effectively, which improves the performance of recognition method and meet the needs of many scholars.

Abstract: In this paper, according to the characteristics of TSP. An improve Cuckoo Search Algorithm was used to solve the TSP, adopting the code rule of randomized key representation based on the smallest position value. The experimental results show that the new algorithm is successful in locating multiple solutions and has better accuracy, simulation results of benchmark instances validate the efficiency and superiority of Cuckoo Search Algorithm.

Abstract: Based on the theory of ultrasonic testing, an online data-acquisition and storage system is designed. The design scheme of hardware and software of the system is introduced in this paper, in which the embedded processor DSP and FPGA is used as its control core and the interface of PCI bus and DSP is designed. Thus a high speed and large-capacity ultrasonic signal can be processed, furthermore the pipelines defects can be analyze and evaluate.

Abstract: According to the problem of over-subjective in current effect evaluation method of video surveillance system, a comprehensive effect evaluation index system of video surveillance system is established. Hierarchy belongingness between multiple index elements is established, the function of each index elements is quantitatively analyzed with the help of MATLAB, and the effect evaluation of video surveillance system is performed with the application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. It is proved in instances that the effect evaluation method of video surveillance system with the application of the index system is capable of evaluating the video surveillance system effectively and quantitatively.

Abstract: In view of the traditional particle filter algorithm cannot guarantee effective tracking in the case of target rotation or obscured. The study proposes a tracking method based on α-β-γ filter and particle filter. The algorithm uses α-β-γ filtering prediction position as the next frame image target candidate model of computing center of particle filter algorithm. The algorithm uses α-β-γ filtering prediction position as the next frame image target candidate model of computing center of particle filter. To reduce the number of iterations of particle filter algorithm, strengthen the real-time tracking of moving face. When detect the face is obscured, with α-β-γ filter prediction point as facial movement position, so as to realize the continuity of the movement. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm improves the traditional particle filter for real-time face tracking, enhancing the ability of anti-occlusion.
