Abstract: TSP problem is a class of classical problems in the combinatorial optimization problem; it has important applications in gene sequencing, robot control and other areas, especially in the computer domain, applied more widely. This paper considers abstracting the problem of stitching and reduction for scraps of paper as a class of TSP problem, and use the optimized greedy algorithm, achieve automatic image stitching shredding by the use of computer graphics technology. Contents of this paper make a useful attempt to study the automatic stitching algorithm for scraps of paper.

Abstract: According to the features of paper currency CIS image, the fuzzy set theory is initial used to improve the contrast of banknote target and background, paper money’s edge pixels are obtained by scanning, and then the sub-pixel edges are fitted by least square method; in the fitting process, the error threshold method is applied for eliminating noisy edge points, then slope correction of paper money is carried out according to the angle of sub-pixel edge line and the note area is extracted, finally, fuzzy enhancement is used for the extracted image again. Experiments show that, this method has good versatility, high accuracy and strong anti-interference ability, it can even extract the paper currency area effectively in the edge deterioration and unfilled corner condition, and the enhanced image is in favor of subsequent paper currency recognition.

Abstract: According to the physical truths those are the complexity of special target maneuvering and the inconformity of maneuvering degrees in three dimensions, the problems of model mismatching and inaccuracy in traditional IMM were analysed, then a parallel filtering algorithm in three dimensions for IMM maneuvering target tracking is presented. The model set of this algorithm consists of the CV and the modified CS model, which can adaptively tracking target under different maneuvering levels; the parallel IMMs in three dimensions can update model probabilities respectively according its maneuvering reality,which ensures the accuracy of model probabilities. The simulation results indicate that the proposed algorithm gets higher tracking precision and decrease 1/3 computational complexity than traditional IMM. That is to say, it has a good practical prospect in maneuvering target tracking in space.

Abstract: With the progress of communication technology,people pay more and more attention to SNR of speech signal.Therefore,speech enhancement under unknown noise is becoming more and more necessary.Currently,the application of speech enhancement in life can be divided into:harmonic enhancement method,based on the parameter estimation of speech synthesis,and based on adaptive noise cancellation method.In this paper,adaptive noise cancellation method is discussed.

Abstract: Real-time infrared imaging technology with high fidelity is greatly desired in current simulation systems. An integrated infrared imaging simulation system including infrared radiation characteristics whose model was established by modeling different components of an armored vehicle respectively, atmospheric transmission effects and infrared sensor effects that mainly comprises frequency domain effects and spatial effects was established in this paper. The final infrared image can be generated by taking advantage of the simulation system. The simulation carried out in this paper has proved the validity and effectiveness of the established models, which could be of great significance in satisfying the requirements of dynamic infrared image generation in a photoelectric warfare simulation system.

Abstract: In this paper the processing scheme of the special grinding in rotational workpiece with complex generatrix is mainly studied. With the help of combining the linear fitting and circular arc fitting, the mathematics model is established and the impulse distribution is obtained. Meanwhile,its matching errors are analyzed.Consequently,it realizes the grinding processing with arbitrary complex curve.

Abstract: In order to obtain more accurate and rapid voltage fluctuations and flicker signal and provide fast and accurate data for power quality analysis and improvement, this paper proposes the improvement measures of null space pursuit algorithm based on the analysis of the principle of null space pursuit algorithm, which improves the value of practical application. By the simulation analysis, it proves that the combined null space pursuit algorithm not only has the same advantage of high precision extraction and decent noise reduction capabilities as original algorithm but also improves its computing speed and enhances its practical value.

Abstract: Based on the global orthogonal polynomial algorithm, a global-piecewise fitting method for eliminating affections of modes outside of fitting bands is proposed. Both lower and higher modes outside of the fitting band are analyzed and processed. The frequency response data are revised by means of modes in two frequency bands close to the fitting band, and a curve fitting model is derived. Simulation results indicate that the proposed method possesses higher precision than the general rational fraction polynomial algorithm.

Abstract: Wheat lodging makes great effects on the output and subsequent production, so we need to know the situation of wheat lodging at the first time quickly and efficiently. The characters of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle remote sensing just meet the demands. Firstly, the spectral and texture features are analyzed, and the area of wheat lodging is extracted using methods of object-oriented and the extraction is analyzed and compared. Abstract: Retracted paper: Extreme programming and the UNIVAC computer, while unproven in theory, have not until recently been considered private. In this position paper, we argue the study of superblocks, which embodies the essential principles of artificial intelligence. We describe an algorithm for virtual modalities, demonstrating that lambda calculus and local-area networks can interact to answer this challenge.
