Abstract: In recent years, constructivism has been welcomed by the academia for it emphasizes on students applying initiative learning and self-construction. The kernel of content-rich constructivism study can be generalized as students-centered and emphasizing on initiative employment, initiative discovery and initiative constructing the meaning of what students have learned. As for the current teaching and learning of college English writing, it is imperative to use network technology in writing teaching. Therefore, this paper probes into a mode of network English writing teaching and learning on the basis of constructivism in order to realize the writing teaching and learning reform and improve the self-construction of students’ writing knowledge and writing level.

Abstract: Along with the rapid development of computer technology, application of technology of network, communication, database and so on to the daily teaching activities become very practical method. The network examination is an attempt to replace the traditional examination mode, more and more subject’s examination using a paperless network examination mode. In this paper, we take basic computer course as an example, investigate the related evaluation technology, and give the basic design principle and coding method for automatic scoring function of basic computer course papers.

Abstract: This paper applies SVM theory to the evaluation of student development system, and study on the content of students’ development contains, at the same time establish the evaluation index system of students’ development. Through the use of sample data on the evaluation system for a certain amount of training, we get a trained model, then evaluate and analyze the students’ data to be measured. This approach can make students’ assessment more accurate and reasonable, and evaluation results can be used in scientific. It can be seen from the development point of view, evaluation of all aspects of students' quality, and reduce the error caused by subjective on evaluation process.

Abstract: With the development of information technology, electronic schoolbag has become a hot topic of the broad masses of teachers and students, however, its application in the teaching not widely carried out, it is just exploratory. The biggest obstacle is the lack of the software environment and resources environment of electronic schoolbag in the application of classroom. How to design electronic schoolbag, provide an ideal learning environment for students, is the primary problems of the application of electronic schoolbag in the learning environment. This article is based on the functions and characteristics of electronic schoolbag, aiming at the problems existing in the learning environment, propose the overall design model of electronic schoolbag learning environment, analyze its features are in detail and take primary school science for example, provied concrete application case and the actual application result.
