Abstract: This paper discusses problems of linear uncertain system with multiple time-varying delays. Through the application of a novel design by own lemma and augmented Lyapunov function, a less conservative results than the existing essay that have been obtained. The new criterion enlarges the existing maximum bound of the time delay. Numerical examples were given to demonstrate the effective of the result.

Abstract: In recent years, the development of computer technology, signal processing, artificial intelligence, pattern recognition technology; and promote the continuous development of fault diagnosis technology, especially knowledge-based fault diagnosis method has been widely studied. Which, along with the increasingly improved neural network technology, the fault diagnosis method based on neural network has been widespread concern. Since one of the main steps of fault diagnosis is signal processing, while wavelet analysis is an effective tool to process signals and wavelet function has many good characteristics, so the combination of wavelet and neural network, so called wavelet neural network, has become a focus in fault diagnosis field recently.

Abstract: A simultaneously solving model is established to predict inner surface temperature and indoor air temperature. The radiation of the model is set with direct radiant model, Gebhart radiant model and effective radiant model respectively. Under different heat flow and supply air volume, inner surface temperature and indoor air temperature are calculated by the model and compared with measured data. The research results show that Gebhart radiant model has same calculation accuracy with effective radiant model and it can reduce the amount of calculation.

Abstract: The small structures can directly affect the admissibility of the coal seam, the mining schedule, cost and safety. Seismic attributes extracted from seismic data can be used to identify small structures; However, geophysical methods often have multiple solutions, this will make the results of interpretation become unreliable. In this paper we will use image fusion technology to fuse a variety of seismic attributes, and then make full use of the complementarity of different attributes to reduce the multiple solutions, and make the seismic attributes more accurately in predicting small structures in coalmine.

Abstract: For the aim of analyzing focusing field characteristics of radially polarized beams, a conjoint analyzing method is presented based on LabVIEW and MATLAB. The main program is programmed in the LabVIEW environment, connecting with MATLAB program through ActiveX control. Experimental results show that the strength of the radial component in the center is zero and the strength of the axial component in the center is the largest. The conjoint analysis method realized characteristic analysis of focusing field for radially polarized beams, laying the groundwork for beam transmission of the late application.

Abstract: Modern industrial manufacturing contains different kinds of surface modeling, which is processed by planar materials. For the principle of the most efficient materials using, how to optimize subdivision undevelopable surface before development becomes an important topic in CAM design and manufacturing industries. The paper transforms the basic parameters of surface before subdivision, and gives the standards of subdivision surfaces. We proved the feasibility and the existence of triangle subdivision algorithm. By introducing double parameters MÖbius transformation , the subdivision surface is more uniform. At last, numerical examples prove that the algorithm about the approximate development of the undevelopable surfaces is effective and practical.

Abstract: Tobacco is widely planted worldwide as an important economic crop. The differences of planting environment and growth status in different regions lead to different levels of tobacco quality, while color is one of the important indexes to evaluate the quality grade of tobacco leaves. Even for those that are planted in the same area, colors of different grades of tobacco leaves vary greatly, so the color of tobacco leaves is often used as the main evaluating index in tobacco leaves grading. In this paper color extraction of standard tobacco leaves based on HSI color space was thoroughly studied. H, S and I component would be quantified and extracted by using color histogram, then the average value corresponding to every color component was calculated. After extraction and calculation on the same level of standard tobacco leaves, the ranges of three color components could be obtained in HSI color space by using statistical method, and provide data information for tobacco leaves grading.

Abstract: This paper uses the Chinese data of 1990-2012 and logarithmic mean Divisia index decomposition model to test the contribution of each factor on the human capital. This paper found the average annual growth rate of education and area are higher than age and gender; after analyzing the contributions, the contribution of education and area are still far higher than that of age and gender. Especially with the aging of population, the contribution of human capital was negative which inhibited the growth of human capital in our country. Therefore, to optimize the population structure is one of the most important measures to promote human capital and economic growth.

Abstract: For improving the quality of vocational education evaluation validity, this paper introduces the research progress of teaching evaluation, use data mining technology to put forward a feasible model of higher vocational teaching quality evaluation, construct a decision tree has practical significance. By the method used, the traditional Apriori algorithm is improved decision tree to improve the teaching contents to the location of the second master node, reflecting the characteristics of vocational teaching practice. Case analysis indicated, the decision tree has a good operability and high credibility.

Abstract: To the convenience of passenger travel, a kind of electronic bus stop boards system is discussed in this paper, which can be considered as intelligent equipment based on wireless communication technology. The combination between short-range wireless and long-distance communication module, together with the microcontroller composes the electronic bus stop boards system. The electronic bus stop boards system indicates the number of stations away from passengers’ station board on different nearest buses, current time and real-time humiture. The test results showed that the system could realize short-range and long-distance communication function and display the necessary information. With the advantages of high reliability and efficiency at low cost, the electronic bus stop boards system has more practical popularized value to replace traditional intelligent station boards with GPS and GPRS by cheap wireless communication module.
