Abstract: An ant colony algorithm with crossover operator was presented in this paper. The new algorithm introduced crossover operator into the ant colony algorithm and improved the global search ability. In the process of local searching, the new algorithm applied the Hooke-Jeeves algorithm to improve the performance of the convergence speed. Gasoline blending is a key process as the blending recipe determined the profits in refineries. The proposed algorithm is applied to solve this problem, the simulation results show that the ideal blending recipes can be found and the maximum profit can be got with a little margin of quality index in gasoline blending.

Abstract: It has obtained a better result to use ant colony algorithm to solve complex combinatorial optimization problems, but different value of the parameters in ant colony algorithm affects the performance of the algorithm. This paper studies the configuration of parameters in ant colony algorithm, and analyses the impact of the key parameters of the algorithm, and obtains the optimal parameter combination of using ant colony algorithm to solve TSP problems by using EIL51TSP data to simulate.

Abstract: This paper designed a mathematical model of vehicle synthetising and proposed a solution to solve the vehicle carpool problem by using genetic algorithm. The solution encoded the nodes of station and start, end point. Arranged randomly to generate multiple chromosome, initial population and calculate the fitness value obtained from the objective function by the matching node of each vehicle. Generated a new individual by mutation and crossover through Roulette Wheel Selection method.Repeat the above operation to reach the maximun number of iteration and got the optimal solution path. The experimental result shows that the algorithm is valid.

Abstract: Classical time series model can efficiently handle many forecasting problems, but these models can not solves the forecasting problem in which values of the time series are represented by language values or fuzzy sets. Song and Chissom and many other scholars put forward many models, and these models can only forecast research about historical data. This paper presents a new fuzzy time series forecasting model which can predict the data of unknown years.

Abstract: Since Song and Chissom proposed fuzzy time series forecasting theory, already exceed in the 20 years. Scholars have proposed many fuzzy time series forecasting models, the prediction accuracy of historical simulation data continues to improve. Unfortunately has not hitherto given for fuzzy time series forecasting model about the data of unknown years. This paper presents an improved forecasting model of fuzzy time series. It may predict the historical simulation data, but also may predict the unknown year data.

Abstract: To address the problem of high occupancy of resources and slow response of current scheduling of cloud computing resources, this paper proposes a scheduling optimization algorithm based improved ant colony algorithm. It makes resource reservation through migration of virtual machine, uses dynamic trend prediction algorithm to forecast the load changes of data center, and puts forward the concrete complement to adjust reduction. Experiments show that the combination algorithm proposed in this paper are efficient to improve the performance of data center, accelerate the response speed and increase the precision.

Abstract: In this paper, a novel four-order system is proposed. It can generate N-attractor multi-direction multi-scroll attractor by adding simple nonlinear functions. We analyze the new system by using means of maximum Lyapunov exponent, bifurcation diagram and Poincaré maps of the system. Moreover, an minimum operational amplifier circuit is designed for realizing 2×(3×3 ×3) scroll chaotic attractors, and experimental results are also obtained, which verify chaos characteristics of the system.

Abstract: Large-scale wind farms connected into main grid is accompanied by the reducing of the stability, reliability and security of the power system operation. So the risk cost becomes one of the important factors influencing the profit of transmission network expansion planning. This paper adopted the method of clustering wind power transmission. The objective function established in this paper reflecting the comprehensive benefits of transmission project defined the Pline (transmission capacity) as variable. In order to maximize the comprehensive benefits of the transmission project, the influence of transmission constructing cost, the congestion loss probably caused by a low transmission capacity as well as the cost of risk were taken into account. Calculation of risk is a very complex mixed integer nonlinear problem, so we used Monte-Carlo Simulation to solve this question. Example shoes that the proposed method can achieve optimal transmission capacity, transmission project benefit and planning.

Abstract: With the development of information technology, the architecture of information system is more and more complicated. The domestic and international related research is still blank on monitoring and early-warning analyze on the complex information systems’ various operating parameters, no matter self-healing. Through this research, an automatically repair platform is put forward. It can analyze early warning to get the real fault cause and solve the problem or give the solution. It can greatly reduced respond time.
