Abstract: Amorphous hydrogenated carbon films deposited by reactive magnetron sputtering showed that nanoNi3C crystals, fullerene-like/onions structures as well as small curved graphenes dispersed in amorphous carbon matrix. It is believed that the migration of Ni atoms leads to the formation of the fullerene-like/onion structures as well as small curved graphenes at high pulsed bias.

Abstract: s. The theory teaching of the physical properties of inorganic materials in classroom has the characteristics of strong theoretical and boring content, so students prone to boredom. This course covers the mechanical deformation, brittle fracture, intensity, thermal and electrical performance of inorganic materials. Furthermore, the environmental teaching is just verification tests, lacking of the phenomenon of creativity. As a result, it’s of great significance to reform the curriculum.

Abstract: In the paper, the molecular engram polymer is produced by dithizone which is functional monomer,β-cyclodextrin which is pore-forming material and chloroepoxy propane which is crosslinking agent. Atomic absorption method is used to study its adsorption for lead. Thermodynamic model of adsorption and dynamic reaction order are discussed. The results show that adsorption is endoergic process and accords with Freundlich isothermal adsorption equation. Adsorption system conforms with pseudo-second order dynamic model, the static saturation adsorption amount is 45.55mg/g.

Abstract: In modern society, due to the improvement of industrialized and development of marine economy, pollutants in the atmosphere and water aggravation corrosion of steel structure, annual worldwide economic losses due to corrosion is astronomical figures. Hence, atmospheric corrosion resistance of weathering steel has a broad market prospect. In addition, it also has excellent mechanics, welding and other properties. This paper mainly discusses the structure, production process, performance organization and the effect of various alloying elements on weathering steel.

Abstract: In this paper, we studied the electronic density of states (DOS) and optical properties ZnO using first-principles method. We find that the electronic density of states was different in bulk ZnO and ZnO nanotube. The DOS of bulk ZnO spread at wide energy while the DOS of ZnO nanotube concentrated in a narrow energy range. The peak around-18 eV moved to a higher energy. The peaks more than Fermi level concentrated to the Fermi level, which meant the conductivity of ZnO nanotube was better than that of bulk ZnO. We also calculated the optical properties of ZnO nanotube. The optical properties showed that there were peaks around 8 eV, which may come from electrons transition between Zn 3d and O 2p states. Our calculation provided a reference for the application of ZnO nanotube in optical devices.

Abstract: Carbon emission has become a global focus. The construction of carbon emissions calculation model is helpful for its control. Currently, there is still no uniform method about accounting on the carbon emissions of steel products. The common calculation models are not totally suitable for China. To make up for the shortcomings of them, this paper defines the life cycle system of the iron and steel products based on EIO-LCA, measures the quantity of the direct, indirect carbon emissions and carbon emission deduction in various stages of this life cycle, identifies the hotspot and department which contributes most in carbon emission, and takes Hunan Valin Xiangtan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd (abbreviated Xiang Gang) as an example to validate it. It shows that 2103.87kg of carbon in total would be emitted when one tonne of steel is produced by Xiang Gang. Among the total, the quantity of direct, indirect and deductible carbon emission are 2033.5kg, 216.75kg and 146.38kg respectively, namely carbon emissions of producing per ton of steel is 2.1 tons. Direct carbon emissions from all stages of the life cycle of steel products mainly exist in the stage of steel production and transportation. And ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry are the largest emissions industries of the total indirect emissions. Converting by-product gas, heat, and pressure into electrical energy use can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 146kg, which is the equivalent of reducing carbon dioxide emissions per ton of steel 0.15 tons. Therefore, in order to make the carbon dioxide emissions reach the advanced domestic level of 1.7 tons per ton steel, the iron and steel enterprises can meet emissions reduction targets by strengthening control of carbon emission and improving the efficiency of the utilization of secondary energy from small and large scale.

Abstract: The water-in-oil emulsion has been of great importance in the oil industry. The stability of water-in-oil (W/O) emulsion has been investigated over a wide range of parameters. These parameters are salt concentration (0-8%), nonionic surfactant concentration (0-10%), and co-surfactant concentration (0-4%). The stability of water-in-oil emulsion was studied by recording the height of emulsion at 0, 6, 12, 24h. This investigation describes the coalescence process and shows that the presence of the surfactant is necessary for stable emulsion, and stability gradually decreases with salt concentration to some degree. Moreover, the co-surfactant combined with surfactant can increase the stability of emulsion effectively.

Abstract:

This paper introduces the structure and working principle of biomass fuel hot stove, and analyses the existing problems in the combustion process. Simultaneously, the paper proposes the optimization about the wall high temperature of the hot stove, which is the main issue in the hot stove.

Biomass resources in China is very abundant.only the amount of resources of agricultural wastes (such as straw) each year is equivalent to 3.08 tons of standard coal. The biomass briquette is compressed with loose, amorphous materials, such as straw, rice husk, sawdust, wood chips, into a shaped, denser solid fuel with the method of mechanical pressure. It has the advantages of small size, high density, easy storage and transportation, combustion stability, long cycle, high combustion efficiency, low contaminant levels in ash and flue gas. It provides an effective way to solve the energy shortage in rural areas and straw burning problem fundamentally[1].

Abstract: The influence of the two main climate parameters including irradiation intensity and wind speed on the law of natural evaporation rate has been studied through the indoor simulating system of environmental conditions. This work may provide basis data for predicting the brine evaporation rate with seasonal climatic change and rational design of brine evaporation scheme.
