Abstract: The presence of ice crusts and icicles on roofs is an urgent problem since they influence on the people safety and property which could be situated unde roof cornices. There are a lot of methods to stop icicle formation on the roofs. At present article is considered an efficiency of an unsteady airway. The unsteady airway can change its section area depending on the wind speed. Such a constriction allows entering into the attic a big volume of cold air. At that сontribution is find a speed of snow melting on the roof featured by the unsteady airway. Speed of the snow melting influence the speed of ice crusting. By estimating these factors can be made a conclusion that the unsteady airway helps to reduce a quantity of ice dams.

Abstract: The main function of walling system is to protect from environmental impact and to create favorable climate indoors. At the present time people use such tape of structures, such as: wall with silicate brick veneer, curtain wall system with a thin plaster layer and curtain wall system with air gap as well as without it. The results of the thermomoist calculation of enclosing structures with silicate brick veneer without air gap is presented in article. Technical guidelines for normalization of humidity conditions for data structures are provided in article. The main purpose is to calculate and to develop design consideration for realization enclosing structures with silicate brick veneer without air gap. The results of the calculation show conformity of the walling system to the required energy efficiency, hygiene and comfort standards.

Abstract: The article is about ventilated system “Polialpan”. Article’s materials are based on estimated data, information taken from Media, different Internet resources, photo and video materials. The aim of the research is to show the possibility of improving of the housing stock, its reconstruction and modernization with using special façade system. It means that in this article we flush out the all details of this facade system. There is thermotechnical calculation, demonstrative that façade system “Polialpan” is satisfy the requirements of normative document. The cost analys is in it too, which is based on the specific residence building in Saint-Petersburg.

Abstract: In this article the scheme of a design, its advantage is considered and the factors influencing removal of moisture from an air gap of a facade are investigated. This type of designs allows to create indoors a favorable microclimate with necessary illumination, temperature, moisture conditions and the movement of air, protecting thus from negative atmospheric actions. Also at observance of technology indicators of moisture-proofness of facades improve, temperature fluctuations are leveled, normal functioning of all system in general is provided. Despite a set of advantages of this type of facades take place and some shortcomings therefore the obtained data indicate the need of further research of systems of the ventilated glass facades and work on elimination of the revealed shortcomings.

Abstract: Double skin facades very popular in this time. They are applied for construction of new buildings and for reconstruction. This paper to try to consider the main problems which appear during the work with the double skin facades. In paper are presented dependence of average velocity of air flow as functions from the geometrical sizes of the ventilated air gap of double skin facades and air output as functions from the geometrical sizes of air gap. This dependences are received experimentally. The received dependences can be used at design of double skin facades for the purpose of obtaining the optimum sizes of an air gap.

Abstract: The principles of high-speed pre-fabricated industrial construction in the conditions of Northern regions are as follows. There are several types of methods for using industrial unified structures pre-fabricated at the factory in the form of light-weight multi-layer sandwich panels and aggregated block-modules. They are: complex mechanization of assembly processes, transportation and sequenced-flow organization of assembly on the basis of supplying aggregated sandwich panels. Key importance belongs to the following: adaptability of project solutions to streamlined production, accuracy of assembly and regular pace of assembly operations in the construction site by means of transportable small-size equipment.

Abstract: Surveys performed nationwide show that mobile temporary accommodation camps are being manufactured by more than 200 specialized enterprises (without considering the minor manufacturers) acting under different ministries and agencies. According to the analysis performed, today 26 basic mobile structural systems consisting of 18 conveyor-type and 8 demountable-type systems are being used on a national basis. Today national manufacturers are producing more than 250 types of container-type buildings and facilities which differ in functionality, capacity, climatic category, price and other technical-and-economic indexes. Use of mobile accommodation complexes is characterized by certain advantages. Basic criterion for mobile accommodation camp construction consists in its timely commissioning. Basic predicted indexes affecting the cost of temporary accommodation camp could serve as an endorsement of the forwarded standpoint.

Abstract: Analysis of masonry constructions is done simultaneously by applying the Rules on technical standards for masonry walls (PZZ'81), Regulation on technical standards for the constructions in seismic areas (PIOVS'91) and Eurocodes (EC 6 and EC 8). Eurocode presupposes shear force to be a reliable mechanism form calculating shear wall resistance force, which conflicts to the real behavior of constructions during earthquakes. It is therefore recommended determining the seismic masonry resistance according to the current rules that require verification tensile strain, whose possible exceeding leads to the appearance diagonal wall cracks.

Abstract: A new program-and goal-oriented approach is offered for organization of geodetic monitoring of deformations of buildings and structures, which unlike the deterministic approach requiring strict adherence to the basic provisions of scientifically unjustified, obsolescent regulatory materials, helps synthesize the main parameters of the repeated geodetic observations on a scientifically justifiable basis with representativeness and ample reliability of determining deformation characteristics of buildings and structures.

Abstract: It is given stress-strain relationships of concrete and reinforcing deformation under high temperatures. These graphs show material features of deformation, look compact and require least defined parameters.
