3rd International Conference on Advanced Materials, Mechanics and Structural Engineering (3rd AMMSE 2016) was held during September 09-11, 2016 on Jeju Island in South Korea. This volume presents results of current works in the fields of Advanced Material and Technologies, Designing of Machines and Mechanisms, Applied Mechanics, Structural Engineering and Industrial Engineering. We hope that presented researches and engineering solutions will be useful and interesting for many readers whose activity is related with modern engineering sciences.
ISOCEEN 2015 (the 3rd International Seminar on Ocean and Coastal Engineering, Environmental and Natural Disaster Management, Surabaya, Indonesia, December 10, 2015) was aimed at providing a discussions, for exchanging of knowledge, researches and of recent solutions for many researchers and experts in the field of Ocean, Offshore, Coastal engineering, Environmental and Disaster Management. The results of discussions are presented in this book. We hope this book will be interesting and usefull for many engineers and scientists whose activity related with researches of ocean and development of coastal areas.
The ICCASCE is an annual International Conference on Civil, Architectural, Structural and Constructional Engineering. The ICCASCE 2016 took place on July 15-17, 2016 in Busan, South Korea . Organized by the Dong-A University, ICCASCE 2016 continues to highlight the relationship between the fundamental and applied research, respectively the technological transfer in the fields of Civil, Architectural, Structural and Constructional Engineering. The aim of ICCASCE 2016 were the presentation of the latest research and results of scientists related to Civil, Architectural, Structural and Constructional Engineering topics. This conference provided opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas face-to-face, to establish business or research relations as well as to find global partners for future collaborations. We hope that the conference results will lead to significant contributions to the knowledge in these up-to-date scientific fields.
This edition published by results of "International Conference on Innovations in Structural Engineering and Construction" (icISEC, 29 - 30 July, 2016). The topics of edition include advancements in analysis, modeling and design of structures, structural stability and dynamics, structural monitoring, repair and strengthening, structural conservation, earthquake engineering, soil structure interaction, sustainable construction, advanced construction techniques and its management, recycling of concrete and new trends in concrete technology.
The Green Factories in Bavaria bundle up the research skills of all relevant fields for energy efficient production, e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Processing Technologies, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Process Engineering, Materials Science and Economic Science. They also consider all major types of energy, e.g. for motion, illumination, information processing, manufacturing processes and thermal control. Furthermore, Green Factories address the use of energy in production, logistics and administration. With clear focus on energy efficiency in the production and Bavarian-wide, interdisciplinary collaboration, these Green Factories have to be expanded into an international research network. We hope that presented articles from 3rd Green Factory Bavaria Colloquium 2016 will be useful for many researchers and engineers for the development and operation of modern energy-efficient productions.
