Abstract: There are various difficulties between power generators and power users during direct trade. The current direct trade rules and patterns cannot guarantee the interests of all parties directly related to the transaction, which is one of important reasons. Direct transaction space model of incentive compatible principles is proposed in this paper. How to guarantee the interests of grid, generators and big users during direct transaction is analyzed. For power generation companies, large users and grids, the change of interests are analyzed and marginal decision condition is studied. Based on the principle of incentive compatibility, direct transaction space model which not damage the interests of three transaction bodies is analyzed.

Abstract: This paper analyses several common transmission pricing methods of marginal cost and embedded cost deeply. It analyses pricing models of several transmission pricing methods, long-run marginal cost (LRMC) method, MW-Mile method, sensitivity method, flow tracing method, contract path method and stamp method. It also gives a comprehensive comparison of characteristics and limitations of these pricing methods, discusses their applicable conditions in aspects of fairness, economic, financial balance, transparency, operability and others, and makes a quantitative research of comparison based on a case, and verifies the results.

Abstract: The present paper investigates the generation expansion planning in the context of microgrids. A microgrid consisting of micro hydro turbine, PV array, biomass generator, diesel generator and batteries is integrated to a distribution grid. The microgrid is aimed to dispatch the load demand and transmit the extra power into the grid. The expansion planning is carried out with different sizes of the distributed generation sources. The dispatch strategy is decided by the optimization algorithm with objective function of minimizing the overall costs subject to constraints on minimum reserve margin, maximum fuel threshold and maximum environmental emissions. The optimization is realized using HOMER. The evaluation results show that the planned system is both technically and economically viable even in the presence of constraints.

Abstract: According to the characteristics of power emergencies and integrating the realities of grid emergency management, the paper established grid emergency management capability evaluation indexes system, which is consist of 1 first grade indexe,15 second grade indexes. First, the paper determined the weight of each index with AHP and then evaluated the indexes system by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in two levels. In numerical example, the paper took a provincial grid company emergency management capability assessment as an example, obtained scientific analysis results, proved the usefulness of the evaluation system, and pointed a clear direction for the grid companies’ emergency management construction in the future.

Abstract: The evaluation of distribution network projects mainly rely on manual evaluation, with a heavy workload and high blindness that it cannot accurately reflect the effect of project, and yet cannot satisfy the needs of the development of the distribution network. With the automated development of distribution network, the total amount of data that can be acquired is constantly improve and perfect, which made it possible to apply computer aided software on the post evaluation. In this paper, it first introducing the comprehensive evaluation and analysis software into the post evaluation into distribution network projects, then put forwards the method of combining manual evaluation and computer aided software to reflect the effect of project construction, finally, analyses one project as a detailed example.

Abstract: Scientific and normative evaluation index system of smart distribution grid can provide effective guidance and advice for planning and construction of smart distribution grid. Based on the level and target of smart distribution grid construction, combining with the current situation and the development of smart distribution grid in China, this paper built a preliminary framework of evaluation index system of distribution grid intelligent level by hierarchical method, the system contains base layer, measurement and control network layer, management layer and effect layer. The key and new indicators are defined for each layer. We can estimate the distribution grid intelligent level objectively and comprehensively, and a reference for improvement and development of smart distribution grid will be provided with the help of this evaluation index system.

Abstract: With the advancement of electricity deregulation in China, the market entities’ demands for getting high quality information service from power exchange center are growing. Power exchange center needs to establish a comprehensive, efficient and interactive information service platform. In view of the current situation, this paper classifies the large amount of information in electricity market, and analyses the information demands and acquisition channels of market entities. This paper puts forward the architecture of multi-layer collaboration information service system for electricity trading in China. The architecture has a clearly hierarchy and reflects the crucial junctures of information processing. It has the important guiding significance to the power exchange center to provide quality information services for the market entities.

Abstract:

Energy metering complexes are included in the measuring part of the automatic meter reading (AMR) systems. Data distortion may occur at information level of AMR system as well as at measuring level. Errors that occur at the information level can be monitored programmatically. Measurement distortion occurred at the level of measurements is difficult to discover using technical methods. The trend in AMR systems is toward at improving their technical component, as well as increasing the amount of energy metering complexes which form AMR system. Still the mathematical modeling of the processes associated with energy measurements remains significantly low.

Abstract: Nuclear power plant engineering quality is the security of nuclear safety. The main danger source of nuclear power plants is the nuclear island. Once the project quality uncontrollable, radioactive nuclear fuel could be harm to human and environmental in the nuclear power station trial operation or production cycle. So this paper analysis the effect factors of the nuclear power construction quality, and concludes it must to be control strictly the project construction quality of the nuclear power plant, and use the prevention and control method to set up quality defensive barrier to eliminate the problems of engineering quality.

Abstract: The access problem of new energy is one of the core content of the smart grid. New energy such as wind, solar, electric vehicle charging stations have strong intermittent and fluctuations. Their technical performance is poor to access to the grid. They inject harmonics into grid and have other issues. This paper describes the impact on the distribution network after the wind, photovoltaic power generation, electric vehicle charging stations connected to the grid.It is hoped that you can build smart grid distribution model, research in-depth and analysis the combined effects of smart distribution grid after new energy sources accessed, to achieve the monitoring of the various components of the distribution network and the best combination for electricity.
