Abstract: This document explains and demonstrates the module design and function of the on-line inspection system using the CNC machine. We designed the system for the five axes of the Shenyang Machine Tool Co. LTD’s CNC SSK-U6035 machine. The system could automatically shape and monitor the procedure, then according to the inspection outcomes align the machine and check the machine was correct. Using this system greatly improved the inspection speed and the measurement accuracy.

Abstract: To evaluate the system performance with limited experimental data and uncertainty information, a method to calculate the bounds of probability of system performance is proposed, in which evidence theory is used. CBF and CPF formulations are deduced as lower and upper bounds of probability of system performance respectively, and the estimations of them using Monte Carlo method are employed by sampling the random intervals of uncertainty parameters. With this method, a less structured representation of uncertainty is possible than is the case with probability theory. The simulation results indicate the proposed algorithm is correct and effective, and can provide a basis for design, performance evaluation, and reliability evaluation of system.

Abstract: To enable the distance education resources reflect the actual needs of the uers, overcome the subjectivity,blindness, repeatability and other shortcomings in the resources development process.The article proposed BP(Error Back ropagation)neural network used in the forecast of requirements for modern distance education resources. On the base of the analysis of the advantage of BP network, constructed the network topology with one hidden layer, analysed the algorithm by discussing the relationship between nerwork layers ,gave the algorithm steps in detail. Experiments showed that: through training, adjusting the weights between neurons in the network, the network can forecast the requirements for education resources intelligent. Compared with traditional methods, this method has strong robustness and fault tolerance,so can apply more.

Abstract: Stress wave based technology has its special advantages in the field of wood nondestructive testing and quality evaluation. To analysis the propagating properties of stress wave in the wood material, a transmitting model in anisotropic material was introduced in rectangular and cylindrical polar coordinate system. The relationship between stress wave propagation and elastic constants was shown. The propagating of stress wave in wood material and the possible solutions with different parameters were studied. The transmitting character of stress wave in symmetry planes was analyzed, and the elastic constants of woods were used to compute the stress wave propagation in wood material.

Abstract: Al-doped ZnO (AZO) nanoparticles were synthesized by using homogeneous precipitation method from Zn(AC)2•2H2O and Al(NO3)3•9H2O. X-ray diffraction (XRD) showed that the AZO nanoparticles were well assigned to hexagonal wurtzite structure, and that the Al3+ did enter the ZnO crystal lattice to substitute the position of Zn2+. Results from scanning electron microscope (SEM) showed that with increasing Al content, the the size of ZAO particles decreased. When Al content was 5 mol%, gives a more homogeneous and finer microstructure. At last, study the electromagnetic performance of AZO particles with different doping concentration of Al3+.

Abstract: With the rapid development of network and information technologies, more and more high-tech enterprises form the alliance of virtual enterprise to advance the competing capacity in the market, but how to improve the running efficiency of virtual enterprise with dynamic features is a very difficult problem. The paper analyzes the organization and operating features of the high-tech virtual enterprise, then presents a new modeling method based on mobile agents for management and running of high-tech virtual enterprise, which can be helpful for the development of it.

Abstract: In the general light scattering particle size measurement methods, the inversion error of results is nonuniform distribution. To solve this problem, genetic algorithms based on real number coding were proposed to be applied in the inversion of particle size distribution. In this method, the fitness function was further improved in order to reduce the individual error, it not only considered sum of all errors but also took into account the individual maximum error. With this improved fitness function, the error distribution is homogenized. The light spectrum about measurement and calculation are basic entirely fitting. The results show that the algorithm is accurate and reliable.

Abstract: The paper proposed a original matching algorithm using the feature vectors of rigid points sets matrix and a online matching intersection testing algorithm using the bounding sphere. The relationship searching between points in each set is took place by the corresponding eigenvectors that is a closed form solution relatively. The affine transformed eigenvalue and eigenvector is also used instead of the affine transformed points sets for the non-rigid matching that do not need the complicated global goal function. The characteristics matching for the initial registration can give a well initial value for the surfaces align that improve the probability of global solution for the following-up ICP

Abstract: To solve the problem of calculating the maximum linear deviation in block cipher algorithm linear analysis, the paper has proposed a search method and improved algorithm based on iterative closest point (ICP) of the maximum deviation. The ciphertext and its coefficient matrix is initialized as range image matrix, using ICP algorithm to calculate the best match state of adjacent range image, and the linear deviation value of round function transformation of this time was proved to be the maximum linear deviation by applying generalized Walsh spectrum; by proposing the initial rule corresponding distance, determined the initial corresponding relation of iterative algorithm, each round of transformation matrix would be assigned to the next round as the initial transformation matrix which has improved the matching speed of the ICP algorithm; the rationality and effectiveness of this new search algorithm can be proved by comparing with the maximum linear deviation search algorithm put forward by M.Matsui.
