Abstract: In recent years, people pay more and more attention on E-commerce. Chongqing has abundant tourism resources and the rapid development of tourism E-commerce has brought new opportunities for Chongqing. However, at present, the development situation of Chongqing tourism E-commerce is not ideal now. There are many problems existing in Chongqing tourism E-commerce, such as the lower application level of tourism E-commerce , the lack of unified planning, the lag of “soft construction” and the poor sense of cooperation between tourism enterprises etc. Therefore, countermeasures were proposed in this paper from four aspects: chang tourists online consumption concept, strengthen the integration and supervisory work of Chongqing tourism E-commerce sites, strengthen talented person troop construction of the tourism E-commerce and strengthen laws and regulations construction of tourism E-commerce.

Abstract: The principle of calibration for gas flowmeter with tracer gas dilution method is introduced, and experiments on calibration for gas flowmeter in a 0.300m internal diameter and 90 degree bent pipe are presented, which CO and air were selected as tracer gas and gas stream. The sampling points were downstream of the bend pipe around 9D (D is the internal diameter of pipe),12D and 15D, respectively. The results show that the radial and axial mixing between tracer gas and air have been uniformed downstream of the bend pipe at the sampling point of 12D and 15D when the flow rate above 3.2m/s, and the relative error of the flow rate calibration attains the level of 4.3%. The calibration accuracy depends on the tracer gas injection flow rate, tracer gas concentration at the sampling point, and the uniformity of tracer gas concentrations downstream at the sampling point. Calibration for gas flowmeter with tracer gas dilution method is feasible, and it provides a method for industrial gas flowmeter calibration in pipeline transportation.

Abstract: The simulating and predicting analysis model is studied by the deformation monitoring data of Bikou earth-rockfill dam. Based on the least squares method of Statistics principles, the stepwise regression model has been established of earth-rockfill dam deformation displacement, which is used to fit and forecast the measured deformation data sequences of dam. The results shows that the deformation monitoring model of Bikou earth-rockfill dam having higher fitting precision, longer predict cycle, can be better applied to the fitting and prediction of dam deformation monitoring data.

Abstract: Beamforming is a core technique in intelligent antenna signal processing and has been receiving a prevalent focus by researchers. Common orthogonal constant modulus algorithm (OCMA) doesn’t guarantee that the weights of different beamformers converge to corresponding signals when the array of receivers takes in signals with same feature. Thereby a weighted orthogonal constant modulus algorithm (WOCMA) is proposed in which weights of different beamformers are ensured to be disparate by controlling their relevance down to a low level, which concludes different weight converges to corresponding signal. Simulation has proved that WOCMA possesses fast convergent speed and favorable facility in receiving signals.

Abstract: The power structure of main electrical wiring diagram outgoing line in Zhongmu 500kV substation is analyzed firstly, and then the substation communication system based on Bluetooth technology was put forward in this paper. The power and critical loads are important, the connection lines and the connection modes in the substation are very complicated. Bluetooth technology can replace wired cable connection with the wireless interface in the short distance, prevent from complicated line in industry. This paper analyzes and designs model of the network in the substation, enhancing the automatic and intelligence level. Substation monitoring system was composed of meters, relays and other communication devices with Bluetooth components. The structure of the system can be divided into three layers, the bottom is monitor, the terminal in high-voltage chamber is the middle layer, the central processor in Control Building is the most top, bottom communicate with middle layer by Bluetooth technology.The system architecture, software, hardware and the necessary factions of this system are introduced.

Abstract: Domain ontology can effectively organize the knowledge of that domain and make it easier to share and reuse. We can build domain ontology on thesaurus and thematic words and index document knowledge using domain ontology. Under which this paper designs a semantic retrieval system for the document knowledge based on domain ontology, and the system consists of four main components: ontology query, semantic precomputation for document and the concept similarity, semantic extended search and reasoning search. Finally, this paper makes an experiment on high-speed railway domain. The experimental results show that the developed semantic retrieval system can reach the satisfied recall and precision.

Abstract: Survivability is the capability of a network to maintain service continuity in the presence of faults within the network. In this paper, we presented the new survivability method and discussed the capability of survivability in optical network. The survivability in WDM networks is implemented using protection and restoration techniques. Protection is a static mechanism to protect against failure, where the resource for both the primary and the backup light-paths are reserved prior to the data communication. Restoration on the other hand, is a dynamic mechanism where the backup light-path is not set up until the failure occurs. Survivability using these techniques is usually provided to handle single link failures in the core network.

Abstract: In this paper, a new routing design is presented. Interior gateway Protocols (IGPs), particularly Open Shortest Path First (OSPF), uses a simple single metric component, cost, which is based on the bandwidth of the link. Most large IP networks run Interior Gateway Protocols (IGPs) such as Open Shortest Path First (OSPF) or Intermediate System-Intermediate System (IS-IS) that select paths based on static link weights. Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol (EIGRP) is slightly more aware of the link characteristics in that it calculates a metric based on cumulative delay (delay is simply an arbitrary assigned value) and the minimum bandwidth value encountered between the source and destination. Routing technology can better the network operation efficiently.

Abstract: In this article, we present a multiple connection method for a optical switching architecture and discuss the control plane to connection. In optical network, there are three function planes and every plane has its important role. Fast provisioning enables bandwidth on demand service, where a user or its proxy can directly request a connection by using appropriate signaling via the user-network interface. A call may embody any number of underlying connections, including zero. Benefits of this separation include supporting such optical services as scheduled bandwidth on demand, diverse circuit provisioning, or bundled connection.

Abstract: The on-line fault diagnostics technology for machines is fast emerging for the detection of incipient faults as to avoid the unexpected failure. On the basis of fault diagnosis theory and method, this paper presents a applications of techniques for fault detection and classification in rotating machinery based on fuzzy theory and neural network theory, the basic structure and working principle of the fault intelligent diagnosis system are introduced, the knowledge stored in the neuron-fuzzy system has been extracted by a fuzzy rule set with an acceptable degree of interpretability, the model of fuzzy fault diagnosis and the self-study principle are described. The practice proves that this is an effective method of large-scale and complicated electronic equipment, and it can also be applied to other fault diagnosis of complex systems and has certain portability.
