Abstract: The effect of intensity threshold on the filling ratio was analyzed by calculating the intensity spatial distribution. The photonic band gap properties of two-dimensional triangular lattice fabricated by holographic lithography are investigated numerically. The influences of intensity threshold and dielectric contrast, on photonic gap are comprehensively studied by plane wave expansion method. Calculations of band structure as a function of the intensity threshold show that the PBG of positive structure opens for TM and TE polarization separate, and the negative structure has the complete PBG. The complete PBG does not increase monotonically with dielectric contrast ratio, but has a peak value instead by studying the relation between the complete PBG and the dielectric contrast ratio. The optimal dielectric contrast is 22 when intensity threshold is 0.2.

Abstract: The dual-step dual-team holographic method to fabricate square lattices is proposed. The effect of intensity threshold was analyzed by calculating the intensity spatial distribution. The photonic band gap properties of two-dimensional square lattice fabricated by holographic lithography are investigated numerically. The influences of intensity threshold and dielectric contrast on photonic gap are comprehensively studied by plane wave expansion method. Calculations of band structure as a function of the intensity threshold show that the full photonic band gap does not increase monotonically with dielectric contrast ratio, but has a peak value instead by studying the relation between the complete PBG and the dielectric contrast.

Abstract: Aim at the characteristics of the separated and disorder agricultural knowledge, proposed a farm information conversion model, built and described the ontology and its knowledge library in agricultural domain, thereby establishing the semantic relationships among the Agricultural information. On this basis, in accordance with the user’s needs, the Agricultural information was translated into structure needed for information visualization, and presented to user by 2D/3D graphical chat.

Abstract: We propose a method in this paper which improves the speed and effects of visualization process in product concept design. In digital product design software, the preview mode and render mode are for simple usage without optimization. The designers need to adjust the view by themselves. To improve the preview result for more usability, we defined a method based on aesthetical rules. The rule defines the virtual camera used in design software in which how target object will be shown. Then it is used to compute the movement of the camera in virtual environment. The movement path is computed automatically among different preview angles for even different preview targets.

Abstract: CO2 laser direct-writing ablation of polymethylmethacrylate(PMMA) substrates is a new micromachining technology for microfluidic applications. An experiment research on CO2 laser micromachining PMMA was carried out to acquire the relationship between the microchannel depth and laser power, scan velocity and the number of passes, and the change of groove depth and width with the number of passes was also studied. It was revealed that the experimental results were in excellent agreement with theoretical data derived analytical model. The derivation between theoretical data and experimental results was very small only about 6 µm with the best range of laser power 15-40 W and scan velocity 0.2-0.5 m/s.

Abstract: The droplet transition of electrical arc welding is a complicated process that combines heat, mass and momentum transfer. A high-speed camera system with laser in the background is established to observe the fast changing process of molten droplet transition. A group of high-speed camera pictures which indicate the droplet gravity center is unstable in welding metal transfer process are taken and analyzed. The experimental results show that the electromagnetic force is the unstable root of the droplet gravity center.

Abstract: Laser shock processing (LSP) is an innovative surface treatment technique. According to the theory of residual stress field formation by laser shock wave, laser overlapping shock processing of LY12CZ aluminium alloy was analyzed. The diagonal shock process is simulated by FEM using LS-DYNA codes, and the residual stress field in different angle of fall and pressure are predicted. The results indicate that the value of residual tension stress can be increased when diagonal shock, and the value of residual compressive stress will be decreased. The simulated results can provide the basis for experimental studying the diagonal laser shock processing and laser facular overlap.

Abstract: Machine structure with joints was studied systematically, and a mixed modeling method based on dynamic and static fundamental solutions was introduced to establish the dynamic model of the whole structure, and the corresponding dynamic characteristics were analyzed. The machine structure can be modeled by a dynamic boundary element (DBEM). Numerical simulation analysis and dynamic experiments show that the established method improves modeling precision and efficiency, saves computing efforts but also raises analyzing accuracy of the whole structure.

Abstract: Various 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([Emim]BF4)/water mixture with varying concentrations were studied by molecular dynamics simulations. The radial distribution function, the power spectrum velocity-velocity correlation function were calculated to reveal the microstructure and the IR spectrum. In both liquids, with the concentration of water in the mixture increase, the rotation bands and the bending bands of water are red shift whereas the O-H stretch bands are blue shift. It was found that the molecular rotation motions become slower as the proportion of water increases and water molecules tend to be isolated from each other in mixtures with more ions than water molecules. It was shown that water molecules tend to be isolated from each other in mixtures with more ions than water molecules in both liquids.

Abstract: With the change of the new century of supply chain management area, predicting result needs to be more accuracy to avoid “Bullwhip Effect”. Both influence diagram and supply chain network are directed acyclic graphs, we can use this characteristic to combine them together to make full use of them in logistic management area.
