Abstract: There are complicated correlations between process parameters and quality indicators in candy manufacturing. The objective of this work is to develop an optimization system of candy production process to improve final candy quality and to increase production efficiency. The study is conducted by using an artificial neural network data mining method to obtain optimization knowledge of process parameters from large amount of saved process data. The software platform including data processing, statistic analysis, data mining and graphical display module was developed and the quality forecasting models for typical processing operations were discussed. Experiments indicated that the system can optimize and predict the quality of candy production process effectively.

Abstract: A pigment of Al2O3-CoO system has been prepared as a new green pigment for camouflage materials. The effect of the CoO content in the original mixture on the spectral reflectance of the pigment has been evaluated. The temperature condition of the pigment synthesis has been found. The pigment of Al2O3-CoO system has been modified as green camouflage pigment by ferric oxide, and the camouflage effect has also been estimated. The result shows that the pigment based on Al2O3-CoO system, as a substitute of Cr2O3, is a successful camouflage pigment.

Abstract: With the expansion of manufacturing information services, visualization service in enterprise resource planning has recently become a hot topic. In this paper, we propose a new approach for job scheduling visualization service and a model of visualization service constructed from the share of production data and job scheduling information. Moreover, the optimization model of visualization service is given. At last, we discuss the optimization algorithm for this model.

Abstract: Objective: To prepare a novel protein molecularly imprinted membrane. Methods: Konjac glucomanan was swollen, cross-linked, added papain and glycerol, dried to form imprinted membranes. Results: After eluted, the rebinding adsorption amounts of papain for imprinted and blank membranes were (12.692±3.452) μg/cm2 and (7.849±2.321) μg/cm2 respectively. The papain imprinted membrane had the highest imprinted factor α 1.8 for papain than for other proteins. Results of FT-IR and SEM showed that the cavity structure of the eluted membrane provided space for rebinding. Conclusions: Konjac glucomannan-based imprinted membrane has good specific adsorption and selective recognition abilities for the templates- papain, and shows great possibilities to be a promising protein molecularly imprinted polymer.

Abstract: This research is to explore the relationships among entrepreneur psychological capital; innovative behavior; transformational leadership and knowledge sharing. Chinese enterprises participated in this investigation. We found that entrepreneur psychological capital influenced transformational leadership, while transformational leadership influenced employee’s innovative behavior positively. Besides, entrepreneur psychological capital influenced employee’s knowledge sharing positively while knowledge sharing influenced employee’s innovative behavior positively, but the direct influence between entrepreneur psychological capital and employee’s innovative behavior wasn’t exist. As anticipated, the intervening effect of transformational leadership and knowledge sharing between entrepreneur psychological capital and employee’s innovative behavior was significant. Implications, limitations and future research directions for the study are discussed.

Novel Fiber-Optic Distributed Disturbance Sensor Using a Modified Phase Generation Carrier Technique
Abstract: A Mach-Zehnder interferometer based fiber-optic distributed disturbance sensor (FDDS) incorporating a modified phase generation carrier (PGC) is proposed and investigated. It is found that the slow time-varying fluctuation such as temperature variation causes the location errors. By employing a modified PGC technique that satisfies the requirements including high sampling frequency and compensation of the time delay from the long length fiber, the location errors caused by the slow time-varying fluctuation can be eliminated.

Abstract: With the increasing degree of the enhancement of engine, engine cooling system design is considered particularly important. This paper used an established three-dimensional model of an engine water jacket to study, and used UDF function in the two-phase flow of the CFD, describe the mathematical model and simulation the engine at different operating conditions, and get the water jacket flow rate transfer thermal process. Finally, the results of the relationship between the engine water jacket of boiling heat transfer and flow velocity have been studied, and the importance of using two-phase flow model has been summarized.
