Abstract: Pseudomonas syringae pv. mori M4-13 is a new coronatine-production strain isolated from mulberry trees. As a high efficient plant growth substance, coronatine is difficult to obtain from the traditional bacteria under the high temperature. The fermentation temperature cannot be greater than 301K. However, the coronatine production is strictly growth associated. Therefore, biomass growth and accumulation of coronatine should be studied coordinately. In this paper, the growth rate of the strain was studied by the square root model, and the temperature-changing fermentation pattern of coronatine was optimized. In the fitting function of , the value of b was 0.03276, c was 0.1759, R2= 0.99. Based on the results, the optimal growth temperature of Pseudomonas syringae pv. mori M4-13 is 305K. The accumulation of coronatine reaches the peak, when the strain was incubated at the 305K for 3 days, following with the fermentation at 291K for another 3days. This fermentation pattern lay a solid foundation for the large-scale applications in the industrial production.

Abstract: This article researched on wool improvements in Modern Shanxi, compared the qualities of Merino wool, Shanxi wool and three generations of hybrids wool. It made a comprehensive analysis on wool fineness, wool length, crimp contraction, impurity content, grease content, wool color and etc. The results showed that after the three times’ hybridization, the wool qualities had great improvements, the third generation hybrid’s wool qualities were close to the Merino wool. The wool length was 0.023mm, the percent of fine wool was 100%, the crimp contraction in 3cm length was 15~21, the average wool length was 11.2cm, impurity content was 13.9%, grease content was 25.6%.

Abstract: Epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG), a principal polyphenolic, which is most abundant and active component in tea. It is considered key to these healthful qualities. However, EGCG used in clinical application which is still shortcomings of short half-life and low bioavailability. Chitosan (CS) has been widely used in pharmaceutical and medical areas, particularly for its potential in the development of controlled release drug delivery systems due to its well properties. In this study, we prepared EGCG-loaded chitosan nanoparticles by ionic polymeric method using sodium tripolyphosphate(TPP) as ionic polymeric agent successfully. Results controlled conditions (concentration of CS, 2 mg/mL; pH = 5.4; volume of TPP(0.5 mg/mL), 6.6 mL; amount of EGCG, 15 mg; ionic polymeric time, 24 h at room temperature (0.5 mL/min))volume of TPP(0.5 mg/mL), 6.6 mL; amount of EGCG, 15 mg; ionic polymeric time, 24 h at room temperature (0.5 mL/min)) for entrapment efficiency, loading efficiency, mean particle size and Zeta potential, were found to be 62.3 %, 33.8 %, 141.5 ± 0.4 nm and -31.21 ± 0.54 mV, respectively, and CS-EGCG-NPS have well property of sustained release.

Abstract: Chroogomphis rutillus extracts were prepared with solvent of petroleum ether, acetic ester, methanol and water. The effects of four different extract on nitrite scavenging (NS) and nitrosamine formation inhibiting (NFI) were evaluated in vitro systems. Results showed that all the extract showed NS and NFI potentials with a dose-dependent manner. With regard to NS activity, at 50μg/mL, the scavenging rates of ethyl acetate and methanol extracts were 96.65% and 93.48%, respectively. While, those of petroleum ether and water extract were only 86.96% and 26.09%, respectively. With regard to NFI activity, at 200μg/mL, both petroleum ether and ethyl acetate extracts showed excellent inhibition abilities of 94.46% and 91.33%, respectively, much higher than those of methanol and water extract (78.57% and 4.06%, respectively) (P<0.05). Chroogomphis rutillus especially ethyl acetate extract may have a preventive effect against carcinogenesis induced by nitrosamines.

Abstract: Based on the non-linearity stress strain relation of concrete, the cracking moment of plain flexural concrete member is established, and the flexural capacity of concrete beams reinforced with FRP bars is also obtained under FRP rupture-controlled failure. To prevent FRP rupture failure upon concrete cracking, the minimum reinforcement ration should be derived from simplified calculation, which may provide some theoretic guidance on design and construction for concrete structure reinforced with FRP bars.

Abstract: A set of polyether-urethane block copolymers were prepared that poly (tetramethylene oxide) PTMO was regarded as soft segment, 4,4'-methylenebis(phenyl isocyanate)(MDI) and m-diphenylamine (MDM) was regarded as hard segment in this article. The microphase separation of polyether-urethane block copolymer was investigated by using infrared spectroscopy(FTIR), differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), small-angle X-ray scattering(SAXS),there obtained that there are two phases structure in polyether-urethane block copolymers and degree of phase separation decrease with increasing hard segment weight content.

Abstract: The effect of intracavity aberrated perturbation on output mode structure properties of passive confocal unstable resonator is been experimentally researched by adopting H-S wavefront sensor and Zernike modal wavefront reconstruction on the basis of numerical simulation. Results show that intracavity tilted perturbation notablely affects outcoupled intensity distribution, and will also increase some high-order aberrations of beam phase properties. However, low-order Zernike tilt aberration is the main component when phase-tilted perturbation is introduced into the resonator. Defocus, astigmatism and coma aberration will all be brought, and also such high-order aberration included in wavefront will directly degrade output beam quality. When correction device of adaptive optics adopted for intracavity aberration correction, correction of tilted aberration should be considered firstly.

Abstract: The 0-1 knapsack problem is typical problem in computer science and its solution is a hot spot in algorithms design and verification. Because it is very hard to solve, it is very important in the research on cryptosystem and number theory. In this paper, the 0-1 knapsack problem and its algorithm is analyzed firstly. And then this paper presents two kinds of expand form, and proposes two efficient algorithms based on dynamic programming and greedy algorithm to solve the proposed problems. Simulation results show it is effective.
