Abstract: In this paper, one-dimensional heat conduction equations is studied, many difference Schemes have been proposed to solve it. In order to find a high accuracy difference scheme in all the methods, we give a numerical experimentation in this paper. by numerical experimentation, a high accuracy difference scheme for solving Heat conduction equations initial boundary value problem is found, according to the truncation error and stability analysis ,we find its accuracy is better-then- third-order in time and space direction. this is a valuable method and better then the others this is a high accuracy difference Scheme. this scheme is a valuable method in Heat conduction and Fluid mechanics.

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to investigate the tensile property of laminated epoxy resin composites reinforced by carbon fiber plain woven fabric after accelerated aging for different period of time at 150°C. For this purpose, the tensile tests of laminated resin composite samples without aging and aged 60 hours, 120 hours, 180 hours, at 150°C were carried out. The damage forms of composite samples tested were investigated. The experiment result indicates that the accelerated aging process has an obvious effect on the tensile strength of composite samples. The average tensile strengths of composite samples aged 60 hours, 120 hours, and 180 hours period of time at 150°C are 87.31%, 88.61%, 79.05% of average tensile strength of composite samples without aging, respectively. The observation of the damage form of samples tested shows that when accelerated aging, the resin in the composite samples is damaged and the adhesive force between fiber bundles and epoxy resin decline, which makes the ability of fiber and resin bearing the tensile load together decreases.

Abstract: This paper reports the preparation of activated carbon from a new type of agricultural biomass materials, pruning mulberry shoot, by ZnCl2 activation. The experiments in this study vary the parameters of ZnCl2 activation procedures, such as concentration and impregnation ratio of the activating agent, temperature and time of chemical activation. The experimental results indicated that with a ZnCl2 concentration of 50%, an impregnation ratio of 2:1, an activation temperature of 850 °C, and an activation time of 90 min, the activated carbon with better iodine and MB adsorption capacity were 1422.40 mg/g and 163.54mg/g, respectively. Therefore, the optimal preparation process of activated carbon from pruning mulberry shoot was successfully achieved by using single-factor method in this study, which can be used as adsorbents for various environmental applications.

Abstract: This study was aimed to investigate the anti-inflammatory effects of the chitosan/gelatin membrane cross-linked with genipin (GP). Fourier transform infrared spectrophotometry (FT-IR) was used to characterize the cross-linking reaction. The XTT assay was applied to evaluate the cytotoxicity of the chitosan/gelatin membrane with RAW264.7 cells. Production of nitric oxide (NO) was measured by the Griess colorimetric method. The gene expression levels of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS), cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and IL-6 were detected by quantitative real-time reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction (real-time RT-PCR). These results suggested that the anti-inflammatory effects of genipin cross-linked chitosan/gelatin membrane might be the results from modulating the NO/iNOS pathway and inhibiting the mRNA expression of COX-2, IL-6 in activated macrophages.

Abstract: From 1997 to 2009, altogether 48059 pieces of literature on bioinformatics are extracted in SCI-Expended. Amongst them, 2853 pieces could be attributed to Chinese scholars. With NoteExpress, software that manages documents, the 48059 pieces of literature in the past 13 years were sorted using bibliometrical method. The main aim is to compare and assess the practices of bioinformatics research in China. This study examined the growth of the bioinformatics literature, in the world. The rank list was given according to different country. China’s total publication output comprises 2853 papers during the 13 years between 1997 and 2009 which was equivalent to 5.94% of the world output during the same period, and ranked the 4th. The year production and citations of papers on bioinformatics in 5 Asian countries and Taiwan district between 1997 and 2009 was compared. This study will provide general insights of bioinformatics research in China.

Abstract: From 1997 to 2009, altogether 2853 papers from 48059 papers extracted in SCI-Expended on bioinformatics could be attributed to Chinese scholars in the world. This study examined the top 30 SCI-E journals that published the largest number of papers on bioinformatics written by authors worldwide and by Chinese authors respectively, and measured collaborations amongst country and the productivity distribution of relevant institutions in the world, the languages in which documents were published, the mode of publication (e.g. article, reviews and proceedings paper etc.). This study will provide general insights of the characteristics of bioinformatics research papers written by Chinese authors.

Abstract: Based on the analysis for the fuzzy nature of fog-degraded images, an improved algorithm of fog-degrade image defogging was presented. By normalizing the degraded image, the algorithm allayed the impact of different fog conditions on gray levels distribution range. According to the attenuation law of atmospheric contrast in fog weather, the algorithm enhanced the contrast of normalized image in fuzzy region. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is effective, demonstrate the satisfying visual effects of this improved algorithm.

Abstract: A soccer robot control system based on ARM9 processor with analysis of scientific materials and an embedded operating system UC/OS-II are designed. This system includes a core controller based on S3C2440, a position loop based on LM629, an amplifier based on L298, and software strategy based on UC/OS-II .The experiment result shows that the system has high servo rigidity ,high accuracy and stability, it also a good self-adaptability. The design of the system is feasibility and rationality.

Abstract: Cloud computing technology is an efficient way to resolve the resource sharing and cooperative work in distributed environments. The resource discovery mechanism is a key problem in Cloud computing. In order to implement the quick discovery of service resource and the balanced distribution of resource on the Cloud computing system, a resource discovery mechanism in Cloud computing environment has been designed and implemented. Firstly, a Formula based on each node's loading has been proposed. Secondly, a comprehensive service distribution method has been designed in consideration about each node’s performance and current loading distribution. Finally, the result of the experiment indicates that the discovery mechanism can improve the efficiency of the resource and the utilization ratio of the service resource.

Abstract: Sampling theorem plays an important role in many fields such as signal processing and image processing. In this paper, the cardinal orthogonal scaling function with dilation factor 3 is classified by the highpass filter coefficient, thus, the sampling theorem in the wavelet subspace is obtained. Then, the symmetry property of cardinal orthogonal scaling function is discussed.
