Abstract: The γ-Fe2O3/Al2O3 core-shell nanocomposites (MCSs) were successfully synthesized by using heterogeneous nucleation method. The results show that a core-shell structures exit in γ-Fe2O3/Al2O3 MCSs and that the size of γ-Fe2O3/Al2O3 MCSs is in nanoscale. The saturated magnetization and coercivity of γ-Fe2O3/Al2O3 MCSs decrease compared with that of γ-Fe2O3 nanoparticles. However, the infrared absorbing ability of γ-Fe2O3/Al2O3 MCSs is obvious enhanced and it is expected to become a new series of absorbing materials applied in military field.

Abstract: Glutathione peroxidase (GPX) is a well-known selenoenzyme that can protect cells against oxidative damage. A novel dicyclodextrinyl ditelluride (2-TeCD) compound was devised as a functional mimic of the GPX. The antioxidant effect of 2-TeCD was evaluated by its ability to protect mitochondria from oxidative damage. 2-TeCD could also suppress the TNF-α induced inflammatory effect on HUVECs surface in a dose-dependent manner. Meanwhile, 2-TeCD exhibited anti-proliferative property both in vitro and in vivo. These results indicate that 2-TeCD may be useful for developing medical agents in many pathological conditions such as cataract, age-related diseases, atherosclerosis, cancer and so on.

Abstract: Copper-clad aluminum wire which is composed of aluminum core clad with ETP copper was exploited to solve the problem of the copper price increasing by replacing traditional copper wire with copper-clad aluminum wire in the alternator for vehicle application. The aluminum winding alternator parameter was designed and the alternator was tested. The test data show that copper-clad aluminum can offer most of the advantages of aluminum, such as having lighter weight and lower cost than copper, but without the main perceived disadvantages of aluminum. With right parameter and well welding, aluminum winding can replace copper winding to reduce the alternator cost.

Abstract: OBJECTIVE: To find a method which can establish arithmetic library of signal process based on PDA, and apply the method to process the EEG signal, and though function of the Mathworks Matlab R2010a is very large, there is currently no MATLAB version for PDA, In order to surpass the limited arithmetic on PDA, the arithmetic of Mathworks Matlab R2010a must be converted to C# language. METHOD: Several signal processing methods can convert the arithmetic function in Mathworks Matlab R2010a to arithmetic library of signal process with C# language, which is resort to every line function of Mathworks Matlab R2010a. RESULT: Three signal process functions have been converted to arithmetic library of signal process which can run on .net framework. CONCLUSION: Because of the limit of memory and instructor on PDA, there is impossible that the arithmetic of Mathworks Matlab R2010a run on PDA, therefore the arithmetic has been converted to arithmetic library of signal process with C# language.

Abstract: The teaching effect assessment is an important part of teaching work, usually for the teaching evaluation means more imperative, and by the quality of the exam paper will directly affect the result of teaching evaluation. Usually, when the papers or teachers to huge question the subject in a selected from several, or the relevant books of the topic selected a papers, such was slow and arduous, and it was difficult to ensure that the test coverage and grasp the papers of difficulty. In order to make the teacher from heavy proposition work liberate, and improve the quality and management of proposition modernization, scientific, standardized, a test paper generation system has been developed. The Paper Generation System is designed and implemented based on the sufficient needs analysis in this paper, It mainly implements some functions include in manually and automatically generating papers, extracting some of existing papers, maintaining user information and so on ,the system can operate stably in Windows2000/XP/Vista platform ,reach the expected goal and have some practical value.

Abstract: The Lasso (least absolute shrinkage and selection operator) estimates a vector of regression coefficients by minimizing the residual sum of squares subject to a constraint on the -norm of coefficient vector, which has been an attractive technique for regularization and variable selection. In this paper, we study the Bayesian Model Averaging(BMA) for Lasso, which accounts for the uncertainty about the best model to choose by averaging over multiple models. Experimental results on simulated data show that BMA has significant advantage over the model selection method based on Bayesian information criterion (BIC).

Abstract: In the multi-project management of electric power design enterprises, common human resources performance appraisal methods don’t reflect true performance of employee. In this paper, we construct a practical model by the DEA (data envelopment analysis) method, and finally the result analysis of example indicates that the method not only can effectively evaluate each project group,but also can effectively evaluate everyone of project groups.

The method of engineering project investment risk decision synthesized by CIM model and Monte-Carlo simulation is proved feasible and effective by the conclusion of the simulation case of certain port with the software crystal ball7.22.

Abstract: This paper uses non-parametric panel model to study the relations between environmental pollution indicators and economic variables in China from 1998 to 2008. The results show that environmental Kuznets curve only exists between wastewater and GDP, other pollutants such as SO2 do not exist such a relationship with GDP.

Abstract: By using non-parametric additive panel model, this paper empirically studied the impact of economic development to environmental pollution in China. Our research results are summarized as follows: The relationship between environmental pollutants and economic variables including the industrial structure, technological level and pollution control show mostly inverted U shapes or inverted N shapes.
