Abstract: Aksu river is one of the biggest branches in the Tarim river basin, where the land utilization and its changes have great influence on the water supply in the lower reaches, and they are also the main factors affecting its ecological restoration. This paper, with the help of three-level intermediate resolution and remote sensor, carries out the remote sensing monitoring and analysis on its land utilization, analyses the changes of farmland and construction land, and provides basis for the planning of land development and the comprehensive assessment for the ecological environment.

Abstract: In Japan, since 2009 many camera manufactures, have focused a tiny but important device: a new generation viewfinder in all digital camera, not only in consumer oriented compact DSC, but highly advanced DSLR. Upon many new system of camera, only one may dwindle the size and weight, cut the budget dramatically (energy saving) successfully, even create a specific market (MILC/EVIL). In fact, the president of Nikon, Makoto Kimura, declared that the EVIL system may “Redefinition of photography” in July. 2010, and will announce its first “counter-back weapon” before the end of 2010 or early in 2011. In our research, we collect more than 300 cases from the telephone survey during Sept,, 2010 and Feb., 2011. Total of 210 cases comply with the conditions. To probe mainly into the relationship between new generation DSC Confidence level and 3 potential customers: Amateur Photographer (AP), Senior Photographer (SP), and college student (CS). The profiles of contingency table were used to explore the potential preference for the camera with EVIL device. That is the reason what we are probe into this highly competitively market with brilliant creative design, and hope to offer an objective suggestion for both industry and education administers.

Abstract: In this paper, a new digital switch power supply is introduced, which is based on TL494 PWM, half-bridge converter circuit and PIC16F72. This system employs fuzzy PID algorithm, which not only take the advantage of fuzzy controller, like good robustness, instant response, small overshoots, but also play the characteristics, such as high precision and dynamic tracing, to the full. After measurement repeatedly, the voltage regulation is 0.17%, load regulation is -0.47%, peak-to-peak value of ripple voltage is within 0.1V, and full load efficiency can reach 88.15%.

Abstract: A fuzzy control irrigation system based on ZigBee technology is proposed in this paper. It consists of terminal node, route-control node, ZigBee head node as well as central monitoring system, and has applied to real-time monitor and auto-control for soil moisture. This system adopts the star-mesh topology WSN in underlying network and GSM for remote management. It can switch between auto-fuzzy operation and remote manual operation. This system would not only solve the problems, like high expenses, low precision, knotty power supply and complex expansion, appropriately, but also add optimism to the algorithm optimization in other realms.

Abstract: Solanine is one of chemicalcomponents in the tuber and the sprout of the potato which is toxic to human. Some studies on the toxicity of solanine on humans and animals have been reported, little is known about the mechanism of its testicular toxicity. In present study, the toxicity of solanine on male reproductive function was investigated in adult male Kunming mice. Compared with the control group, there was an obvious pathological change in testis, and the expression levels of 3β-HSD and vimentin decreased when the test concentration of solanine was at 21 mg/kg/day. Meanwhile, there was a significant dose- and duration-dependent reduction in the testicular weight and organ coefficient. However, no changes have been detected about the level of testosterone and there was a dramatic increase in the expression of LH in Leydig cells. Results of this study suggested that solanine leaded to male reproductive toxicity influencing the functions of Sertoli cells and Leydig cells.

Abstract: To investigate the mechanism on Capparis spionosa L polysaccharide(CSPS) inducing apoptosis in HepG2 human hepatoma cell. MTT was ddopted to determine if CSPS had cytotoxic effect on HepG2. Morphology of HepG2 changed with dosages of CSPS was detected by laser confocal scanning microscope. Flow cytometry(FCM) was used to detect the apoptosis by PI labeling method. Calcium, mitochondrial membrane potential, Bcl-2/Bax of HepG2 cells were detected by laser confocal scanning microscope. The result of MTT showed that CSPS could inhibit the growth of HepG2 significantly. HepG2 cells were shrinkage, fragmentation, appearance of apoptotic bodies by laser confocal scanning microscope. HepG2 cell apoptosis rate was increased gradually with dosage by FCM. Calcium concentration, mitochondrial membrane potential, Bcl-2 protein of HepG2 were decreased, Bax protein content of HepG2 was increased by laser confocal scanning microscope. CSPS induced HepG2 apoptosis by controlling Bax/Bcl-2 in Ca2+ path.

Abstract: To explore the influence of Asparagus polysaccharide on Band 3 proteins and glycophorin A(GPA) of S180 mice erythrocyte membrane by contrasting the groups treated with deferent ways,The experiment was equipped with 5 groups: normal control group (physiological saline), negative control group (physiological saline), Asparagus polysaccharide group (25mg/kg), Asparagus polysaccharide group (50mg/kg) and Asparagus polysaccharide group(100mg/kg).The content of sialic acid(SA) was determined by spectrophotometric method; the negative charges were detected by high performance capillary electrophoresis(HPCE); the relative content of glycophorin A and Band 3 were separated by sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE; anion transportation function of Band 3 was examined by the fluorescence spectrophotometric method;Flow Cytometer(FCM) was needed to observe the potential of erythrocyte membrane. In the result, Asparagus polysaccharide increased the content of sialic acid; advanced the migration time; improved the relative content of GPA and Band 3; obviously enhanced the CI- transportation function of erythrocyte Band 3; and caused the membrane potential obviously to elevate, Asparagus polysaccharide has the simultaneously influence on the functions of glycophorin A and Band 3 which are closely connected. It is assumed that the anti-tumor function of Asparagus polysaccharide partly concerns function adjustments of glycophorin A and Band 3 from S180 mice erythrocyte membrane.

Abstract: To explore how to calculate the effect of solanine on the Michaelis constant and the maximum reaction rate of NAT using the double reciprocal method. High performance liquid chromatography (HPLCP) was used, with 2-AF as substrate and its concentration as substrate concentration, and the rate at which 2-AF is acetylated into 2-AAF in intact HepG2 cells or in the cytoplasm of HepG2 cells as the reaction rate. The double reciprocal plot was made, with 1/S (reciprocal of the concentration of the substrate 2-AF) plotted against 1/V (reciprocal of the reaction rate), to yield a regression equation for calculating Km and Vmax. Studies on enzymetic kinetics have shown that, with intact HepG2 cells, the Km and Vmax for the negative control are 2.37×10-3±8.37×10-5 mM and 9.16×10-4±7.54×10-5nmol/106 cells, respectively, and that the Km and Vmax for the solanine group are 2.22×10-3±9.05×10-5mM and 5.14×10-4±3.72×10-5nmol/106 cells, respectively. For the cytoplasm of HepG2 cells, the Km and Vmax for the negative control are 8.95×10-3±2.61×10-4 mM and 2.55×10-6±1.92×10-8nmol/min·mg protein, respectively, and the Km and Vmax of the solanine group are 9.48×10-3±3.63×10-4mM and 2.43×10-6±1.32×10-8 nmol/min·mg protein, respectively. Statistical analysis showed that, for both intact HepG2 cells and cytoplasm of HepG2 cells, Km does not differ significantly between the negative control and the solanine groups, but Vmax does differ significantly for these groups (p<0.001 for the intact cells, p<0.05 for the cytoplasm). Solanine is a non-competitive inhibitor for the 2-AF substrate of NAT, and the double reciprocal method is a convenient and accurate method for calculating the constants of NAT kinetics.

Abstract: This paper tested the measures of separation of a fuzzy clustering. Over the same labeled data, Fuzzy k-Means clustering algorithm generates the first fuzzy clustering, then the proposed revision function in (6) revises it several times to generate various fuzzy partitions with different pattern recognition rates computed by (5), finally the measures of separation measure the separation of each fuzzy clustering. Experimental results on real data show that the measures of separation in literatures fail to measure the separation of a fuzzy clustering in some cases, for they argue that the fuzzy clustering with higher pattern recognition rate is less separate between clusters and worse than that with lower pattern recognition rate.

Abstract: As the development of carbon diocide sensors and communication technology, the method for monitoring the concentration of carbon dioxide is more and more advanced, especially the traditonal methods have the disadvantage of the low accuracy and inconvenience on use. This paper puts forward a wireless sensor networks based on nRF401 chip and the method of the signal transmitting. Through the application of wireless technology, the MCU could send the carbon diocide concentration data from the carbon diocide sensor which is based on the NDIR technology to the process module, and the system could achieve the distant measurement of the carbon diocide displayed on the LED. Comparing with wire monitor system, wireless monitor system omits linking lines and it has good application prospect.
